HHONGSHENGI rarely write reviews, but I simply *had* to this time! After checking out, I discovered my car wouldn't start – I'd foolishly left something on and completely drained the battery. Within just 5 minutes, the amazing ladies at the front desk found the incredibly resourceful Alessio for me. He first brought a battery charger, but when he realized it couldn't reach, he immediately drove another car over to use its battery to jump-start mine. The entire process was completed within 10 minutes, and it was absolutely free! So, a huge shout-out to [Hotel Name] for such outstanding service, big thanks to the front desk team (both the ladies and gentlemen), and a special, massive thank you to Alessio!

GGuest UserI booked this on my way to Florence. It's a beautiful and convenient place to stay with all facilities. Elio , Matteo and everyone at the reception has been very kind and helpful. Elio moved me from mix dorm to Girl dorm. Very kind. You can have coffee and cook your own meal. You can store your luggage and roam around after checkout. They help you with recommendations. Overall I had a very warming experience. I wish to come back again. Bathroom and bed was very clean & made up everyday. Absolutely worth the money and more than that the staff was really good. Only they don't have lift but hey you can climb. ✨

Pp.pchanSecond time staying at ostello bello. Picked this hostel because of the convenient location. It’s nice that they offer a token to exchange for welcome drink, and a lot of activities to participate.
Some places in the hostel definitely need some upgrade sooner or later… the toilet seat in the dome room shared restroom got a crack on it that definitely need a replacement soon.
Kinda weird they charge me differently for luggage storage (before check in- 5 euro fixed price / after check in- 3.5 euro piece), maybe due to the length of storage, I guess??

FFionFionIt was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo).
I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime
I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well.
Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise!
Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is decent — it’s close to a bus stop, which makes getting around fairly convenient. However, it takes about 20 minutes by bus to reach the city center. One of the highlights is the lovely courtyard outside, which is a nice place to relax. The room I stayed in was generally fine, but the privacy could be better — it felt a bit exposed at times. That said, the cleanliness was well-maintained, with regular housekeeping. Overall, it was an okay stay.

GGuest UserGreat room. Quiet, everything is there. Warm. Good water pressure. The downsides are the lack of a lift and I saw too late that if you check in after 9 you have to pay 20€. If I had known, for the total amount of the fee (the amount for the night + these 20€) I would have taken another hotel with a lift and breakfast

SSAANOサンタマリアノヴェッラ駅から近くロケーションはいいです。外観はラクガキなどがある通りにあるのでちょっと怖いですが部屋はとても清潔です。固定のフロントがなく、「時間外のチェックインなのでこの暗証番号でセーフティボックスを開けて部屋の鍵をとって自分でチェックインしてね」と事前にメッセージがきたのですが、到着後、セーフティボックスが見つからず、かなり戸惑いました。結局、スタッフさんが来て対応してもらい助かりました。セーフティボックスは外扉にくくりつけてあるボックスのことでしたので、もし同じことで困ったら参考にして下さい！ちなみにチェックアウトは部屋に鍵を置いておけばよかったので簡単でした。

The host is very helpful and will tell you how to access to the building step by step by phone call. You can also contact her via WhatsApp. Overall it's good with its location, as it's located in the city center with a walkable distance to restaurants and train station.
However, if you afraid of hot, the room isn't suitable for you as they don't have AC. But two fans are in the room which is also ok for us as it's windy.
It's a shared bathroom apartment, but overall the bathroom is clean because two rooms share one bathroom which is also okay. They will clean the bathroom every morning so overall it's not bad!
