The environment was very clean, and all toiletries were provided. The soundproofing was good, so it wasn't noisy. The staff were gentle, polite, and the price was affordable. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay, I truly recommend it! My stay experience was perfect! The room had great natural light, and the facilities were complete and new. The bathroom was clean and dry. It's convenient to go out and eat downstairs, and the service was attentive and detailed. The value for money is absolutely amazing.

The service was really good. Maybe it was because it was the weekend, they upgraded the room type for free and gave me a fruit plate. I walked around the hotel for a few times and found that their configuration and service were really good. There is a free independent parking lot, electric charging piles, and a tea room for guests to talk. There are all kinds of tea sets and tea leaves in the room, which are also free. In addition, there is a free reading bookshelf in the lobby. As long as you are a guest staying here, you can borrow it for free. With free coffee, it feels very comfortable. Another key service is breakfast. Although the hotel charges a low fee, the breakfast variety is very rich. I have stayed in many hotels outside. Personally, I feel that this place is generally good value for money.

Room service was quick to respond, and our requests were promptly addressed. Comfortable Room: The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were modern, and the hot water supply was ample and consistent. Thoughtful Touches: The complimentary welcome fruit and minibar drinks were a nice touch. The in-room smart control system (or high-quality toiletries) really left a lasting impression. Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, combining both Western and Chinese dishes. Everything was delicious, especially the local specialty snacks, which were very authentic. Overall, it was excellent value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit and highly recommend it to friends!

Cleanliness being low rated is not due to the cleaning being insufficient but the bathroom really needs renovation in the room we stayed in. Mould was present in more than one place and the drains kept a constant odour that was not pleasant. The ventilation of the bathroom was not very strong and had a big drawback of turning off once the room is vacant as the key card cuts power to the ventilation as well, this is a massive oversight tbh and exclusion of the vent from this would greatly improve the bathroom hygiene. Bathroom also lacked conditioner and body wash for some obscure reason Location is fairly good as it's relatively close to a lot of key locations and there are a few streets nearby with an abundance of local restaurants. You will need to be careful of the road and bike lane just outside however and be wary of any walking routes you may choose as those should be planned extra carefully - the immediate area is not very pedestrian friendly. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The cleaner was so annoying. I left for her letter which is don’t distract me, she came in my room without permission always every morning. And she even don’t understand any words in English

Absolutely fantastic! Clean, comfortable, and quiet – I couldn't be more satisfied. It's also conveniently located for dining. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for my next visit. The weather was great, and it was so easy to get around Dishui Lake on a shared bike.

The 24-hour front desk service is very attentive and friendly. The accommodation is very cost-effective for this location and price. There are two floors in total, and both the stairs and the elevator are very convenient. There are bus stops opposite and on the left side for public transportation.
