"I was packing my bicycle in a box in the lobby and Priyanka from the front desk was a huge help by providing a scale and finding a van driver to get me and my massive box there without being a sweaty mess. I am very grateful for the service, kindness and hospitality i was shown. I would 100% stay here again next time I go to Japan. They are located less than .4 miles from the airport and there is 24hr McDonalds and Lawson next door. I would recommend this place as a first stay in Japan.
P.S. If any upper management is reading this, Priyanka deserves a raise for going above and beyond for looking at bus schedules etc. without asking. You want people like her in your business."
"Its proximity to the airport was a definite plus. There's not much to do in the immediate vicinity, so it might be best suited for the last day of your trip. Except for the slightly inconvenient check-in process, the room was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the building put my mind at ease."

"It's about a 15-minute walk from the domestic bus terminal at Fukuoka Airport.
It might be a bit difficult to walk if it's raining.
There are few convenience stores or places to eat around the hotel. They sell snacks and instant noodles near the front desk, but if you want a proper meal, I recommend eating at Hakata Station or the airport.
Breakfast is available from 5:45 and you can make it in time for the free shuttle bus to the domestic terminal at 6:05. However, it's a bit tricky to get there if you're flying to the first international terminal in the morning, so give up and ask them to call a taxi. If you're flying early in the morning, it took less than 15 minutes to get there.
The taxi fare was about 1,600 yen.
I thought it would be more helpful if they provided a shuttle to the international terminal.
You can get the amenities you need at the front desk.
The room wear was a waffle-fabric 3/4-length top and shorts, which were quite comfortable.
They were sold at the front desk for about 4,000 yen."
"I stayed at this hotel for one night so I can catch the flight very early in the morning the next day. The location is very close to the domestic terminal. I walked to the hotel and caught the free shuttle bus the next day to the airport. Complimentary breakfast was good - basic but sufficient. Room was spacious. Bed was a bit firm but ok. I would stay there again."
"Definitely we will book here again. It was a nice and affordable. No receptionist but just follow the instruction given in the email once you book the hotel. Better to take the subway going to fukuoka airport then go down on the first station HIGASHI -HIE after hakata station, then exit at exit 3 walk 150 meters.
This is like an apartment type so there was a kitchen and you can cook if you want. Bed is nice, with TV and you can do the laundry.
Had a great stay. Will book this again once we visit the place."
"If you do not wish to be near the hustle and bustle of the city and being near to the airport allows you more convenience and/or more time to rest, Hotel Nexus H S should be considered favourably as an accommodation option. There's a solid ramen restaurant nearby and a 24/7 convenience store within 2 stones' throw away. The shuttle bus service is dedicated, prompt and without hassle. The driver does his utmost to serve and assist with professionalism. Albeit his small stature, he does not back off from the bigger luggage pieces. He drives with a measured approach to ensure safety and it was indeed a pleasant journey. The service staff at the reception are able to communicate in basic English and their service mindset is commendable. Hotel Nexus H S does not appear to be striking in its appearance but it punches above its weight in quite a few areas."
"First of all, you have to check in directly because it is unmanned.
I give one towel per person, but I booked for 4 nights and 5 days, but I ask you to wash the towel and use it.
I had a couch and it was so dirty under the sofa.
I would like to give you 9 stars for a day, but I do not recommend staying for a long time. The location of the hostel is not bad. Shampoo body wash, hand detergent, toothbrush toothpaste is disposable, so you have to bring it to use."
"Check-in time was 4pm, but when I went to drop off my luggage, I was able to check in early, which was very convenient.
I stayed in a dormitory room, and there were about four shared shower booths that I could use without having to wait in line.
The rest area on the first floor was also comfortable.
I was planning to catch a morning flight from Fukuoka Airport, so the location close to the airport was also very convenient.
If I stay in Fukuoka again, I would definitely use this hotel."
"The room is long and narrow, and it is difficult for two people to cross or turn around. The bathroom and shower room are separated into dry and wet areas, but the shower room in 201 where I stayed has a very strong odor. It is the kind that will make you vomit if you stay in it for a while. If you mind, choose carefully. The sanitation should not be cleaned thoroughly. There is a sock and a plastic bag under the sofa bed. I stayed for three nights. No one picked up the garbage and cleaned the sanitation. Even the toothpaste was not replenished. It was just the thumb-sized bag in the bag. It was used up at one time. It was not enough for three days. The width of the bed is relatively large in Japan, but there is a bed with the air conditioner blowing directly at it. It will be hot when it is turned off, and it will catch a cold when it is turned on. There is construction outside the window. There will be construction noises around 7 o'clock every day. If you are sensitive to sound, choose carefully. It is still a little far from Hakata Station to walk, but it is close to Higashihie, just across the bridge. There is a 7-11 at the back of the building, and a drug store diagonally opposite. The vending machine downstairs is the cheapest in Fukuoka."
