Good services and they threw in extra breakfasts. There are no good restaurants and shopping malls nearby. But you can always take DiDi to get to them. DiDi fare is about CNY$15.

The hotel lobby is on the eighth floor, and the service is excellent. My family loves tea, and the hotel provides complimentary purified water, which is a fantastic service! The room is neat and clean, with complete facilities, including a very convenient washer-dryer combo. The breakfast offered is incredibly rich and varied, and the location is also good, about a 5-6 minute walk from the subway station. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is a 'triple threat' – great location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. The surrounding area is bustling with activity and a fantastic array of dining options, making it super convenient for families with kids to eat and shop. It's also very close to the subway station, and just a 20-minute ride to Hongqiao Airport. My child had a toy sword from Disney that lost its tag and couldn't be brought on the plane, but the hotel concierge proactively contacted someone to help mail it for us. Such thoughtful service! Highly recommend.

This is an affordable and quite convenient option for solo travellers or those staying short-term. The room is clean, it’s spacious and generally quiet (at least from outside traffic). The location is pretty central. The water pressure on the shower is excellent, but be careful with the hot water as it can become scalding hot very quickly. The shower can also overflow to the outside so make sure to aim away from the shower door. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the subway station and as there is currently construction on the way to the station, this path is not the most convenient. If you are near the elevator it can get quite noisy with guests coming and going, as well as children. Another problem was the shortage of bath towels. We only had one large bath towel and had to go down and request this twice. However all the staff and cleaners are friendly and efficient.

I was on a business trip for one night and found an apartment near the company. The room was relatively large and had a balcony, which was suitable for our needs. I preferred their gym, the treadmill, elliptical machine and strength area at least met my needs.

At this price point in the city center, it definitely offers great value for money. First, let's talk about the ambiance. The entrance features an elegant, understated bridge and dark blue curtains, leading to an interior that feels very clean and cozy. The room itself is compact but well-equipped. Initially, I was a bit upset because the room type assigned didn't quite match the pictures on Ctrip, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and resolved all our concerns one by one. I opted for a room with a view of the Suzhou River, bathed in natural light. The decor, featuring wood grain and warm-toned lighting, was very comfortable and soothing. There was also a distinctive scent in the room, reminiscent of cypress leaves and pine resin, which my girlfriend particularly enjoyed. Housekeeping was exceptional! Given the compact size of the room, we easily ended up with clothes piled everywhere, but the cleaning staff always tidied everything up perfectly. Breakfast was a unique Shanghai-style affair, complete with personalized service. It's served in the bar on the ground floor, which is quite lively, serving meals by day and drinks by night. Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating, assisting with various requests like printing, late check-out, and providing daily necessities. If I visit Shanghai again, I would definitely choose neobridge. Who could resist the beautiful daylight views of the Suzhou River?

Every holiday, I choose to stay at Shama Changfeng serviced apartment when I visit Shanghai. It truly feels like a cozy home away from home. The location is excellent, right next to Changfeng Park and the Joy City shopping mall, which offers a great mix of leisure, shopping, entertainment, and dining options with plenty of food choices. Transportation is super convenient, as the Changfeng Park station of Line 15 is just steps away. The apartment layouts at Shama are fantastic, and the surrounding environment is beautiful. The rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring they are spotless and hygienic. The staff are also very warm and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

The hotel is in a great location, close to Exit 9 of Zhongshan Park Subway Station, with many shopping malls around, and many places to eat and shop. The nearby Zhongshan Park has beautiful scenery and is worth a visit in spring. The hotel front desk staff is enthusiastic, the layout of the suite is reasonable, the room is bright and clean, and the supporting facilities are complete. The weather was hot during the trip, and the washer-dryer provided great convenience A very satisfactory choice

While not too far from a metro station, there are few, actually, non-existent restaurants or other amenities nearby. The staff was pretty generous with water bottles and service was not bad. There was a bit of construction going on, but not disruptive to the hotel operations or guests. Breakfast was included, but uninspiring. The breakfast could be improved by heating up the food or keeping it warm.

This hotel is super convenient for a citywalk along Changning District/Yuyuan Road, the location is excellent. However, the bathroom in the double room is too small, and the entrance design feels a bit wasteful. The room lighting is generally dim. Due to the hotel's room type characteristics, even with the sheer curtains, you can still see silhouettes of people in the opposite building's rooms during the day.
