Ramada Hotels in Shanghai

Super lovely staff, clean, big rooms, if you are like me a mum travelling on your own with two kids for long (11 hours) layover. Then I highly recommend coming here have a shower, food, some stretches and sleep. We arrived in Shanghai at 6am and I booked for the day before and extended my checkout for later that same day I arrived. Hotel staff spoke enough English to get by comfortably. I paid 30 CNY from airport to hotel as transfer is from 9:30am. Lovely transfer back to airport. Highly recommend coming back to the hotel.

The room was nice enough but compared to other executive rooms just lacked the wow factor. The room was on the 16th floor and provided a nice view. I was welcomed with some cookies when I checked in but received no welcome fruit or welcome drink that was mentioned on the welcome letter. The lounge was really nice and had a great variety to choose from. Breakfast was ok and I would have said good but on my last day they were still putting things out and filling up the juice at 6:40 and as we were on a schedule felt a bit rushed to finish breakfast. The location was good enough for where I was needed to go and had a range of restaurants really close by.

Wonderful and spacious rooms, services are average , front desk staffs are very helpful even though they speak English a little… We asked for airport pickup , actually it is free, but the problem there is no any sign board at the arrival the location of shuttle bus, it will be better if they can arrange a staff or sign board to ease the guests to reach bus. Breakfast is average but good.

Its ok for overnight sleep due to late arrival or for early departure. The best part is timeliness of free shuttle bus to and from Pudong airport. Room 3105 is rather old style and color, lights not brighten enough, bed base and pillow need to be updated, bed frame is noisy when turning around. Breakfast is good enough with 68 RMB if not included in room rate.

The night view on a rainy day is incredible! Ha ha Personal testing is preferred! Highly recommended for pregnant women, children or people who have requirements for hotel air management! Having said that, the biggest advantage of choosing this home is that the room is free of formaldehyde and other pollution sources that affect air quality. Unlike some newly renovated hotels, although the facilities are new, staying in a new hotel still makes me feel uneasy. In fact, I stayed in other hotels for the first three nights because I had a burning sensation in my throat after staying for a long time. It was better as soon as I left. Then why did I find out that I had to change hotels on the third night? It was because I checked in on Friday afternoon and went out for the night before going back to the hotel to rest. In addition, it was cold and the air-conditioning was not turned on, so it was not obvious; I went out for another night the next day (Saturday). Yes, it felt a little bit but still acceptable even though the window was open; on the third day, I stayed in the hotel in the afternoon and evening. My throat was very uncomfortable at night and I didn't fall asleep until three or four in the morning. When I woke up in the morning and had breakfast, I reported to the Ctrip platform that I wanted to change hotels. I finally chose this home after being recommended by the platform. Although I read the negative reviews, objectively speaking, it was just nitpicking. Is your home perfect? In my opinion, these make people feel more at ease while living. After all, the air quality is the best consideration! After checking in, I was very satisfied. The night view was great. The facilities and materials in this room - wooden bedside and cabinets, glass desk, environmentally friendly♻️ gave me a good sleep, and I stayed an extra day today. The second time I renewed my room, I met Manager Chen at the front desk who was very nice!

Very satisfied with a stay, the children were in Fengxian for two days, originally booked a hotel next to the school, but after reading the evaluation, the service was generally hygienic, so I changed to Ramada, which was a little farther away. I was very fortunate that I decided that the whole stay was very pleasant. Because the children were in class early, I didn’t arrive at noon when I arrived at the hotel. I thought it would be impossible to check in so early. I didn’t expect the front desk to help me check in directly, and the next day the children were late for school and helped me check out at 2:00 pm. I am very grateful to the front desk for helping me solve the problem of time. The service staff are actually very enthusiastic. They will say hello when they meet. Although there are not many breakfasts, the variety is still complete. The afternoon tea is also delicious. In short, the overall experience is very good. I will stay next time.
