I specifically asked the front desk for a quieter room when I checked in, but the door of the room I was given was leaking. The sound of the robot delivering food outside was clear all night, and the sound of the cleaning outside and the guests staying in the hotel was also clear in the morning. The toilet seat in the bathroom was wiped with alcohol wipes to remove dirt, and there was a long hair on the floor from the previous guest. When I checked out, the front desk asked if I was satisfied with my stay. I said it was quite noisy, and she immediately gave me a cup of yogurt and apologized. Although I don't like to eat this, I can feel the service attitude. Five-star service for this staff. In addition, the wifi signal seems to be not good and is interrupted from time to time, and there is no wooden comb in the care box.

This is my first time visiting this hotel. I spent a long time choosing online and finally chose this hotel with a high rating. Overall, I am very satisfied. Because I am a light sleeper, after I told the front desk, the front desk assistant Xiao Wu specially helped me choose a quiet room near the community and gave me earplugs just in case. It was very thoughtful. The room felt newly renovated. I like such large windows. The windows in other hotels are very small.

Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water and a selection of toiletries that added to the overall experience. Location-wise, Yitel is ideally situated, making it easy to access local attractions, shopping, and dining. I found it convenient to explore the vibrant neighborhood just steps away from the hotel. The hotel is near Exit 1 of Wujiaochang, and it is very convenient to take the subway and bus. The hotel is quite old, and the facilities and hygiene are acceptable. The breakfast is also good, with both Chinese and Western styles. The hotel service is quite good, and I am very satisfied with Xiao Zhou's service.

Nice team, no excuses and very proactive. Great place to stay for business or vacation. Close to nice places and parks. No need for a car if you enjoy walking. Metro station line 6 is too close to the hotel. 50 minutes walking to SNIEC (Shanghai New International Expo Centre). Nice Chinese noodle restaurants 3 minutes walking. It's important to have aliplay to make things. Thanks for the amazing experience during these 8 nights. I hope to be back soon.
