St.Regis Hotels in Shanghai

It's hard to summarize my experience here; it was a stark contrast to the perfect stay I had at St. Regis Qingdao. The river view was the main draw, and the night view was just okay. While I acknowledge I arrived early, as I'd planned to have lunch at the Western restaurant, after my meal I inquired twice about my room. However, I wasn't notified when it was finally ready and had to go ask myself. I was told it was a very busy day. The bed rail I requested in my booking notes was simply left on the floor, so I decided not to bother the staff with installing it. However, I do want to thank the concierge for assisting with my luggage. And a big thank you to all the service staff.

The hotel is located in a central area of Shanghai. The room was very spacious with beautiful views from the window. Both the facilities and service were absolutely top-notch – truly a great choice! The check-in process was very efficient. I'd especially like to commend Leon and Echo; they were extremely polite and friendly, making the check-in smooth and quick. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of fruits and nuts, all my favorites.
