Shenzhen St Regis hotel is always my favorite hotel in which we prefer to have short staycation there. The main reason is that the hotel is very tall and the lowest floor is at 75F. The time, thank you so much to Jimmy and Alice for their good arrangement. Thanks for their room upgrade to have better and natural view. 

Alice is the favourite butler I have met at St Regis. She always serves me very well. She is professional and experienced. 

Thank you so much and hope to see Jimmy and Alice again.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided during my recent stay at your hotel. Specifically, I would like to commend Oscar from the front desk for his outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine commitment to ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Upon check-in, Oscar greeted me with warmth and efficiency, setting a positive tone for my stay. During check-out, he took the time to kindly ask about my experience and listened attentively to my feedback. When I mentioned a minor issue, he promptly addressed it with great care and resolution. Additionally, his thoughtful gesture of presenting a teddy bear as a gift truly touched me and significantly enhanced my overall impression of the hotel.

While my stay was mostly pleasant, there were two minor incidents that could have impacted my experience. First, there was a misunderstanding with the concierge team regarding courier delivery services. Fortunately, the butler quickly stepped in, understood my needs, and made an exception to assist me. She also patiently explained the reasons behind the policy, doing so in such a polite and comforting manner that I truly appreciated.

Secondly, there were no universal sockets compatible with UK plugs, my laptop ran out of battery but I had to reply an email via that laptop. I contacted the butler for a converter, after over 10 minutes, one was provided but no way to plug to the wall socket. I called the butler again, then it took nearly an hour for the housekeeping team to find a suitable power strip. I acknowledge that, as a guest, I should have been better prepared, and I understand that such situations can sometimes be beyond the hotel’s immediate control. Or maybe my expectation to the butler team is far over.

Despite these small setbacks, Oscar’s efforts during check-out completely eased my frustrations and left a lasting positive impression. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable, and I believe he is a valuable asset to your team.

I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate channels and that Oscar receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay, and I look forward to returning to the St. Regis in the future.

The hotel is located in a central area of Shanghai. The room was very spacious with beautiful views from the window. Both the facilities and service were absolutely top-notch – truly a great choice!
The check-in process was very efficient. I'd especially like to commend Leon and Echo; they were extremely polite and friendly, making the check-in smooth and quick. The breakfast selection was extensive, with plenty of fruits and nuts, all my favorites. I didn't get a chance to visit the gym this time, but I'll definitely check it out on my next visit!

It's hard to summarize my experience here; it was a stark contrast to the perfect stay I had at St. Regis Qingdao. The river view was the main draw, and the night view was just okay.

While I acknowledge I arrived early, as I'd planned to have lunch at the Western restaurant, after my meal I inquired twice about my room. However, I wasn't notified when it was finally ready and had to go ask myself. I was told it was a very busy day.

The bed rail I requested in my booking notes was simply left on the floor, so I decided not to bother the staff with installing it.

However, I do want to thank the concierge for assisting with my luggage. And a big thank you to all the service staff.

Our first family visit to Dubai 

The best hotel my family and I have stayed in.

The room is very spacious and clean, overseeing the Burj Khalifa.

The hotel staff is ever-polite and very accommodative.

Breakfast was excellent with many food choices.

1) The duty manager will never fail to give a courtesy call to find out if everything is fine during our stay

2) Shoutout to Mr. Jeff for helping us to safekeep our Dubai loots (Fix Chocs and cakes) before returning back to our homeland.

3) Shoutout to Ms. Aleksandra (I hope I get the name correct) for showing us to our room during the check in.

4) Shoutout to the lady staff who always greeted us at the lift lobby from 8am to 8pm.

Overall, it was indeed a memorable stay in The St. Regis Downtown for our first trip to Dubai.

Amazing room, fantastic breakfast (the fresh croissants are to die for), provided extension of room for a few hours and free ticket to palm view. 
Only downside, the butler service was not the most helpful, I was sick and requested for salt water/isotonic water, but reply was they only have tonic water. 

Everything else was amazing and great hospitality, especially the check in and concierge. Definitely live up to St Regis standard worldwide.
