The service experience was very pleasant. The room itself was clean and tidy. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Pudong Airport, making it very convenient for transit stays. Two minor drawbacks: The room windows are a bit small, so the natural light isn't great. Also, there's no mini-fridge in the room, which can be inconvenient if you need to store drinks or fresh food. Overall, it's suitable for an overnight airport stay, and it would be even better if the facilities could be improved in the future.

My child loves airplanes, so for this holiday trip, we booked an early morning flight and decided to stay at a hotel directly inside the airport the night before. This hotel is indeed a great help for air travel. It's right inside the airport, accessible directly from Metro Line 2, and close to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The soundproofing is also excellent; we didn't feel disturbed by noise despite being in the airport. Highly recommended.

This isn't my first time staying at the Holiday Inn Express Pudong Airport, but I've definitely noticed that the service and professionalism are increasingly exceeding the hotel's star rating. Last night, I ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant, and I felt the shrimp had a slightly odd taste. I called the restaurant to inquire, and to my surprise, the hotel manager, restaurant manager, and even the chef took my feedback very seriously. They not only refunded the cost of that dish but also prepared a fresh plate of wontons for me, sent a beautiful fruit platter, and even gave me a 10% discount on the fried rice I had ordered. At this point, I honestly started to wonder if it was just my own taste buds that found the shrimp strange, but the staff insisted on following their standard hotel procedure. Shortly after, the manager called me again to explain the preparation and ingredients of that dish. All in all, I was extremely satisfied. Holiday Inn Express Pudong Airport, highly recommended for life! The hotel's wontons are especially delicious 😋! Thanks again to all the staff! Sorry for the trouble, and thank you!

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers shuttle service. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Although some areas on the first floor were under renovation and we had to share the laundry area with the neighboring hotel, it was still very good. With the windows and doors closed in summer, the construction noise outside wasn't too bothersome. You can easily head into Shanghai to check out that exhibition, it's fantastic!

What's more, they provide not only breakfast and dinner but also a late-night snack, all of which were excellent. They also have a shuttle service to the airport and subway station, always on time. When checking in, the staff proactively helped with our luggage, and every little detail made us feel so welcome. The room was very clean, the bedding soft and comfortable, and housekeeping was top-notch. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the fruit was fresh. You can also store your luggage at the hotel after checking out and still enjoy the dining, transportation, and luggage storage services. On the first floor, you can even make handmade fans for free. I'm extremely satisfied with the hotel's fantastic butler-style service. Although visiting Disneyland was quite tiring, staying at this hotel made me feel so warm and right at home.

Everyone, please be aware of this! If you don't want to be eye-rolled, it's best to avoid her. Also, she'd answer your questions when she was in a good mood, but if she wasn't, she'd completely ignore you, which really ruined the whole experience. If you're looking to experience being eye-rolled, then this is the place for you!
