Booked a night here after a long flight, to have a good night of sleep. Easy to reach from Hongqiao train station and airport by taxi.
The service is very good, the room was already ready when I arrived at 11am and I could check-in early.
The room was spacious for one person and one luggage. Both the bathroom and room were very clean.
The bed was comfortable and I had a very good night of sleep.
The breakfast is quite good, more Chinese options than international options.
I would stay here again.
This hotel is one of the finest I’ve stayed at during my many visits to Shanghai.
It’s a newly built property with an elegant exterior and a meticulously clean, well-designed interior. A light, refreshing scent fills both the rooms and common areas, creating a calm and welcoming ambiance throughout the hotel.
The guest rooms are thoughtfully arranged, blending comfort and functionality with a high level of maintenance and care.
What truly distinguishes this hotel, however, is the exceptional staff. Their warmth and genuine kindness made my stay all the more memorable — some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced anywhere.
Although the location is slightly less central and can be a bit inconvenient to access, it’s by no means a serious downside.
For travelers looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and high-quality stay in Shanghai, this hotel is an outstanding choice.
The hotel boasts an excellent location. To the east, you'll find the Baolong Art Museum and Haipai Art Museum. To the south, Qibao Ancient Town and Qibao Temple are both within easy reach, and there's even a church nearby. To the west, it's directly adjacent to a semi-open-air shopping mall, offering a wide array of dining and drinking options.
The hotel rooms are relatively quiet and a good size. The shower area was also spacious, the shower was great, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to get a restful night's sleep.
The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient; both check-in and check-out were swift. Housekeeping was proactive and helpful, and the staff at the restaurant and executive lounge were also very pleasant. It was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend it!

A fantastic creative-themed hotel with excellent service. The surrounding creative park also offers a wonderful atmosphere. It's very convenient for business travelers, with spacious rooms that include windows. The separate shower and toilet facilities are a major plus for cleanliness. It's even more ideal for families, as the creative park on the ground floor features plenty of children's play areas, and even a green belt with an elevated squirrel enclosure. The cafe on the ground floor, which also serves Western dishes, is excellent; its interior is lush with greenery, creating a fantastic ambiance. A complimentary light breakfast is offered each morning, which is a really nice touch.
As soon as I stepped into the Qingju Hotel on Jiuting Street in Songjiang, I was healed by the spring breeze smile at the front desk, and the meticulous and thoughtful service made me feel at ease. The elegant aroma in the lobby instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. The guest rooms are extremely soundproofed and quiet as if isolated from the world. The breakfast is not only rich in variety, but also full of fireworks. Smart and convenient hardware facilities, paired with soft bedding, are simply a warm and caring travel feast.
The bedding is as always maintained as the quality of Atour, and the pillows are all pro models, very comfortable. It is very close to Hongqiao Airport, 15 minutes by car. There are also many places to eat nearby, and there are two shopping malls nearby.
I will continue to choose next time.
Facilities: The room is well-equipped with a fridge and a safe. The fridge was functional with excellent cooling, a crucial feature for summer guests. The room's power card system allows the air conditioning to remain on even when you're out. Disposable earplugs were provided, a thoughtful touch considering its location near Hongqiao Airport where aircraft noise is inevitable. However, I didn't find the noise to be an issue inside the room. The TV remote control could benefit from a proper, snug-fitting protective cover instead of the ill-fitting plastic bag.
Cleanliness: The room was generally clean and tidy, though naturally, there were some signs of use.
Environment: Parking was convenient. The elevators have clear light indicators upon arrival, a helpful feature to prevent missing your lift.
Breakfast: The buffet breakfast, while not extensive, offered a decent selection including congee, coffee, bread, salad, fried eggs, sausages, steamed buns, and a small live cooking station.
Overall: I'd highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. At this price point, especially with breakfast for two included, there's really nothing to complain about.
Service: Upon check-in, I received a complimentary drink, and a polite young man kindly helped carry my luggage to the room.
We’re a family of four and stayed in the zoo-themed family twin room. The room was clean and fun, with LEGO toys and a smart toilet. Beds (1.2m) were a bit small for adults, but still comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mainly Chinese, with delicious handmade wontons and sticky rice rolls—very local and tasty. The free self-service laundry and dryer were a huge plus for families. Great location near malls, restaurants, and the metro. Very convenient and family-friendly!
I recently stayed at your hotel for three days and, overall, had a pleasant experience. However, I would like to share some concerns regarding the assistance provided by the front desk staff when it came to booking taxis.
On multiple occasions, I asked the reception to help me book a taxi, but I encountered issues each time:
Upon check-in, I needed to visit another hotel to collect my luggage. The round trip was no more than 15 km, but I was charged around 90 yuan. The rate shown was 5.3 yuan/km, which is almost double the standard fare. The taxi was booked by the reception.
The next day, I inquired about a taxi to the city center. The staff member initially quoted 150 yuan, and when I declined, he later said it would cost 100 yuan. However, when I checked online, the estimated fare was only 51 yuan. As I do not have access to Alipay, I couldn’t book it myself, so I opted to take the metro instead.
On the day of checkout, I requested a taxi to the airport. After a few failed attempts, the same staff member said he would book through a different company and quoted 40 yuan, although I know the fare from the hotel to Hongqiao station is usually under 30 yuan. I paid him 50 yuan (as he did not have change), and later he shared a receipt showing a fare of 52.44 yuan. Based on my understanding, the fare should not have exceeded 25 yuan.
I’ve attached the receipt he shared for the airport taxi. Unfortunately, I do not know the staff member’s name, as he wasn’t wearing a name tag, but his WeChat name is “lik.”
I hope you will look into this matter, as I believe such incidents can affect the overall guest experience. Thank you for your attention.
You are required to take off your footwear upon arrival, and place your shoes in the shoes locker. The key to your shoe locker will be used to access all facilities, including your hotel room. The bath house has an arcade and kids play area with a skating corner. You need to pay extra for these. It has a few cafes across all levels and a restaurant at level 2 that sells Korean food. The onsen has indoor and outdoor pools, and massage facilities. There are many rest areas for you to lay down and relax.
The only downside of this bath house is that the hotel room is very small. It doesn’t have any table, chair, and there is very limited space for you to open your luggage. There are no hooks on the wall for you to hang your wet towel or clothes. Very limited power points for you to charge your devices too.
I stayed for 2 nights. They do not clean your room daily. I had to use a towel to sweep the floor myself.
The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, being very close to Hongqiao Railway Station, which was incredibly convenient for catching an early high-speed train. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed. There's a beautiful lake view from the window, and Qibao Old Street is just a short walk away, making it super easy to explore and grab snacks in the evening. Highly recommended!

AAUTOMModern hotel with Xiaodu App integration (except it was not calibrated properly, so none of the room controls worked). It's along a shopping strip, convenient access to shops and restaurants. Only minutes away from Hongqiao International Airport.
GGuest UserThe hotel as a whole gives people a feeling of elegance and comfort. It is very comfortable to stay in. The service of the front desk staff is very good. I personally think that the price-performance ratio is quite high. I will come again next time if there is a chance!
Ddian_dianThe location is excellent, being close to Qibao Old Street. While it's a somewhat commercialized area, it's pleasant for an evening stroll.
Breakfast is provided and convenient, though the variety of options is quite limited.
The surrounding neighborhood has a very authentic, local feel.
Dining options are convenient with a restaurant called Fu Xiaoyu located nearby.
It's also relatively close to the National Exhibition and Convention Center.
The room's size and layout felt a bit constrained, likely due to its position, but surprisingly, it even came equipped with a range hood.
However, the bathroom was quite small.
Laundry carts were frequently left in the hallways, which was a minor inconvenience.
The soundproofing wasn't great, which could be an issue for light sleepers.
Overall, considering the price, it offers decent value for money, making it suitable for a short 1-2 day business trip.
The service was good.
GGuest UserThe car was renovated and dirty. I went to the car wash shop to wash it. It took a long time. I came back and found out that there was still latex paint that was not removed. I checked out at 9 o'clock in the morning and said that there was no hotel front desk manager. Later, the bathroom manager was called to deal with it.
SShigeyouxiunanhaiGenerally speaking, because the price is reasonable, you can live in it. It is economical and affordable. There are many rooms and you can stay in it. You can choose it according to your own situation. It is not mid-to-high-end.
SShuqixiaohaoThis price and location are pretty good, so it should be considered.
The boss's service is very warm and friendly. It's relatively close to Qibao, but if it rains, it's better to take a taxi there. It's also good to walk if it doesn't rain. There are many places to eat around the hotel, the price is moderate, and it is a very cost-effective hotel. I will consider it next time I come here.
GGuest UserThis time I went to Qibao to book this store very comfortable, the price is super affordable, the surrounding attractions, food street can be reached on foot, and the travel is super convenient. The room was warm and exquisite, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the details were full. It can be seen that the boss spent a lot of thought. The boss is very enthusiastic, give praise to come back next time
__WeChat234945****This is my first time in Shanghai. I really like this hotel. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the ladies in the hotel were very warm, friendly, helpful and considerate. In addition, the hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The aunties clean the rooms every day. The bedding is also very clean and comfortable. The hotel pays attention to every detail.
What touched me the most was when I was leaving the store, I happened to meet the boss himself while carrying my luggage. The two elder brothers were very kind and kind enough to help me carry my luggage. Thank you so much. I was so touched by such considerate service. It made me feel warm in a strange city. It also brought me an unforgettable stay experience. If I have the opportunity to come here in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. It’s worth writing a positive review, highly recommended! !
