This time, I arrived at the Shama Hotel in Shanghai, where the front desk staff, Angel Zhu, provided exceptionally attentive service. Whether it was the arrangement of the room or the introduction to the surrounding environment, she made me feel thoroughly valued. She swiftly completed the check-in process for me and escorted me to my room. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai. The room was spacious and bright, with a decor that elegantly blended modern style with the charm of old Shanghai. The interior was meticulously arranged. Looking out from the window, whether it was the bustling traffic during the day or the dazzling lights at night, I was utterly enchanted. The gym also allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and enjoy relaxation. If you have the chance to visit Shanghai, don’t miss out on this experience. I believe it will offer you a uniquely memorable stay.

Overall is quite good. The staffs unable to speak English but it is fine we able to chat via WeChat. The location is very convenient and close to Mrt Wuning road walk distance around 5 minutes near few shopping malls and a lot of restaurants nearby.

I won't talk about the size of the room. The bed is so dirty. I spent more than 300 yuan. I chose this one just because the reviews were very high. The bed is quite big when I walked in. The room is small. The soundproofing is also average. In short, the experience is average. The service attitude is quite good.

It is what it is. Cheap and clean and decent - but noisy asf! The corridor is narrow so all the voices carry from the corridor and even from within other rooms. Cannot survive without earplugs (they have them at the reception). Because of the noise, i wouldnt stay here again.

Nice Service Apartment Hotel! Wonderful breakfast and a nice sitting patio outside on the 8th floor. Checkin on the 8th floor. Located close 80m from 889 Plaza and office Tower. Many restaurants and fast food. Longde Line 2 is about 600m walk and Wunning Rd Line 14 about 850m walk. There is Herma and Aldi close by. Rooms are clean, a little compact and modern. I will stay here now every business trip, as my company office is at 889. It was nice to have a washing machine with soap in room to wash some items before next trip.

Spacious and clean room, try helpful staff, and cafes and restaurants around. If you want to stay around Jing’an area this hotel is a perfect option. Well priced and really comfortable rooms. Room temperature was perfect. Didn’t need to touch/adjust the thermostat even once.

Had a stay before leaving via Hongqiao Airport. Location-wise it’s in prioximity to 2 malls, which is next to the metro station, but it would be a 20-25 mins walk actually as the hotel and these places are not interlinked. The staff were very nice and welcoming, especially a male staff who wore glasses during night shift. Delivery can be directed to room conveniently by mini-bots. Free washing machines and dryer too. The hotel is new and they even offered drip coffee and tea in room. One drawback was that I saw people smoking at the bar area near lobby but the staff didn’t stop him, probably a norm in the culture. Overall a pleasant stay with the reasonable price.

+ The Hotel is next to Line 2, where you can go to both airports, the Bund and many more places. The rooms are beautiful and have a shower and bathtube. - The Hotel itself looks old. The rooms don't get cleaned very well (I had hair in my bathtube and at my sink when I checked in). The rooms look very used and you can see they don't get cleaned carefully. Also the messurement writings from the construction workers are still on the tiles in the bathroom, even the renovation was long time ago. The breakfast is okay, just the pots and glasses where you can get juice from are dirty.

Hotel check in and check out was easy and quick. The front desk had a voice translator which made us feel comfortable as we cannot speak Mandarin. Room was beautiful, bed was super comfy, and had a nice view. The toilet and shower were AMAZING! Very friendly staff, especially the maids, very accommodating.

This is a beautifully designed boutique hotel - with innovative spatial configuration and interior styling. But the management is a bit at AirB&B level, seemingly run by the owner's family members rather than a professionally trained team. The room I was originally assigned to had an intense smell of cigarrette; the room I changed to upon request had an obvious smell of mildew. The only window in the room does not provide sightline to outside; it's only for ventilation and indirect natural daylight. The location is between city center and the Hongqiao train station, which is the reason I chose the hotel, but the area has no nearby attractions.
