Hotels in Hongqiao Airport/National Exhibition and Convention Center, Shanghai

My second time staying at this hotel. Again I had a very pleasant stay. Location is very convenient close to Hongqiao Railway Station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel itself is nice with friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable.

Hotel is located not too far away from the Hongqiao airport but not near town center. Room was very clean and pillows and bed comfortable. The hotel provides night time snack and free tea for customers. They’re also helpful to non Chinese speaking customers. I’ve a wonderful experience staying at the hotel.

A very pleasant surprise! We really liked it! We didn't expect to have such a good and REALLY clean room! Although it is ”next door” to Hongqiao airport, it is actually very quiet (we were on the 'garden' side). The service is good, the personnel are respectful to their guests; again, it is very pleasant. The hotel is also located one metro station away from Shanghai Zoo, so we used the opportunity to be so close to spend the WHOLE DAY at the zoo, we enjoyed the zoo in its entirety; taking our time to visit it since we knew, just a few minutes away, we were going to be able to have a good rest at the hotel, in our comfortable room. The garden is a bit small but ok, when the weather is good, it is relaxing ... but the mosquitos quickly destroyed the mood though... The food/buffet is ok, there are a lot of choices, but too oily for some dishes. The overall layout and interior design are good as well, the old Shanghai style, antique items and old pictures are really nice! A good stay!

Easily accessible and not far from T1 or T2. Clean and cozy. I do appreciate that the hotel sets checkout time at 2pm. Most hotels I’ve stayed in usually wants everybody out by 12pm, making it super difficult for someone who arrives late the night before. Hope you can keep it and I’ll choose this one next time visiting Shanghai. Had a great sleep, nice hotel!

At first we thought that the hotel is in a bad place but turns out there’s a cool place next to it where you can relax, grab coffee, ice cream, or even dinner date. The hotel is clean, we even changed the staying dates without any problems, the staff is very helpful, and delivery robots are the best. I would recommend, specially for couples

Our honeymoon trip in China got off to a rocky start in Nanjing, but everything turned around the moment we arrived in Shanghai and checked into this hotel. From the smooth and fast check-in process handled by Nana, who was polite and welcoming, to the exceptional service provided throughout our stay, the experience was truly picture-perfect. Echo, Gloria, and Sally were incredibly helpful, assisting us with questions about Taobao deliveries, local attractions, and requests for extra amenities like toiletries, towels, and water. On our second night, Annie and Manager Jocelyn warmly greeted us, congratulated us on our wedding and honeymoon, and made us feel genuinely valued with their thoughtful gestures. It was a pleasant surprise that the entire team seemed aware of our special occasion and consistently wished us happiness throughout our stay. When it was time to check out, Jocelyn and Fenty assisted us with our luggage, transportation inquiries to the railway station for the next leg of our trip, and even went the extra mile to help ship our remaining Taobao parcels to our final destination. Our only minor concern is the distance to the nearest station, which is about a 16-minute walk; a shuttle service would make this hotel a perfect 10/10. Nevertheless, with the outstanding hospitality we received, this hotel is a solid 9.9/10, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team for making our honeymoon stay so memorable. Chinese people don't lie to Chinese people. The experience of staying in this hotel is particularly good! I am not a human machine, but a real customer! 🥺 I specially wrote a small essay to thank you! The hotel is very close to Hongqiao Railway Station. It is very fast to take a taxi for one or two kilometers, which is convenient and fast. Didi landed, and the Ali Center is next to it. The external environment of the hotel is impressive. As soon as you enter the electric door, you will be greeted by a gentle and attentive front desk receptionist. I was originally chilled by the colder local wind, but the enthusiasm of the front desk brother and sister made me feel warm. They always lend a helping hand when you need help; they always answer patiently when you frown. The lobby is large and can seat many people. It is clean and tidy, and the heating is safe. The Chinese style and smart technology are perfectly integrated. The comfortable warm light ”covers” the entire area. The sofas in the rest area are soft and comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling glass can enjoy the different fireworks around. The tea room, wooden sliding door, and tea room exude a unique and charming wood fragrance, which is matched with the hotel's unique ”Pu Tea” to play one symphony after another. There are cute machine receptionists ready to go, and there is also Xiaodu who is on call and listens slowly. Check-in is fast, the hotel elevator is equipped with card entry to protect our safety, and the corridor is bright and designed. Entering the hotel room, it is Xiaodu who greets us. The whole house is equipped with smart home, and the sound control is irresistible-every part of the room can be controlled by voice, such as the toilet exhaust fan, window curtains, and the lights of the whole house, which saves a lot of time. The toilet is clean, and the toiletries are fully equipped. There are several large mirrors for easy grooming. The washbasin is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is also spacious. The guest room is very design-oriented, the new Chinese style is eye-catching, the bed is large and comfortable, and it feels like home. It is authentic to sleep. You can store your luggage after checking out. We are always welcome to rest in the lobby. Drinking water is often provided in case we are thirsty. The above is my true feeling. My friend and I are not very old and came out to play. We were taken care of by the service staff. I was particularly moved during the Chinese New Year. Oh, I really like it so much and want to commemorate it well!

Booked this hotel to watch a concert at Mercedes-Benz. The hotel is more than 1 km away from Hongqiao Station and takes more than 10 minutes to walk. The transportation is very convenient. The front desk is very friendly. The room has been upgraded. The room is very clean and quiet. The minibar has soda water and beer. The bathrobe is also very comfortable. The breakfast is very rich, with German alkaline bread, sausages and pork elbows. I will consider booking this hotel next time I come to Shanghai.

When booking this one, I didn't expect the hotel to be this good as the price is so reasonable. But it turned out very clean, spacious and nice! The location is pretty far from the center but it's near Hongqiao station which is convenient for anyone who has plan to go to other places in China by high-speed train. The staffs don't speak English, but they are very nice and willing to support me during my stay.
