GGuest UserThe front desk who checked in was very welcoming and generous, and even gave us snacks! The room is clean, tidy and quiet. It is only two subway stops away from Hefei South Station. There is Baoheyuan subway exit nearby within a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient. Five-star recommendation!

GGuest UserI booked a non-smoking room because the listing on Trip.com clearly stated that non-smoking rooms were available. I specifically requested a non-smoking room during booking and again at check-in.
Hotel staff offered a larger room with supposedly better ventilation for an extra 49 RMB, which I paid. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, and the ventilation was very poor. I went to the reception to complain, but they told me there were no non-smoking rooms.
Later, when Trip.com contacted the hotel regarding my complaint, the hotel falsely claimed that I was given a free upgrade and that I had not complained after check-in. Both statements are untrue — I paid for the upgraded room, and I did complain in person about the smoke and poor ventilation.
Overall, my stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the listing on Trip.com is misleading. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for non-smokers.

GGuest UserThe room is very simple, but very attractive and feels like home. It is a smart hotel. I booked the hotel on the high-speed rail. Send me a text message in advance and click on the link. I scanned my face and entered the whole contactless check-in process. People with social fears liked it. There was a classmate Xiao Ai in the room and it was equipped with an intelligent guest control system. , Super awesome. In terms of environment: As shown in the picture, the space is very large. The large projector won my heart. The style is very nice. I recommend that girls go there. The room types are divided into different theme types, which is quite interesting. In terms of hygiene: I checked it out. It is a newly opened facility this year and has relatively complete facilities. There is no smell in the room when you enter, the bed is comfortable and clean, and the bathroom has dry and wet separation.

GGuest UserA lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.

Considering the reasonable price and convenient location, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. KKuailedexiaoshizi2003The quilt is a little small for two people to sleep in. The faucet in the toilet is fixed and installed too high, which is not friendly to girls. The most important thing is that they do not provide drinking water. You have to buy it from the convenience store downstairs and bring it up every day. The landlord's service attitude was very good and enthusiastic. He picked us up at the door and took us to the parking lot (because the parking lot was like a maze)

GGuest UserBooked 3 beds for a night about $44. The hotel provide pick up and sending services to and from HF airport. We arrived HF from train station and have to travel to HF airport the next early morning. So we booked somewhere near the airport and this hotel is about 3km 12mins. They are very friendly as they helped to carry luggages due to no lift. The bed are super comfortable and big. The only downside is the place is in kampung and nothing around it. So do eat at outside before coming. The shower and toilet is not separate so is easily wet and during cold weather it can be slippery. No heater for the toilet

GGuest UserI came here for a business trip. I wanted to go shopping in the pedestrian street here, so I chose this hotel. It is very close to the pedestrian street and the subway entrance. It takes only a few minutes to get out of the subway. The hotel is not very big, but it is very warm. The front desk lady is very warm. Miss sister specially chose a quieter room, the health inside is very clean, mainly because the price is very cheap, completely beyond the expectations of my heart, the next business trip will set this hotel, really good

SSolo Male - Long Term TravelStayed 5 nights in bedroom.
Expectation/Reality: the pictures were much better than the actual room. The cafeteria has a fridge you can use, I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like it could be good. A/C worked fine.
Security: good security, no additional locker or safe but 24/7 front desk and generally felt safe.
Hygiene: the walls of the rooms were not clean nor were the chairs. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was helpful.
Hospitality: the staff is very accommodating and responsive.
Social Atmosphere: not really applicable as it’s a hotel but the area of this location is great, close to cafes, the metro and lots of shops and restaurants.
Generally, not bad for the price, the walls of the room and the chairs being dirty were not encouraging but location was great.

RRobert JanNice hotel. The room is spacious and clean, there’s lots of furniture available. Wifi works well. Towels and amenities are changed every day and the bed is made. The breakfast was pretty good and every day there was something different to choose from. The only problem was with registering my stay as a foreigner, the receptionists seem to be inexperienced at registering foreigners - it took them over an hour which I had to spend with them at the reception desk, I even had to call trip.com to ask for help. They even told me to leave and find another hotel (even though the whole stay was paid for already), but I insisted and in the end I was allowed to stay. Great hotel overall, but the reception staff needs more training.
