Hyatt Place Hotels in Shanghai

Thank You Jennie, Sharon&Bryan!** My recent stay at Shanghai hongqiao CBD Hyatt Place&Hyatt House was made truly memorable by the outstanding hospitality of Sharon and Jennie at the front desk. A special thank you to Jennie for graciously helping us adjust our room type when we encountered unexpected needs. She patiently explained all options and went above-and-beyond to ensure our comfort. Sharon complemented this seamless experience with her warm demeanor and proactive follow-ups, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. In addition, I'm very grateful to the concierge manager, Bryan, for helping me look up what delicious food and interesting places are around. Their teamwork in resolving room arrangements while maintaining five-star service standards deserves recognition. It's rare to find staff who combine such efficiency with sincere care for guests' needs. Because of them, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a testament to your hotel's exceptional service culture. So this trip all was good untill I had same noisy room allotted . I can not believe coincidence twice .So this is my 2nd stay at this hotel .1st stay we had 2 rooms one of which had issue as all night there were terrible sound of cars passing beneath rooms. As there may be bumper underground so each vehicle passes causes terrible sound all night. At late night I had to call the reception to change the room. Thank god they change the room in night. Other than this all was good. Breakfast is standard Chinese western mix. Location is good near to a shopping mall.

The overall design of the hotel is very good, simple and elegant. The guest rooms are also good, reasonably designed and comfortable, but the bed is a bit soft. The catering service is not good. A portion of local smoked fish was taken out of the refrigerator and cut into pieces and served directly on the table! It was still cold when I put it in my mouth. This is probably why there was only our small table dining in such a large and spacious restaurant.
