We stayed for a week at this well-organized property. It's a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the city center (Burj Khalifa). The food was excellent and very varied, with options available from both the buffet and à la carte menus. We stayed in an apartment, which was extremely comfortable, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities. There's also a well-equipped 24-hour gym and a lovely, clean pool. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. If I were to return to Dubai, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel is well-equipped and comfortable. The room was very clean and cozy, true to Hyatt standards. Its location is convenient, just about a 5-minute walk from the Al Riga metro station. The staff was very helpful, and the front desk provided friendly service; we were even able to check in early. The breakfast buffet was rich and offered a wide selection. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pool as our time was limited. Overall, a lovely hotel for a short trip to Dubai.

Great facilities, very clean and Vaishali at the front desk was excellent. Very good breakfast, good amenities and good location. Sometimes can hear music from nightclub at night so ask for a room above the 3rd floor.

It's a good apartment hotel, but they call the room a lot from the reception, which is annoying. Especially on the last day when they want to pick up the room, they call from 9 am to 12 noon, which is very annoying.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel manager, Victoria, and her team at the reception for treating me like family and a friend. I am also grateful to the housekeeping staff for always keeping my room spotless and comfortable. A special thanks to the valet staff and the breakfast restaurant manager, along with all the kind employees there, for their exceptional service.

I apologize for the late review, but I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for their kindness and warmth. Every time I stayed there, I felt so thankful for their attention to detail and hospitality.

Location wise and Cleanliness wise is all great! we really enjoyed our stay. Their rooms are big.
i put 3 put Facilities as their pool area is currently closed and the temporary pool area is small and not very appealing.
Overall, we had a great stay.

The breakfast was good. There was a lot of selection. Location was near the Flushing Meadows and near the US open. Very easy to walk to. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Didn’t have much expectation to hotels in downtown manhattan but the hotel ends up giving a positive impression to us. It is near Time Square and some other tourist spots. Most of the the time hotel is busy but the staff will still accommodate 
you whenever you need help. 
Cleanliness is also out of our expectations which is really up to a 4-star hotel standard.

It was great for sightseeing as it was located in Midtown. It was great that Times Square, Broadway, etc. were all within walking distance. And there were many good restaurants nearby, which was great, and it was convenient because they were all open late. It was great that you could drink unlimited tea in the lobby every day, and there were even apples to eat.

This hotel is very good. I would recommend it to all.
Firstly the location is very useful. Since it’s in the middle it’s not too far from any of the attractions that you’ll go and see while in New York.  It’s close to subway stations, 6 mins walking depending on which line you want to use.
the breakfast is good, options are plenty, seating area is plenty. Hotel staff are very helpful, kind.
I enjoyed my stay here and would for sure recommend it.

Bright and clean. Checked in very late, the service staff explained clearly and was very warm, it felt very relaxing. Spring is a season of warm weather and blooming flowers, and it feels extra comfortable. In addition, this room is very suitable for the elderly

I live on the 6th floor and the view is okay. The twin bed is relatively large and can sleep two people. The twin room has a bay window. The hotel is about ten minutes' drive from Hancock Exhibition Hall, which is more suitable for business trips.

Being the fact it was during covid, it was a nice AMAZING view actually me and my wife loved it! The bed was sooooo COZY you were literally sleeping in a heaven bed lol. Service was medium the workers attitude could have been a little happier. But the room was AMAZING overall 

Quite satisfied, the waiter is enthusiastic and likes to chat. He enthusiastically introduced Chicago's food and culture, and even gave us some performance information! The waiter is also a musician in a band, and he has a lot of art topics. He is also very professional and knows how to talk in moderation! It seems safe here, and most of the people staying here are teachers and exchange personnel from the University of Chicago or students who come to register.

The room environment is good and very clean
The hotel has a very standard and classic free breakfast, coffee latte bergamot scrambled eggs bacon, etc. 
It’s cold. The front desk will also provide apple juice. The service is good. The front desk can store the suitcase for free.
And the location is excellent. It is very convenient to go anywhere around! Good quality and cheap
