The hygiene was excellent, and the Laifen hair dryer was a nice touch. No issues with noise on the 19th floor. The foot massage on the 5th floor was very comfortable. There was a bit of light leakage, but it wasn't a big deal, and the value for money was exceptional! Thanks to Manager Zheng.

Heyi Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Linkong Park Songhong Road Metro Station Branch) is simply amazing! The facilities are very new after the 2019 renovation, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The location is superb, not far from Songhong Road Metro Station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. They also offer thoughtful services like free parking, a laundry room, and luggage storage, which made my stay very comfortable. The price is also very reasonable, and they even had summer discounts, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Shanghai.

I booked this hotel for a business trip. The room was clean and tidy, and I could even cast my phone to the TV. It was spacious, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located within a park, so it's quite peaceful. The staff were all very polite and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious, including noodles and wontons. On the second floor, there's a gym and a self-service laundry room available 24/7, which is very convenient. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends; it offers great value for money.

The room was clean and tidy, and it's super close to Shanghai Railway Station, about a 300-meter walk. The takeout and drinks around the area are excellent. The hotel service was top-notch, and I loved the unique scent of the shower gel!

The curtains don't close properly, letting light in. It's so noisy! Extremely noisy! I could clearly hear water running and people talking in the rooms on both sides. Someone was also smoking in the next room, and the secondhand smoke drifted over. What's most infuriating is that the 5th floor of the hotel is under renovation. The front desk sign stated that there would be no loud noise on weekdays from 12-2 PM, after 6 PM, and on holidays. Yet, on Saturday at 12:30 PM, the drilling started. When I complained to the front desk, they said it's a commercial building and they're allowed to renovate. I mean, seriously?? Is your front desk notice just for show?? After multiple complaints, they finally said they wouldn't work at noon, but then it started again at 2:30 PM. I originally booked this hotel to escape my own home renovations, and now I'm stuck in such a noisy hotel. It's truly infuriating!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and smelled lovely. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, and there was no noise at all. They also offered a late check-out service, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast was very generous, with delicious soy milk and tofu pudding. I really love this hotel and will definitely be back again.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Quiet and peaceful. Service: Everyone seemed quite busy. Facilities: Other things are fine, with a washing machine and microwave oven available. However, some items are a bit faulty... perhaps they could be fixed.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transport and a great price. The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away, and it's about 800 meters from Exit 3 of Kangqiao Station on Metro Line 18. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making daily life very convenient. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the staff are very enthusiastic!

1st time staying at this hotel, as I usually use the Holiday Inn opposite this hotel. This hotel is lovely and certainly, the best budget hotel I have ever stayed - As stated, it is a budget hotel by price, but it certainly does not look or feel like a budget hotel, as it is really very nicel. The bedrooms are excellent, the bathrooms large, well equipped, modern, good WiFi, beds are comfortable, a good size desk to work at, a place to layout and open your suitcase, an armchair to sit in - Lovely 👍 Breakfast is good and the breakfast room is large and bright 👍 Services at the hotel are good and modern, such as the laundry, gym and even a yoga room. The staff are well presented, very helpful and patient. In the lobby there is a Bean Star coffee outlet which is a real bonus, as it serves an excellent selection of very good coffees. I will never stay at the Holiday Inn Jiading again and this is now my hotel of choice 👍

The facilities are complete and the service is attentive. It's close to the subway station and shopping mall, making transportation convenient. Being near Huashan Hospital is handy for medical needs. The free parking is very practical. The room decor is cozy, and the bedding is high-quality, ensuring a good night's sleep. The complimentary self-service laundry and dryer, free late-night congee, and free coffee and tea make it worth staying again.
