"Conveniently located for exploring the city, close to the metro and bus station. GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free. We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch. The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

GGuest UserMy experience was awful. The first night a false alarm went off in the entire hotel at 4:45am. The next day we came back to our room and the room service was not done. Lastly, since the hotel was going through renovations, our last night at the hotel was horrible since the day before the AC units on our floor were turned off cause of the same renovations previously stated. In summary, an awful experience especially for how expensive the hotel was. The only good thing was the location but will never stay at this Embassy Suites again

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not too far from the subway station, but there is a construction site nearby. Stayed for three days and the room was not cleaned on the second day. The towels were stained and the breakfast selection was very simple. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable.

MMatt88My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

GGuest UserWe reserved a more expensive king room a very long time ago, but finally we got a double bed room on our first day without any refund, what we got is only complementary breakfast, for a couple it’s extremely bad experience. We ask for daily cleaning and I do remind the staff at the front desk before I leave the room for journey on a day, but we found that the cleaning lady forget cleaning the room and the lady pass the buck that we put the do not disturb sign at the door handler which is not the FACT! Also we are care about safe at lobby, but we do found tramp coming lobby for a free coffee at self serve coffee machine, hotel need to address this serious problem as soon as possible, I sincerely hope the hotel can read this review seriously and understand my disappointment.

LLivyC75The hotel room was very spacious and well-designed with a large comfortable bed. There’s also a sauna with a beautiful view of the city skyline. The location is just north of Berri-UQAM station which makes travel convenient, although the area itself isn’t particularly safe and during the summer months, it’s clear there are a lot of individuals suffering from homelessness, addiction, and mental health struggles who use the surrounding neighbourhood parks to hang out. The hotel staff were generally helpful although there were a few times we made requests to the front desk that needed following up. The amenities in the room itself felt very well-maintained. One downside was that there was no free bottled water provided and we had to buy water from the shop in the hotel lobby, which was heavily overpriced and we thought it was a bit ridiculous considering the price we were paying for the room. Overall, would recommend as it is a cheaper hotel than others but this comes with a price in terms of area safety and amenities provided by the hotel.

YYigit DI chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read online, and I can happily say I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Check-in & Parking Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car. Room & Amenities The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all. Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth. Location & Value The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right. Conclusion Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!
