Excellent hostel! Enthusiastic and friendly young owners who welcomed me with social activities and evening hotpot. The location is excellent, 15 minutes walk between train and bus stations and the mosques. Easy access by bus to Kumbum monastery. Showers are hot and there was a washing machine but I didn't use this. Minor drawbacks: it's a cold hostel so you need to wear layers inside, and the cleanliness is only average. Overall, it's a really good budget hostel and I'd stay again for sure.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the bathroom looked very comfortable. Highly recommended, it's just a few hundred meters from the mosque, Xia Nanguan, and Xinqian Night Market. Luggage storage is available, and the front desk was very helpful. They even lent me an umbrella when it rained and let me go out for a few hours. Highly recommended!
