"This was my first time booking at this hotel, and I have no regrets! The location is great, only 30 minutes from the airport, and there are lots of restaurants and a laundry shop nearby, which is really convenient for travelers like me. I was very pleased with the staff; they were very welcoming, and the guard even helped us with our luggage. The room was clean, and even the Standard Queen room was spacious, complete with a table and chairs. What I liked most was their breakfast buffet – they had a good variety of food choices, and the servers were all very nice. Overall, for me, it's a 10/10."

The Hotel and staff did really well during the Sinulog festival! They organised workshop and provided gifts and souvenirs. It is also very close to one of the main festival areas. The only disappointment was the kaldereta we ordered from the kitchen which was ridiculously small amount (1 piece of meat). However there are many restaurants nearby. Hairdryer needs extra payment of 100 peso per night.

I recently stayed at Alba Uno Hotel and had a positive experience. The hotel is impressively clean, which made for a comfortable stay. Its location in IT Park is a major advantage, with plenty of affordable restaurants nearby. The prices are very reasonable, making it a great value for those on a budget. However, the hotel lacks amenities, offering just the essentials—primarily the room itself and the convenient location. Despite this, we were overall satisfied with our stay. If you're looking for a clean and affordable place to rest in a lively area, Alba Uno Hotel is a solid choice.

Stayed before awhile ago reception staff good fast check in room spacious with Bench table And chairs to eat and drink Bed Big firm good to sleep TV No channels only Netflix and YouTube airconditioning very weak didnt get the room very cold tea and coffee making facilities And also a refrigerator which was good safe Not working. Bathroom small and musty main shower unit leaked And sprayed water All over just ended up using the hand held shower complementary Soap shampoo and tooth brush Not really very hot water the hotel is showing signs of ageing especially in the bathroom the breakfast was good and tasty but took a long time to receive it due to high room service orders staff very friendly and polite okay for a couple of nights room rate was good.

We booked for a two bedroom unit, but they gave us only one bedroom unit. We needed to pay additional fee just to be transferred to the right room which we booked. In the room, the aircon is so noisy. It blows directly to your face because it’s just beside the bed. You either turn it off to avoid the noise and the inconvenience brought by direct blowing of the aircon on your face or suffer from too much heat. It was so uncomfortable. There is no rug and broom provided. We booked for five nights and the room become very dirty because there is no broom and rug provided for the room.

We had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to the owner’s exceptional hospitality—Incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit, making everything smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location was also excellent—convenient, accessible, and close to everything we needed (if you want to stay within the city) Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. The family room has two bedrooms and a living room with a balcony, which is perfect for families traveling with two older children. You can tell from the hotel's decor and furnishings that the owner is Chinese. Overall, it's just average. The location isn't too bad, but you'll need to take a taxi everywhere you go.

The place is good and accessible. There are nearby and walking distance restaurants around. It is also near the Church where we can attend mass if we wish to. It is also faster to get a ride such as a taxi or grab.

The customer service was nice. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our first room, and they immediately transferred us to a new room without any additional charges. The staff are accommodating and approachable. However, their elevator sometimes doesn’t function well. But other than that it’s a 10/10🥰

Amazing location! Breathtaking mountain views. You can enjoy meals with the view in the hotel mountain cafe. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Found us 2 motorbikes to go around the area (which is also very beautiful). I really recommend this stay!
