The hotel has a very good location where you can walk down to the nanjing street. There are many local restaurants around the hotel. To get a taxi from didi is confusing for us from the beginning as we can’t find the pickup point under the hotel name. Recommend to put Grand Mercure as a pickup point and the taxi will pick you up right in front of the hotel lobby. The room we got is very spacious and clean. Only some days we smell of cigarettes a lot from other guests room who leave their room’s door open. Overall, I’m happy with the hotel and enjoy the trip so much.

Modern, Convenient, and 24/7 Service!
We arrived very late (4 AM), but check-in was smooth—reception was available and welcoming. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Shanghai Railway Station, which made travel super convenient. The design is clean and modern, with comfortable rooms. Bonus: there’s a Family Mart right downstairs for quick snacks and essentials. Great stay overall!

Traveling with my children, the hotel staff thoughtfully assigned us a room at the very back. It was incredibly quiet, with no noise at night – a real blessing for anyone who values a good night's sleep. Breakfast was also very generous, and I particularly enjoyed the noodles. We visited the Shaanxi History Museum today, which is conveniently located right next door. We couldn't make it back for the 12 PM check-out, but the staff kindly arranged a late check-out for us. Many thanks! This place is definitely my top recommendation for anyone planning to visit the Shaanxi History Museum.

The hotel is very close to the city center, with convenient transportation—both taking a taxi or the metro is easy. The surroundings are also nice. Just a few hundred meters away is the Nanpu Bridge, which you can walk to. The night view there is beautiful.
The service was excellent, check-in was very quick, and they even upgraded us to a suite for free. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate small kitchen. From the suite, you can see the “Lujiazui Three Towers”.
The hotel also has a free gym. Overall, it was a really great experience! They even gave us a cute stuffed toy.
The room was incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The hotel facilities were comprehensive and well-equipped. They thoughtfully provided flower tea, black tea, and coffee in the room, and we even received a small complimentary gift at the front desk, which was a lovely touch. When I accidentally left some items in the lounge area, a kind staff member at the front desk neatly placed them in a bag and kept them safe – truly attentive service! Their excellent service attitude truly deserves praise. Initially, I had a little trouble finding the hotel, but after calling, a staff member patiently guided me until I was sure of the location. The subway station is right outside the hotel, making travel exceptionally convenient. Furthermore, there's a shopping mall right next door with an abundance of delicious food options.
Before booking a room yesterday, I asked the hotel if they could project screens in their rooms. I waited for a definitive answer before booking the room. When I arrived, I saw people smoking in the lobby (and the smoke was so strong it was a bit suffocating). I had requested a room with projected screens, but they gave me one without a TV. I called the front desk and was told to switch rooms. Then, around 10 a.m., I heard the sound of a construction drill (last picture). I didn't realize they were installing a TV until I left the room. Why couldn't they have said something like, ”Sir, we'll be installing a TV tomorrow around 10 a.m., so it might disturb your rest,” etc.? No way! Overall, the hotel environment is pretty good, and the renovation and management style is nice too! I think I'm pretty objective overall. Anyway, the fact that my sleep was disturbed made me feel a little uncomfortable!

The young lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I needed to send gifts for the holidays but, being unfamiliar with the shipping process, I was quite lost. She proactively helped me fill out the shipping addresses, contacted the courier to pack everything, and saw the entire process through. She even took screenshots of the shipping labels for me to save, making it easy for me to track my packages. Her thoughtful and thorough service provided invaluable assistance.
As a returning guest, I'm still compelled to leave a glowing review. The hotel is ideally situated in a commercial district, offering convenient access to transportation, dining, and entertainment. The ambiance is elegant, upscale, and spacious, with everything impeccably clean and tidy. My stay was wonderfully quiet and comfortable, thanks to the excellent and well-maintained facilities. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet was generous and easy to access, and the dining environment was very pleasant. A big plus is the complimentary and convenient parking.

Stayed at Yitel Premium, Lujiazui for 4 nights. Overall experience was positive — location is excellent, only a short walk to Metro Line 14, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.
One area for improvement is reception. During check-in, the staff member assisting me seemed new or unclear on procedures. For example, I was asked about my nationality while my passport was already in hand, and unnecessary time was spent flipping through pages looking for a visa. Since entry is clearly validated by immigration stamps, this came across as unprofessional. A smoother, more confident check-in process would elevate the guest experience.
Although there are many hotels around, Yitel Hotel has a high cost performance. Although the business king room is not big, it has complete facilities. It is also very clean. There is a rope for hanging clothes in the bathroom. The service staff is also very good. I couldn't close the window at night. After calling the front desk staff, they came up and closed it for me immediately. It is an ideal hotel for business people on short-term business trips.

Very Good
GGuest UserVery clean and great service. The room was well lit and spacious. There is free laundry service on the 10th floor and daily housekeeping. They were very kind as to allow me to cancel my reservation earlier than my check-out date as my plans had changed, and they also allowed me to check-out later than 12:30pm.
WWujilinggunJaylonThe front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers self-service laundry machines, and they even provide complimentary throat-soothing tea at the front desk. The location is excellent. I'll definitely be back next time!
GGuest UserThe room was clean and well-equipped. Because my flight was delayed, I had time to work out in the gym. The laundry room next door was well-equipped and well-stocked. The staff were also very polite and professional. I give them a thumbs up. Overall, it was a very cost-effective and enjoyable stay!

GGuest UserMy daughter and I were here on Aug 13 and 14. The stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, make us feel right at home. Thanks Mr. Junhao feng and Ms. Meiqi Cui for exceptional service! The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Wujiaochang shopping area with all kinds of restaurant nearby. The room size is decent and clean with everything we need. I will definitely recommend to friends and come back. Thank you
Eeva82822My main purpose for coming to Shanghai was to see the Egypt and Orsay exhibitions, and this hotel was definitely the right choice! There's a bus stop right outside; bus 451 takes you directly to the Shanghai Museum (People's Square branch), and bus 583 goes straight to the Pudong Art Museum. As my flight landed at Pudong T2 in the early hours, I took the overnight airport bus to Century Square station (20 RMB), then a Didi (ride-hailing service) to the hotel (12 RMB), as it was the only option available that late at night. The closest subway station is Pudian Road, about a 7-8 minute walk from the hotel.
Regarding the room, the design is quite modern, the layout is practical, and the bedding is comfortable! I usually suffer from shoulder pain and am quite particular about bedding, so I was pleasantly surprised that I had no issues after sleeping here – definitely a thumbs up!
Food options were scarce along my route, but there are plenty near Pudian Road subway station! One thing to note is that food delivery services cannot bring orders directly to the room; guests need to pick them up from the front desk.
GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay in Yitel a lot! Whether it was going out and coming back late at night to be greeted by friendly staff members, getting to the super close subway station or tianlin road to eat, or even staying in to order delivery, it was overall a super convenient and pleasant experience.

2205996****The hotel's supporting facilities are also very complete, parking is convenient, the rooms are clean, the front desk service is very good, there is a washing machine on the 4th floor, and they can help with laundry for free, which is very good.
