Oh wow very nice hotel and very clean the room is very spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful even though they don't speak much english, they try their best to help. Next time I will deinitely stay here again 👍❤️

My friends in China recommended this hotel and told me that she loves it because it’s relatively inexpensive compared to similar hotels in the area. She also stressed that it is a native Chinese brand hotel that it is easier for her to order food and just anything she needs. I was pleasantly surprised by its decor, service, cleanliness and modern amenities. Our room had a nice big tub, huge shower and toilet with bidet. It’s been a while since I visited Japan and I forgot how nice to have a bidet. The breakfast was a nice addition to our stay since it is included. It served both Chinese and American breakfast with some nice local dishes. The decor is modern Chinese Jiangnan style featuring paintings, Calligraphy, and 3-D animation of gold fishes. I enjoyed working out at the gym as well. Super clean and all equipment are easy to use. There is a Pilate room as well. I didn’t have time to enjoy it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not to mention that I asked for a power cord, it was delivered by a robot. Five star experience! .

I came to Jiading with my family to watch the F1 race on the weekend. Every time I go to Shanghai, I stay at Xiyue Hotel in Shanghai, so I chose it this time when I came to Jiading. Very, very satisfactory stay experience. The hotel combines the details of Chinese classical landscaping and the essence of minimalism to create a quiet and elegant space. If you are not in a hurry to go to the racetrack, you can really enjoy this leisurely time in the hotel! I would like to thank the handsome guy Xiao Shao at the front desk. His service is really great! Knowing that we are going to the stadium to watch the game, he took the initiative to help us check the route to the stadium and the approximate time required, taught us to use the membership to buy breakfast coupons, helped carry the luggage and sent us upstairs, and sent welcome fruits to let us feel the excellent service experience. I will continue to stay at Xiyue Hotel in Jiading in the future and look forward to meeting you next time.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated in an upscale residential area right by the Huangpu River. The night view is stunning; watching the boats go by with the Bund's dazzling skyline in the distance truly brightens your mood. The rooms are spacious and new, especially the blackout curtains and bedding, which greatly ensured a good night's sleep for a busy professional like myself. One day, I even slept past 10 AM despite setting an alarm. I accidentally left some clothes behind at the hotel, and they were promptly mailed back to me. Many thanks to the staff! The hotel's breakfast restaurant and evening bar are both located on the rooftop, offering fantastic views. I heard the hotel breakfast is delicious, and I'll definitely try it next time I visit.
