Facilities: The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices. It's also very convenient for express delivery and food delivery services. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff did an excellent job; the room felt spotless and very comfortable. Environment: It's located right in the city center, very close to the subway station, with Exit 5 being the nearest. Service: The front desk service was excellent. I requested a quiet room, and they assigned me a very peaceful one. There was no noise over the two days, making for a very satisfying trip.

The hotel's location is excellent, offering a quiet retreat despite being in a bustling area. It's incredibly convenient for both transportation and shopping. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff (both the ladies and gentlemen) provided exceptional service. Highly recommended; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The overall service was excellent. I especially want to mention Sister Liu and another older lady at the restaurant. We arrived just as they were about to close, and they were so worried we wouldn't get enough to eat. They told us to take our time and that they'd close a little later. Since our child was still sleeping, they even offered to pack some food for us to take on the road. These two ladies were incredibly warm-hearted; they absolutely deserve a great review!

My overall experience during this stay was incredibly satisfying. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the bedding was fresh and odorless. The bathroom area was also very well-maintained. All the in-room amenities were complete, the lighting was soft, and the layout was sensible, making the overall space feel open and not cramped. The surrounding environment was quiet, not noisy, and the soundproofing was also good, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Ventilation and natural light were excellent, making the stay refreshing and comfortable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and requests were handled promptly. The value for money was outstanding, and the stay experience was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place for my next trip and highly recommend it to others.

This hotel was a last-minute change. I had originally booked a guesthouse I really liked, but the night before my trip, I was informed that the AC was broken and they were issuing a refund, which totally caught me off guard! I frantically searched for an alternative, and although the reviews looked good, I was short on time and booked it in a rush, feeling quite anxious. The hotel is nearly an hour's drive from Hongqiao Railway Station, which was further than I expected. My child got carsick and threw up right after we got out of the car, thankfully outside. The front desk staff came out to check on us, helped with our luggage, and thoughtfully brought out some water. The lobby was very clean, and although the hotel was newly renovated, there was no noticeable smell. Check-in was quick. When they heard my child was carsick, they immediately brought out a plate of fresh fruit – very quick to respond. Then, they personally escorted us to our room. The room was spacious, and the design and decor were clearly well thought out. The shower and toilet were separated by a wall, and the door opened in a unique way. Both the sofa and the large bed were comfortable. Although the view outside was of residential white walls rather than the rice fields I had hoped for, it still had a charming, local vibe. My child immediately exclaimed how much he liked it when we entered, excitedly exploring everything in the room. Outside the room, there was a small patch of paddy fields, lush and green – a rare sight to encounter so up close. This was truly idyllic. There weren't many dining options around the hotel, but ordering takeout was very convenient. The next morning, we took the shuttle bus to Disneyland, which picked us up and dropped us off. We returned to the hotel at 10:30 PM, after a very long but enjoyable day. The hotel was so comfortable that it was a great relief after such a tiring day. The next morning, I slowly enjoyed breakfast and discovered that the mini wontons were absolutely delicious! I hadn't had a chance to try them the first day. My child, who is incredibly picky, ate two bowls. He loved all the food at the hotel. Before we left, he even packed a box of small cakes. What mom wouldn't be happy when her child is happy? Despite a minor unexpected hiccup, the hotel's quick follow-up and perfect resolution left us satisfied. Even on our high-speed train ride home, we were still eating the cake from Manxinfu and discussing our feedback and opinions with the hotel. This level of experience is truly exceptional. All in all, our two-day stay felt like a deep immersion, mainly because the hotel's culture deeply resonated with us, and they spared no effort in making it happen. My child even kept the water from Manxinfu until the very end, unable to bring himself to open it, and brought a bottle home!

My family and I stayed at Man Xin Hotel (Yunjian Granary) for 6 days when we first moved to Songjiang while looking for an apartment. The facilities were nice and modern with even a robot delivery service. The morning breakfast was nice, but could use more daily variety for longer-stay guests. The location was very nice with lots of restaurants nearby. However, be aware that most restaurants close from 2-5pm. We stayed in the children's room which had a tent and some toys. However, I believe that some of the toys need to be cleaned or replaced as they were stained. The best part of Man Xin Hotel was the staff. Even though I could not speak Chinese, each staff member was thoughtful and helpful to meet my family's needs. Xiaoyan and Jingjing were especially professional and considerate in helping me to order food and cleaning services for my new apartment. They were very patient and attentive even with the language barrier.
