The rooms are a good size and clean. The front desk staff provide excellent service; they are warm and patient. This time, I even received a free upgrade. However, I unfortunately had a sudden nosebleed in the middle of the night that wouldn't stop, and a lot of blood got on the bed. I had to go to the emergency room to get it treated. When I returned, I explained the situation to the staff and offered to pay for the cleaning fee as compensation. The staff later told me that I didn't need to pay, and the hotel would cover the cost. I truly caused them a lot of trouble this time, and I want to express my sincere gratitude to them! I will definitely stay here again in the future.
