GGuest UserGreat location with plenty of activities. The private room was a pleasant surprise, easily comparable to a 4-star hotel. I skipped the hostel breakfast as there were many dining options nearby, including a delicious Korean restaurant.

GGuest UserThis is a city hotel with good value for money, but the large staircase is inconvenient for families traveling with children. There is also inevitable roadside noise from traffic on the street. It is recommended for single or couples to choose this hotel, which is close to the city center and affordable.

EEliossThe room is small but clean and comfortable, good enough for a short stay in the city. The room didn't have a water kettle. There is no elevator, which is ok for the kind of place. The staff is nice and helpful, they helped me store my luggage for a few hours and find the schedule for the bus to the airport.
The surrounding area is really nice, close to public transport and to many restaurants. The perfect position for a tourist.

GGuest UserI booked this room because the hotel is close to the airport. The hotel website specifies that there is a 24/7 shuttle. We had to be at the airport at 5:30 AM. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked for the shuttle and the staff told us that there is no shuttle. He said that he had been working there for 2 years and there is never a shuttle. I persist and ask to speak to the manager without success. Very very disappointed with this false advertising. Very bad experience. Hotel not recommended.

GGuest UserOverall, it wasn't bad. The service was friendly enough to help me resolve the double payment issue. The location is in the heart of Montreal's old city center, so it was easy to visit various attractions. However, the public restroom was not well maintained, so I felt a bit uncomfortable throughout my stay.
