The non-smoking holiday home is a wooden house and is located on the Eifel National Park, in the immediate vicinity of the Kalltalsperre in a quiet residential street with no through traffic. An extensive forest area with countless hiking trails starts 200 m from the house. You can also send a "MESSAGE TO THE OWNER" (rather small and inconspicuous under the "To book" button) to make a non-binding request and to make the first contact.The garden measures 900 m², of which approx. 850 m² are completely fenced, so that you can also spend a relaxing holiday with your dog.Rursee, Monschau, Eifel Vogelsang National Park, Nideggen, Einruhr and Rurberg are only 10-20 km away.The living area is approx. 75 m² + 12 m² south balcony.
