The location and environment are decent, but the cleaning service is a complete mess – they just sweep wherever they can find a spot, and there's something new every day. The first day they took the TV remote, the second day they left the drain open and unclosed, and there were black specks stuck to the pillowcases from who-knows-where. When they called someone in to fix it, there was absolutely no apology. Maybe they don't have any standards for cleaning for long-term guests and don't check anything. It's fine for a one-day stay, but long-term guests shouldn't come. :)

Never accept a low-floor room! The front desk explained that poor drainage on lower floors causes noise. However, with incessant noises occurring less than a minute apart, sleeping at night was impossible. To make matters worse, after I called the front desk to complain, I received no response for over half an hour. When I called back, their vague excuse was about 'only one person at the front desk being busy' and 'a solution being processed' (like coordinating a room change in a fully booked hotel, or perhaps just offering earplugs?). Absolutely brilliant!

The front desk employee Xiao Lu is professional and responsible. He will help solve any problems. I really feel the service! I give him and the hotel a thumbs up! Because the company came to Shanghai for a meeting, we all booked this hotel together. It was a good choice! The room is very clean and looks new, and there are robots delivering things. You don’t have to go downstairs to get takeout. I really don’t want to go out when the weather is cold! The room is also very tidy and quiet. I slept soundly without being disturbed. It is really friendly to people with light sleepers~ I feel much better after resting! It’s really pleasant to get up in the morning! I haven’t been so happy for a long time. There are luxurious private rooms nearby where you can play chess, bathe, and have dinner. The environment is very comfortable, and the price-performance ratio is good and not expensive! I feel like I’m looking for a hotel that is close to the transportation and convenient, with good and professional services! The check-in experience is great* I can’t be too happy. The room layout is really tasteful, and the red sofa and decoration are very tall and grand. The most important thing is that the service here is also very considerate, and the waiter’s attitude is very good [happy], which makes people feel very comfortable [proud]. I will come to play again next time!
