This hotel is incredibly close to Shanghai's Koreatown, just a 10-minute walk away, making it super convenient for exploring and dining. The rooms are spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. What really stands out is the incredible value for money. The prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent and budget-friendly option in the area. The front desk staff were also warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions. If you're planning to explore Koreatown's food scene, this hotel is definitely the right choice. Highly recommended!

This is a great hotel, only about 500-600 meters from Line 12, so it's a convenient 5-minute walk. You can also take Line 9 directly from Songjiang, Shanghai (I think), but then it's a 15-minute walk to the hotel. I'd much rather transfer to Line 12 first, it's a lot more convenient. The cleanliness is excellent; they actually changed our towels and disposable slippers every day, which was really nice of them. The towels and bath mat in the room were quite clean, so you can use them with confidence. Most importantly, the front desk service! Whether it was the ladies or gentlemen, their service was very attentive, answering all our questions! They were very kind and friendly to introverts like me 🥹. Since I was in Shanghai for the CPSP exhibition, I was mostly out and about, so I didn't take many pictures of the hotel room, but I did get a shot of the front desk for everyone. On a side note, there are plenty of places to eat outside, and you can also order takeout, so food is definitely not an issue! I'll definitely stay here again next time I come to Shanghai for CP.

The room is great! The staff and the housekeeping are really trying their best to help your needs. It has a massive room within the floor feels like a maze to find the elevator. Location. It would be good if your airport arrival or departure is within the area. I made mistake of not having a thorough research. I ended up taking DiDi whenever I go out to the touristic area which is fine with me. The nearby subway is around 15-20 minute by walking and also there are buses around. Food options are available around the area too. Overall, I love staying here. The location is just my own opinion.

I came for the Import Expo this time, and since hotel prices around the exhibition center were ridiculously inflated, I chose the Novotel, which was a bit further away but whose prices hadn't skyrocketed as much. Overall, it was decent. The breakfast was quite rich, with some Western options available. However, there were clear issues with both the soft and hardware, as well as the service: since the booking page only included breakfast for one person, two people staying meant we had to purchase an additional breakfast at the front desk. When checking in, I told the front desk that I needed to buy two more breakfasts (two separate orders, each for two days). I also asked to move the breakfast for the last day of the second order to the day before. Based on the 60 RMB difference between breakfast-included and breakfast-excluded rates shown on the page, it should have been an extra 120 RMB. But the front desk staff, whether they were slow-witted or too clever, couldn't grasp it after I explained it four or five times. First, they said a single breakfast was 98 RMB, making two 219 RMB, then they calculated 218 RMB on a calculator, claiming it was a discounted price. Your hotel's pricing clearly displays the breakfast cost; could it be that you deliberately don't offer a dual-occupancy breakfast rate just to make guests pay inflated prices for it at the hotel? After much insistence, and only after I agreed to join the HUAZHU Rewards program, was it finally sorted, wasting over ten minutes of my time. On the morning of the third day, when I went to the front desk to extend my stay and reconfirm about getting the last day's breakfast moved up, a short guy standing next to the girl operating the computer interjected, ”Our system is set up so it can't be changed...” Is this kind of employee trying to sabotage the hotel? Regarding the hardware issues, there's a rectangular stainless steel panel on the shower wall, and I have no idea what it's for. I was startled when I saw the sharp corner of that steel panel. If you accidentally slip or lose your balance and hit it, you're sure to bleed, and if it hits your head, the consequences would be even more severe. In all my years of staying in hotels, this is the first time I've encountered something with a sharp corner installed in a shower, which is definitely a safety hazard. Also, there's no emergency call button in the shower. Overall, for an international chain hotel, the service standard has a significant gap compared to other international brands.

I'm staying in this hotel for a second time. Quite a decent place for a 3-star property, just 2-3 minutes away from a metro station and a bus station. Rooms are not too big, but still comfortable enough. The batroom was very good, the wifi internet and TV, unfortunately, like everywhere in China, are not usable by Western guests at all - all channels in Chinese for the TV and all restrictions on Google services and Facebook for the internet. But apart from that - a nice hotel I will be glad to use again when going to Shanghai.

Came to Shanghai to watch a concert. The location is good. It is close to the subway station. There are also many buses to Shanghai Stadium. I returned to the hotel quickly after the concert. There are residential buildings nearby, so it is not noisy. The hotel room is of good size and has complete facilities, but the cleanliness is average. The hair dryer has stains and feels dirty to the touch. When I blow my hair, the fluff in the room is blown out? Dust? The smart toilet in the toilet is not smart. It always flushes automatically. I would rather do it manually, okay? The staff's attitude is average. I told her that the toilet was blocked at night. She asked me to deal with it tomorrow. I was silent. In the end, she still found someone, but her attitude was not good. She said that the paper towel was blocked and said that she would use a stick to deal with it. Generally, hotel guests don’t carry sticks with them, right? ? It’s really funny to say this. If I had tools to deal with it, I wouldn’t have to find you! In the end, the problem was solved, but I felt that the service was poor. The overall price-performance ratio is still quite good.

Overall very nice! However the room had a slight smell (humidity?) and I thought the bathroom glass walls were not opaque enough. No complaints other than that

Excellent location near the metro and a lot of good value eating places. The apartment-style room was generously sized with spare space in the living room and a table I could work on with my laptop or eat. The business suite had two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a large single. You could actually get two kids in here if permitted. I did find the wifi a bit restrictive even with a vpn, so I used the generous data plan on my SIM card. The washing machine and clothes rail made a long stay easy. There is a communal kitchen on the ground floor rather than a hob or microwave in the room, although the room does have a kitchen sink and surfaces.

I was travelling with my cat, and this is one of the few cheap pet friendly hotels out there. If your pet doesnt make too much noise it won't be an issue. The service is generally good and the room clean, but the building is basically falling apart. My first room was leaking water through the ceiling, and the helpful staff quickly assigned me to a new room, even at the early hours of the morning. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

This is my second visit, and I'm already looking forward to my third stay in a couple of days. The location is fantastic, with the subway entrance literally right outside. The front desk staff are incredibly attentive, and the rooms are well-equipped. They even have robot delivery for meals. For other necessities like bottled water, toothbrushes, or slippers, a quick phone call ensures prompt delivery. The breakfast buffet is extensive, featuring dozens of snacks and drinks to choose from. Plus, the 11th floor offers comprehensive amenities including a laundry room, lounge, gym, and ironing room. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
