Enjoyed my stay at the Delta. The location is central and we walked everywhere including to the McGill Convocation. Check in was quick and there are many lounge areas. The rooms, bathroom, bedding and towels were clean and the bed was super comfortable with a selection of pillow types (Typical of the Marriott hotels that I have stayed in). The food in the restaurant is very good. Breakfast is better in the restaurant. I ordered breakfast through room-service for breakfast and did not enjoy the Starbuck selection; and the coffee was cold. I do not know if this is typical or because of Covid, the level of services was limited. The view depends on which room you are in. Loved the view of Mount Royal from the room my siste and husband were in. My view was of Rue Presiden Kennedy. Overall a great stay.

The hotel environment is really good, the front desk staff service is also good, I will consider staying in Montreal in the future, but there is no free hotel charter to the airport during the epidemic, and finally I took a taxi to spend more than 20 dollars

This W is quite small, the lobby is not big, but the style of W is still there. The ordinary wonderful rooms are really common to the truth, and it seems like a magnified version of the domestic hotel. The small suite is OK, so you can. The location is next to the old port, the location is quite good. There is a small bar on the second floor of the hotel, but there is basically no one on the second floor.

Extremely noisy highway traffic, blowing air vent directly over the bed and very spotty housekeeping. The moment we checked into our room for a nine night stay, I knew I would have difficulty sleeping due to our room facing directly over the noisy highway on the 10th floor. We asked to be moved numerous times over the next few days but were told nothing on the side away from the freeway was available. Staff did not seem too concerned. To drown out the road noise, we had to keep the in-room air/ heat system blower on all night. The blower vent was positioned directly over our king bed. We certainly didn’t enjoy the air blowing directly on us all night or the loud blower noise. Or the highway noise when we turned the blower off. We did not spend a lot of time in the room, except to sleep. And sleeping was a challenge and a miserable experience. I was never so happy to check out of a hotel in my life. My friends who did not get a suite room had the same noisy experience and weirdly located air vents over their beds. One wore ear plugs to sleep the entire time. Nice to have appliances and dishes in the room, but all of them had bright lights that were very visible and distracting from the bed at night. Didn’t get any housekeeping first two days of our stay. Then had to request another time. Sometimes left a few fresh towels, didn’t replenish tissues and other issues. But always threw out my water bottles that I reuse even when I tried to hide one in a bag with a full one. Hid them in my drawers after that. At least the free breakfast buffet was decent and the location to the subway, Chinatown and Old Town are good. Gym is very nice. This hotel is poorly planned for sleeping comfort for the majority of rooms. Would never stay here again because of that.

I usually don't write good reviews, but because of its value for money, I feel I must write about this hotel.
For a relatively developed city like Mandikeng, the hotel only costs 100 knives (excluding tax). I don’t seem to have found anything so cheap near this hotel.
But it's cheap, and the service, environment and location are not bad. In terms of service, if you speak English at the front desk, you will not be discriminated against and are very welcoming.
The decoration of the room environment may be a bit old, but it is definitely clean and hygienic and does not affect use.
The room is large and equipped with a fully functional kitchen and tableware.
The soundproofing of the room was also very good, at least I didn't hear anything from other rooms at any time.
The location is right in the city center, very close to attractions and Chinatown, and most attractions are within walking distance.
Disadvantages: There is a fee for parking, which is 35 dollars per day (likely).
At that time, I didn’t know if one of the elevators was broken. When there was only one elevator, I often had to wait for a long time.

By far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Stayed there mid June 2023 for just one night. We entered the room and something smelled off but we let it go. When we got in bed the smell became overwhelming. I took the duvet off and realized the duvet smelled of old mildew water and sweat. Called and asked for a new duvet. Was given a light blanket. The smell persisted. Slept horribly and woke up early to again investigate the smell. Took all of the bedding off and realized the mattress cover was covered in dry urine stains. I made the mistake of sniffing. Showered before leaving and the tub wouldn’t drain. Went down for breakfast to find their continental breakfast consisted of rubbery eggs,Stale croissants, coffee (not bad) and cereal. No fruit, no cheeses etc. As we checked out I let them know about the problem. I was told housekeeping would check up on the issues and would be sure to get back to me. No one got back to me. Icing on the cake- when I booked the room I asked the 3rd party vendor if the nights stay included parking. They said it did. I was charged $35 for parking. Not the hotels fault but still annoying.

This Hotel turned out to be the best hotel experience we have had! The decor of the hotel is just amazing, the most beautiful woodwork I have ever seen, with other areas being beautifully modern! From the minute we walked in we were taken care of! Our car, our bags and check in were so easy, front desk was excellent! The room was immaculate, very comfortable and a beautiful high end bathroom! The gym is all new equipment and perfect for a workout! Bar George is a great lively bar! We had brunch and lunch in the Bar during our stay and it was delicious! We also ate at the Restaurant and it was an amazing dining experience! They just don't make French food like this anymore!! HUGE compliments to the kitchen!! There was not one staff member that wasn't helpful and so pleasant!! My husband and I agreed that we would go back to Montreal just to stay in this hotel and to dine here again!!

The Comfort Suites Downtown is an affordable hotel near the train station. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful when asking for directions to tourist destinations and transit. The hotel itself could do with some updating. It's very dated. The room was large and had everything that we needed. The gym was tiny with just 2 pieces of equipment. There is NO swimming pool . They had a nice breakfast to get you fueled for the day ahead. The area around the hotel isn't very clean or safe.

I love this hotel nestled in the heart of Old Montréal and Old Port. I had a great room with a wonderful corner view of Old Montréal, it’s rooftops, the Grande Roue and the little cafes and boutiques below. Room is very comfortable. I love the long modern working desk, the comfy lounge chair, plush bedding and above all the spa multi jet shower… Because of pandemic restrictions most of the amenities of the hotel were not accessible. The hotel has such a nice lounge and bar area but I couldn’t go there. The gym was also off limits. There is an outdoor courtyard that was advertised as open even in the winter with fire pits but it wasn’t accessible during my stay.
My only complaint would be that my room was drafty but I also stayed on one of the coldest weekends of the year and I could adjust the heat in the room. I asked for a throw blanket to cuddle in while reading in the lounge chair. They brought me the cuddliest faux fur blanket, I was almost thankful for the draft. Can’t wait for my next opportunity to stay here.
In my opinion, this hotel is more geared towards adults (solo/business/couples/adult getaways) rather than families with young children. It has a high-end, modern, chic vibe. However, I’m quite sure they would accommodate children too.
Photos don’t do the view justice. They were taken during a snow storm with poor visibility. Under normal conditions, was really nice and at night, so beautiful with all the lights and illuminated Grande Roue.

The location of the hotel is very good, the airport bus stops nearby. The hotel is very close to the surrounding old town attractions, so it's okay. The room is actually a suite and the price is very friendly. There is breakfast, which is okay. The exterior of the hotel is being renovated, but it has no impact on the accommodation. The front desk was a bit slow. Luggage can be stored for free

GGuest UserThis hotel in Old Montreal has a wonderful location, so close to great restaurants like the new Moishe’s Steak House, and Holder. It is small, clean and comfortable with lots of large windows. The reception and breakfast area is large and light. The Loft rooms are very comfortable and spacious with Molton Brown amenities and a Nespresso machine. The large windows open and have pretty flower boxes. The layout of an ‘open concept’ bathroom and closets might not appeal to all, but we liked the quirkiness. The decor could stand some updating. For example, the two occasional chairs in our room were quite worn and the hallway carpet stained. Our housekeeper was excellent. Reception staff were generally accommodating. The food at breakfast was excellent but the service could stand improvement. One morning it took 30 minutes to get a cappuccino. In fairness, another morning’s room service breakfast arrived promptly. But another morning we seemed to be forgotten. This may be a post-Covid staffing problem however. At check out, a detailed statement of daily charges and credit certificates was lacking. When we arrived, we asked for additional pillows but none were available initially. We got one the second night after the other woman who had it checked out! We would probably stay here again if these small but irritating issues were fixed.

GGuest UserGreat little place. Staff are excellent, helpful, kind, and also bilingual. The parking is underground and a decent continental breakfast is included. The rooms are a great size and include a kitchenette. My room had a balcony which was nice. The hotel is in a great location and easy to get to. There is 15 minute parking out front so you may unload your bags. The temperature runs a little warmer than I would like; however, in Canada, in the winter - I would rather be warm than cold! The rooms are clean and comfortable in addition to sizeable. I felt safe and secure travelling alone here and I always appreciate that. I would definitely come back!
This is an excellent and afforable place to stay in Montreal. Hop on the 747 from the airport and you can get off a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The entrance is very secure. The staff on the desk are by far the friendliest of any hotel I have ever stayed at. They have a big coffee machine which has great coffee in their lobby with lots of snacks available. They also have breakfast in the morning. The rooms are very modern with a comfy bed, complimentary wifi, smart tv and plenty of hot water in the shower. Not the biggest room but when I stay at a hotel, the most important thing for me is location, cleanliness, comfort of the bed and a hot shower. The Hotel Le Coach checks all these boxes for me! The friendliness of the staff is an added bonus! For a hassle free, afforable and convenient place to stay in Montreal, I would recommend staying here.
GGezi813Facilities: The facilities are basically complete, with bathroom supplies, hairdryers, water cups, tableware, coffee machines, and toasters in the public areas. The only regret is that slippers are not provided.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness inside the room, corridors and public areas is very good.
Environment: The housing environment is great, the layout of the room is warm and comfortable, the house is located in a residential area, and the scenery after snow is very beautiful! ! (Look at the picture😄) The room is very close to the subway. You can enter the subway in about two minutes' walk. The transportation is very convenient. One disadvantage is that since the rooms are made of wood, the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear clearly any movement next door and upstairs and downstairs.
Service: I didn't see the owner during the entire check-in and check-out process. He only took the key from the combination lock. It was not very adaptable at first, and because I didn’t receive the room password, I had to call the host to confirm. If I need to ask any questions, I basically call them by phone (not very friendly to friends who are not good at English). But after getting used to it later, I felt that this was pretty good. There was no need to wait or socialize (I was very happy😄). This is a matter of opinion.
LlynnBreakfast is average, but it is still very convenient and cost-effective. The hotel is a few kilometers from the airport, you can see the plane taking off, the children like it. The hotel has a car park and there is also a free bus airport transfer.

GGuest UserDisappointing. The hotel amenities state that there is a 24 hour free airport shuttle bus, it does not run 24 hours. We had to pay for a taxi back to the airport. There was a cold water dispenser with lemons in the lobby but it was empty. A coffee machine was provided in the room, however, of the 3 coffee pods one was used and only thin plastic cold beverage cups were provided. The room was big, shows signs of wear but the air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The area around the hotel is a typical airport hotel, not much going on.
This hotel had plenty of charm, was really accessible and felt very authentic. It ticked off all the boxes for me when I was looking to stay for two nights as close to downtown Montreal as possible. There are not many places that offered any breakfast and come under $120 a night.
