JW Marriott Hotels in Shanghai

I have stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoy my stays. Usually when I see Anna at the reception I feel happy. She’s very friendly and welcoming. This time it was Claire and Carrie that helped me for checking in. Both of them are very nice and helped to arrange a great room for me. Moreover, it’s so nice to have some relaxing time in the lobby lounge and drinking tea while having a beautiful view of Shanghai. The staff of the lobby lounge are also great and they remember my preference to drink tea.

Lovely stay on the 43rd floor. Lovely room with very comfortable slippers and robe. Executive lounge was nice and the afternoon snacks and drinks were very good The breakfast eggs that were freshly made were very nice but the buffet food was only luke warm. Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Overall a very nice stay

This stay was perfect! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was attracted by the beautiful lake view surrounded by blue waves. The lake view room we booked has an excellent view. You can see the lake and mountains as soon as you open the window. In the morning, you can see the mist lightly covering the lake surface, and in the evening, you can watch the sunset glow dyeing the sky red. The buffet dinner is also very rich. Especially after communicating with the hotel, they carefully decorated the room for my sister and brother-in-law’s 40th wedding anniversary. ”Love” balloons, rose petals, exquisite cakes, and a room full of romance. The whole family was surprised and happy. This kind of care is so rare, I must like it!
