"The Hotel and staff did really well during the Sinulog festival! They organised workshop and provided gifts and souvenirs. It is also very close to one of the main festival areas. The only disappointment was the kaldereta we ordered from the kitchen which was ridiculously small amount (1 piece of meat). However there are many restaurants nearby. Hairdryer needs extra payment of 100 peso per night."

"Overall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice"

Decent place to stay for the cost. Nice to have supermarkets and restos essentially next door. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. If you need a somewhat quiet ask for something not on the side of the main road as it can be noisy.

The Mist Mountain resort is a beautiful new hotel that is well integrated into the environment. It offers a superb view, a flowery and lush environment as well as appreciable amenities. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. I recommend this establishment.

I recently stayed at Alba Uno Hotel and had a positive experience. The hotel is impressively clean, which made for a comfortable stay. Its location in IT Park is a major advantage, with plenty of affordable restaurants nearby. The prices are very reasonable, making it a great value for those on a budget. However, the hotel lacks amenities, offering just the essentials—primarily the room itself and the convenient location. Despite this, we were overall satisfied with our stay. If you're looking for a clean and affordable place to rest in a lively area, Alba Uno Hotel is a solid choice.

This was my first time booking at this hotel, and I have no regrets! The location is great, only 30 minutes from the airport, and there are lots of restaurants and a laundry shop nearby, which is really convenient for travelers like me. I was very pleased with the staff; they were very welcoming, and the guard even helped us with our luggage. The room was clean, and even the Standard Queen room was spacious, complete with a table and chairs. What I liked most was their breakfast buffet – they had a good variety of food choices, and the servers were all very nice. Overall, for me, it's a 10/10.

We booked for a two bedroom unit, but they gave us only one bedroom unit. We needed to pay additional fee just to be transferred to the right room which we booked. In the room, the aircon is so noisy. It blows directly to your face because it’s just beside the bed. You either turn it off to avoid the noise and the inconvenience brought by direct blowing of the aircon on your face or suffer from too much heat. It was so uncomfortable. There is no rug and broom provided. We booked for five nights and the room become very dirty because there is no broom and rug provided for the room.

We had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to the owner’s exceptional hospitality—Incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit, making everything smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location was also excellent—convenient, accessible, and close to everything we needed (if you want to stay within the city) Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. The place is good and accessible. There are nearby and walking distance restaurants around. It is also near the Church where we can attend mass if we wish to. It is also faster to get a ride such as a taxi or grab.

The customer service was nice. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our first room, and they immediately transferred us to a new room without any additional charges. The staff are accommodating and approachable. However, their elevator sometimes doesn’t function well. But other than that it’s a 10/10🥰

Amazing location! Breathtaking mountain views. You can enjoy meals with the view in the hotel mountain cafe. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Found us 2 motorbikes to go around the area (which is also very beautiful). I really recommend this stay!
