Shenzhen Hotels with Airport Shuttle

Next to Gangxia Metro Station, take the Link City exit C. Across the road from One Avenue. The lobby is on level 6 of building A2. The reception is just a small desk around the corner from the lift. The location is amazing, and the reception was friendly, efficient and helpful, but the room was less so. We got a 2 bedroom residence and it felt like it a bit run down. There was duct tape on the ceiling, exposed pipes in the kitchen. They provided a kettle with tea, coffee and bottled water. The bathroom had packaged toothbrushes and paste. It served its purpose as a convenient place to stay for the night. Easily fit 4 people, maybe 5 on the couch. The projector for TV was misaligned and needed adjustment. 10/10 for location but 5/10 for the state of the room.

This Pullman hotel is right next to Shenzhen North high speed rail station. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Also number 4, 5 and 6 Metro stop in this station too. There is a shopping mall next to the rail station with many restaurants. I pick up some snacks and drinks from a 7-11 shop there. Check in lobby and breakfast room are on 46 floor with a great view of the Shenzhen north area. All rooms are on high floor. I stay in room 5608 with a nice view. Room is clean, has decent size, modern and relaxing design with bath tub, which is an added bounce. Breakfast is buffet style with good selection. Coffee is decent too. I have a relaxing stay there. Do not mind to go back for an other visit.

Thanks Nanshan Shangri-la for giving us a relaxing vacation. The hotel is super nice for photos. We have taken lots of beautiful photos. The package includes a tea set which we enjoy very much! The waitresses are willing to help take pic for our families. And we also enjoy the swimming pool and jacuzzi! Remember to bring a swimming cap with you, or you need to buy it for $90. There is also a open gym which you can enjoy n relax yourself! Hotel is just 7 mins away from O’Plaza 歡樂海岸中心, our kids enjoy shopping n dining there. When we came back late n we order delivery at 11pm, the front desk help us to bring the food up to the hotel room. Their service is super👏🏻 Love it ! Nanshan Shangri-La for a great vacation!

The hotel was near to the old electronics mall where one can buy many electronic stuffs at a low price. Food wise there are a many stalls below. The only downside could be that the level 1 entrance can be difficult to find as it is at the back of the main entrance and one has to route around the building to the back to enter the hotel. Lobby reception would be at Level 23.

I used the shuttle service to/from the airport. It was fast and comfortable. I don't have a chinese telephone number, but the employee at the airport helped me contact the hotel via WeChat. The hotel has comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection of dishes. Great hotel for those who need to spend the night near the airport.

A very good accommodation experience. The location is very convenient. There are several tourist destinations nearby. The hotel environment is clean and tidy. The staff is attentive. Special thanks to staff 小甘 for her considerate arrangements and service.

We booked this hotel at the last minute to extend our exploration of Shenzhen beyond the day and it's location was perfect for us, 5 mins walk to One Avenue and Citylink underground malls, with Exit 12 leading to Line 2 (Futian HSR, Sea World, Window of the World, Hubei, Daimeisha) and easy transfer to other lines. It turned out to be one of the best value stays in Futian. Beyond the humble lobby, the hotel packs a lot of cosy and homely services in their guest stay experience. Reception staff kindly upgraded us to a window room at our request. It was very clean, spacious, full of smart tech, yet comfortable and relaxing with tasteful natural accents (a landscape art above the bed, green shower tiles, wood furniture). Included are in-room minibar beverages, a healthy teatime station, goodnight snack and 24hrs warm tea at the lounge, gym walking machines, laundry corner, even a robot that will deliver your online delivery meals directly to your room. They also offer breakfast, which we did not take. We are almost sorry we had to check out. We will definitely choose this hotel for future weekend trips to Shenzhen!

First let me put down the good points: 1. Bed, pillow are nice not those soft kind. 2. I did not asked for housekeeping service throughout my stay, as I stay alone, but the lady was kind enough to give me extra water bottle and asked if I need her to clean the floor and washroom. 3. Location is near to MRT station and quite a few shop u can go for food. 4. Breakfast was good for me. Bad experiences: 1. The toothbrush, as u can see at the picture. I did not realised til I felt sth was not right and sth glue at my throat. I feedback to front office asked for manager. 3 of them were standing at the reception desk kept asking me to tell what happened before I could speak to the duty manager. Until I insisted only one of them steoped out and said he is the duty manager (lack of responsibility) they did changed all my tooth brush and sent me a gift(tumbler, pen and notebook) unfortunately when I was trying to remove the glue at tip of the pen, the whole too of the pen came off. Also they gave fruit platter. 2. My floor 11 was cold and I was told is centralized AC. They gave me a fan heater but the wire was too short, can't put on the floor near to my working desk or anywhere else. Only can put at the bed side table and I can't adjust the heat level and fan speed. 3. The noise. 11pm maintenance staff was hammering to fix one of the room door and my neighbors was talking out loud til almost 2am. During my last few days there was a group of teens check in to the same floor and they are not the quiet type as well. Don't forget I'm on business trip 4. I checked in at the same time with my colleague, he got an upgrade to level 18 and I got none. A bit down when it colleague got an upgrade and I don't. 5. They took my colleague's phone to wrote all the perfect review (cause they give ”free” late check out if we could write good review and my colleague wants to ease all the trouble so let them use his phone to take pictures and wrote comments.

I like the hotel and enjoyed the breakfast and services were great! The one thing I appreciate would be if they didn’t ask me to give 5 stars before I go… Also the location is ok but not right next to station or big mall. Still it’s easy to get taxi to places. The window handle is broken so I couldn’t lock it maybe that’s why I could hear voices in the middle of the night from outside but it’s not too bad. Smoking smell is NOT an issue in this hotel :) Overall I will stay here again
