Booked this place for a short family trip. Overall, it's pretty much a simple, homey style – no fancy decor, all the facilities are geared towards practical daily living. Room cleaning was meticulous; every corner that usually collects dust was thoroughly cleaned. The air inside was fresh with no strange odors. Storage space was well-designed, allowing our family's luggage and personal items to be organized separately. The small tabletop was perfect for snacks and drinks, which was very convenient. Charging outlets were well-placed, keeping phones and power banks topped up. The bedding was soft and dry, and the mattress offered balanced support, ensuring both seniors and children rested comfortably. The bathroom facilities were in good condition, with a steady shower flow. Disposable toiletries and facial supplies were fully stocked, and the anti-slip floor design ensured safety. The property is located in a lively neighborhood with plenty of affordable home-style restaurants and snack stalls, offering diverse meal options. A convenient supermarket is within walking distance, and getting to attractions by public transport is very time-saving. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, and the check-in process was streamlined with minimal waiting time. They patiently addressed any questions we had about our stay. The public lounge area is cleaned daily and is a good spot for a quick rest. There are no unnecessary frills here, and the price is affordable, making it excellent value for money for a short family getaway. Our overall living experience was relaxed and comfortable, and the whole family was very satisfied.

I'm still grateful for the upgrade, as the room I was given hadn't been cleaned. Although the air conditioner looked old, it cooled well. However, it made a strange noise in the middle of the night, like rain, but it was fine after getting used to it. The room was generally clean and acceptable, and the location was also good. It was convenient for taking my sister to see a doctor. The subway station was not far away, and there was a FamilyMart downstairs. But I wouldn't stay here again. The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the front desk staff checking videos in the middle of the night, and I was woken by people talking in the mornings. I'd pay an extra one or two tickets to book a nearby room, and it would actually be quite comfortable. The front desk was also unreliable. I accidentally canceled my order and had to place a new one. Then, I had to ask the platform's customer service to contact me again to process the refund for the original order, which was a huge waste of my time and a hassle. Any hotel, as long as the room wasn't too bad, I'd accept it. For the price, I had my expectations. But I really don't understand the receptionist who asked me to add you to customer service. Was it to help you solve the problems you've created? The basic amenities include a hair dryer, kettle, disposable toiletries, disposable toilet paper, and two bottles of water. The slippers are made of soft plastic and have a slight odor.
