My kid fell in love with plane spotting, and we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a hotel. I specifically booked an executive room with a runway view, and being able to watch planes take off and land from bed was simply amazing. He stayed by the window, while I relaxed. No rushing around, no baking in the sun – it felt like a true vacation. We got more great shots than we did during three days at Baiyun Airport. An unexpected surprise was how good the breakfast was; I thought airport hotels usually had mediocre food, but this was excellent. The afternoon tea and evening happy hour at the executive lounge were also perfect for a light meal, and the view of the planes was fantastic.

This hotel is located in the Hongqiao area, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, surrounded by large shopping malls and a wide array of dining options. It's incredibly convenient for both getting around and enjoying food and entertainment. During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles and efficiently processed our request. They even thoughtfully asked if we needed children's toiletries. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we received a complimentary upgrade! The bedding was spotless and soft, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread offered a great variety of both Chinese and Western options, and a freshly brewed coffee provided the perfect energetic start to a new day. ☀️

We had an awesome stay!! Winnie checked us in and she was so patient and friendly! She upgraded our room and asked if we need a late check out which is really sweat of her. Room was spacious and the bed was so comfy. Location is very strategic, within walking distance from line 2 metro. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff were incredibly nice, handling check-in efficiently and patiently. They even thoughtfully provided local sightseeing tips and detailed information about hotel facilities. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a restful night's sleep until morning. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients, with both Chinese and Western dishes exquisitely prepared. Even the small desserts were both visually appealing and delicious. The hotel's location is also superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. Whether for a business trip or a vacation, this place is my top choice. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

For the price it was good. Location is convenient for travelers going to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport or train station. Its pretty far from city center. There is complementary laundry machines including dryers! This is perhaps the most oddly laid out hotel room I've ever seen. I truly wonder what this building used to be before it was made into a hotel. I booked a room with no windows but got a surprise upgrade to a room with windows. It looks like it used to be a small apartment but several amenities have been removed. Theres a hookup for a washing machine and refrigerator. The upstairs had a bathroom and queen bed, and the downstairs had a WC, kitchen sink, couch, and a full bed. Theres significant wear and tear, and the rooms could use a detailed cleaning. Overall I wouldn't mind staying there again but I'd bring my own stuff to clean.

My flight was delayed the day before, and I had another flight from Hongqiao the next day, which made going home quite inconvenient. So, I chose this brand-new hotel connected to the terminal, and it offered excellent value for money. The staff were all very polite, especially the front desk attendant, who answered questions with a level of professionalism that showed they were very well-trained. The hotel lobby has a crystal chandelier, and the ceiling above it is glass, allowing sunlight to stream in. It looked beautiful in the morning, but my photography skills are limited, so please bear with the pictures. Breakfast was decent, nothing exceptional but sufficient for a business breakfast to get your energy going. The only design flaw in the hotel was that the shower door was too close to the vanity, making the space feel cramped when the shower door was opened.

Clean and quiet room with a good atmosphere. Just 10 minutes from the airport. There are restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Very comfortable—plus, the tissue is super soft!

This hotel is incredibly close to Hongqiao Station. It's less than a 20-minute walk from the exit, or about a 12-minute taxi ride to the departure area. The surrounding area consists of office buildings, making it very quiet. The room was clean and tidy, and they even provided complimentary drinks and fruit. The breakfast was also quite good!

Check-in was seamless and fast, and the front desk staff member had a wonderfully warm and friendly smile. It was hot, and without me even asking, she immediately offered me a bottle of water, which truly warmed my heart. During check-out, they even remembered to ask if I needed a bottle of water to go. It was truly a highly satisfying experience! Overall, whether for business or leisure, this place deserves a five-star recommendation. I will definitely be back!
