Surprisingly nice bathroom, lighting is good, and nothing to complain about for the budget price.
Great location as it is just across the road from the famous Cheong Via Gong Plian - ( Pie ), I bought 30 pieces of them, and I queue was for 30 mins to get it .

Pros: Clean, comfortable beds & pillows, white towels quite thick for a budget hotel, strong water pressure, reliable hot water, quiet surrounding, has a good drinking water machine where we can refill our tumblers. Has a clothes line in the bathroom. Room door uses sensor key. Can control room air cond temperature.
Cons: When someone in the next room showers, the noise of the water is very loud. Shower area not separated from toilet area so the floor gets wet but luckily the bathroom is large so there is still a small area that does not get wet. No lift. Only street parking where you have to pay. Security not good enough. Anyone can enter & go up to the rooms. The receptionist won't know unless they stand up as they sit behind a high counter.

So far the badget hotel that I have been to this hotel is clean .. the service is ok, the watercorn is cold but one is mosquito .. x know where it comes from tpi everything is ok one je please put tlphone in the room x la customer g lobby .. ok good job sam hotel next time I come again

EErul MaverickI'd booked for this hotel via online in trip.com apps. The rate for online booking is RM 92.47. Due to my late check in, I asked my friend who stayed nearby to the hotel to check in the room first. As a normal practice, my friend put a deposit for RM 50 at the counter. To be surprised, the staff issued a receipt of the deposit and room rate for RM 84.15. There's a difference of RM 8.32. As far as I'm concerned, we'll get a lower price when booking online rather than walk in.
The cleanliness of the room is not in perfect condition as the bedsheets and the floor are dirty. I'm sorry to comment on this as to ensure the hotel management asked the housekeeping staff to do their jobs properly.

RRosInteresting location, close to kedai2. Want to go eco walk je. I took fmly suites, there is a bathtub that is fun for children to soak. Cleanliness is all ok. Only the bathroom is leaking if you want to take a bathtub, you have to throw it a little, if you throw it all, you will overflow in the room. So far other services are all the best.
