Spa Hotels in Xiamen

The hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

Mary, our housekeeper, provided excellent service. She communicated with us in advance about the room details and our requirements. Knowing we were a couple, she even offered complimentary welcome fruits and drinks, and upgraded our room for free. The stay was fantastic! The room was very clean and comfortable, making us want to return. Sam, the restaurant manager, also offered great service. All the food was fresh, and breakfast was abundant.

Traveling with seniors, the staff proactively communicated our needs online, and they even placed non-slip slippers in the room specifically for the elderly, which was very thoughtful. We were extremely satisfied with both the environment and the service.

Staying at the Intercontinental Sea View again, it's still as warm and familiar as ever. The concierge at the entrance provided excellent service, making me feel delighted right from the start – a perfect first impression! Although the room's decor is a bit older, it's well-maintained, and we were upgraded to an executive floor, which was great. The toiletries are still Byredo, a scent I love. I'd like to specially commend Zhang Hongmin, the housekeeper, and Bingbing, the supervisor, for their swift response to guest requests and their meticulous service. Thank you!

The rooms were nice and staff pleasant, but for an international hotel I expected some signs in English. I wanted to use the gym and pool and was told it opened at 9am on 5th floor, but when I went to 5th floor after 9am nothing was opened and there was nobody about to ask. In addition, the other guests were really loud late at night and early in morning. There was also lots of noise coming from street late at night which cited be heard in my room.

The location is great, with bus and subway stations nearby. It's also not far from the SM business district, just a 10-minute walk. The airport is a short drive away, and they even offer free airport pickup, which makes getting around so much easier! The service is what you'd expect from an established five-star hotel. The front desk staff are polite and professional, and they respond quickly to any requests. Their attention to detail is very heartwarming. The hotel lobby is grand and tastefully decorated, and the guest rooms are clean and well-soundproofed. The pool and gym facilities are comprehensive, and there's a buffet on the first floor. Highly recommended!

During my National Day holiday trip to Xiamen, staying at the Wyndham Yu Zhou was a really solid experience overall. Our butler, Linda, was incredibly attentive to guests. When we encountered any issues, communication with her was efficient and smooth; she never shirked responsibility. The room was spotlessly clean, creating a very comfortable living environment. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to come back to the hotel and truly relax and recharge. Even though the hotel was very busy during the National Day period, the overall service quality didn't suffer at all. The common areas were well-maintained, clean, and tidy. It was also very convenient to get a taxi for outings, and there were plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. This hotel stay was definitely a highlight of my trip – no regrets here, the experience was excellent. If any friends plan to visit Xiamen, I'll certainly recommend this hotel to them.

Traveling during the National Day holiday, I chose this hotel. It has a grand European palace architectural style, and the location and environment are also excellent. You can see the sea from the window, and there's a seawall right outside the hotel, along with an outdoor pool and hot springs, all clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offers a rich variety of choices to satisfy all tastes. The service is warm and attentive; the staff were very friendly, arranged a late check-out for me, and also provided airport pick-up and drop-off. The stay was a fantastic experience, I highly recommend this hotel.

On the first day of check-in, the front desk service was quite decent, and the environment and cleanliness were also good. They kindly provided complimentary sand-play tools and fruit for the kids. On the second day, housekeeping only emptied the trash cans. On the third day, while we were in the room, a staff member knocked twice and, before we even reached the door, unlocked it with their own key card, stating that the cleaning lady requested to change the bed sheets and duvet covers. They changed the sheets and duvet covers, but didn't change the pillowcases, and the floor wasn't swept. The old linens that were replaced were left behind, and the new rolls of toilet paper by the bed and in the bathroom were left unwrapped and placed on the side. We booked a 4-day buffet breakfast. On the first day, the 1st floor was too crowded, so we went to the 4th floor; it was less crowded with fewer food options, and the taste was average, though you could order from an à la carte menu. We skipped breakfast on the second and fourth days. On the third day, we went to the 1st floor—it was extremely crowded. When we looked for a table, it hadn't been cleaned. We asked a waiter to clean it, but they rudely told us that the table was already taken (no one sat there even after we finished our meal). When we asked where we could sit, the waiter replied with a very impatient tone, saying, ”Just look and find a table yourself; if there's one, there's one, if not, there isn't.” The 1st-floor breakfast had a wide variety of food, but it was very noisy. We went down at 9:30 AM, and many items were already gone. Overall, it was just so-so, probably because our initial expectations were too high.

The hotel is right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. Sandy at the front desk was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The room was quite spacious, well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and a beautiful view. Our private butler and cleaning attendant, Auntie Ye, was incredibly thoughtful. She provided a complimentary bubble bath, thoroughly disinfected all the bathroom fixtures, supplied almost every toiletry imaginable, and even offered a selection of different pillows. She also promptly reported any facility issues for repair. Additionally, she gave us Xiamen souvenirs, offered bedtime drinks like hot milk and chrysanthemum tea, and thoughtfully turned down our bed with lavender aromatherapy. The executive lounge was refined and had a great atmosphere, with a wide variety of food and drinks. The bartender at the lobby bar on the first floor was very approachable, and they also offered a range of beverages and snacks. A complimentary laundry service was provided once a day. Breakfast was extensive and unique. Overall, a fantastic stay!
