The room view is absolutely stunning! I was told there are only two rooms of this type facing the Bund, and you can see the Oriental Pearl Tower from here. The room is spacious and very comfortable, and the minibar is complimentary. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard. What's really great is that you can order room service 24/7, and the food is delicious. The butler was also always available for communication online. We went to Prince Restaurant on the 2nd floor, and even though it was only half an hour before closing, they welcomed us. One dish was a bit spicy, so the chef kindly remade it for us. The two wonderful staff members (a man and a woman) stayed with us the whole time, which was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommend this place, I'll definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Shanghai Hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four. The beds were huge and comfortable, and we liked having a bathtub and a small living area with a couch. The room had a cozy, rustic charm that made it feel welcoming. The breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from. We also had dinner at the revolving restaurant on the 27th floor, which offered lovely city views. Be sure to make a reservation in advance if you plan to dine there. Note that the breakfast area is on the 1st floor and separate from the revolving restaurant. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. A few minor things could be improved. The shampoo and body wash provided were quite small and not enough for a family of four. Complimentary bottled water was limited, and extra bottles came at an additional cost. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with spacious rooms, good food, and helpful staff. We would happily stay here again.

The hotel service is exceptionally good. ”Traditional hotels spend money on walls; Atour Hotels spend money on beds.” This isn't an exaggeration – their bedding is truly amazing. This time, I specifically requested the second-generation deep sleep pillow, and as a chronic insomniac, I fell asleep shortly after my head hit the pillow. I've already ordered an Atour pillow! Beyond their consistently excellent attitude, the service extras are also impressive: 1. Late-night porridge (9:30-11:00 PM) offers complimentary small bowls of porridge and snacks. 2. The in-room minibar is entirely free, and I even took the tea bags with me~ 3. The tea and cookies from Atour Village are incredibly delicious. I asked the staff for several packs before leaving and genuinely want to find a link to buy more! 4. The Atour's 'Jin Nang' (travel kit) can be...

Staying at the Orange Crystal Hotel North Bund in Shanghai was a surprisingly good experience! The location is great, making it super convenient to take a stroll along the North Bund. The room was spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. I especially want to highlight the laundry room! The LG washers and dryers were brand new and worked perfectly. After traveling, I had accumulated a pile of clothes, and being able to wash and dry everything meant I didn't have to carry dirty laundry with me – that was incredibly practical. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and communication was smooth whenever I had questions. Overall, the facilities are complete, and the mattress was comfortable. This hotel is a great choice for travelers, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai!

I had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay at The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with elegant rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent amenities. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Shanghai's attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. What impressed me most was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall hospitality made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a relaxing environment after a day of sightseeing and business activities. The breakfast selection was also excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality local and international options. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi to anyone visiting Shanghai, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

I came to Shanghai for business this time, and the most pleasant surprise was choosing the right hotel! 😊 The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the soundproofing was excellent. Even though I usually have trouble sleeping in new places, I slept soundly all night. From the window, I could see the old Shanghai streetscape, which was especially charming in the evening. I particularly want to commend the front desk staff (the young lady/gentleman). Their attitude was super nice! Seeing I was traveling alone, they proactively recommended some delicious local noodle shops nearby and even advised me on transportation routes. It was really heartwarming~ 💛 The value for money is outstanding. For this location, this service, and this level of cleanliness, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai and will recommend it to my friends! All in all, a five-star recommendation, you can't go wrong with this choice! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

As someone who prioritizes hygiene and sleep quality when staying at hotels, I was very pleased with this experience. My first impression upon entering the room was how clean and tidy everything was. The bedding, desk, and bathroom area were all meticulously arranged, with no unpleasant odors, and all items in the room were neatly placed. The bathroom had a clear wet and dry separation, which was convenient for daily use. The mattress and pillows were quite comfortable, offering a good balance of firmness, and combined with the overall quietness of the room, I had a very restful night's sleep. The air conditioning temperature regulation was also stable, with no noticeable noise. The housekeeping staff were diligent; they replenished supplies promptly during my stay, and many small details were handled very thoughtfully. For guests with busy daytime schedules who hope for a quiet night's rest, such a comfortable and clean accommodation environment truly adds a lot of value.

I didn't take many pictures, but the breakfast selection was surprisingly abundant and impressive. When checking out, the front desk even gave me a thoughtful eye mask and earplugs, which I can use to relax on my flight home. They really pay attention to details and put a lot of thought into their service. There's also a clean and convenient laundry room on the first floor. The TV in the room was huge, maybe 90 inches, and it had screen casting capabilities, which was incredibly cool! 😎

I had to book a room last minute and stumbled upon this hidden gem along the Bund! Double rooms were scarce, so I lucked out. Public Areas & Lobby: The overall design embraces a sophisticated grey-black wabi-sabi aesthetic. Water features, fresh greenery, and a subtle fragrance create a neat and elegant lounge area defined by clean lines. The service quality is a huge plus; all staff members were friendly and polite, actively smiling and greeting you when you passed by. The attention to detail really made a great impression. Room Experience: The first thing that caught my eye upon entering was the glass bottle with a hydroponic Monstera plant – its lush roots and vibrant green leaves instantly soothed the summer heat. The room was spacious and tidy, with a well-designed bathroom featuring separate wet and dry areas. The vanity included disposable cotton towels, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The room also came with pour-over coffee, canned black tea, and the entire minibar was complimentary. The staff even prepared a custom scent and delivered it to the room in advance. The dual pillow setup catered to different preferences, with a firm neck support pillow offering excellent support and a soft pillow providing a cozy embrace, ensuring a very comfortable sleep experience. Dining | Afternoon Tea & Breakfast: The afternoon tea selection wasn't overly extensive, but every dessert, sandwich, mini-burger, and herbal jelly tasted carefully handmade. A full range of coffee and tea options were available. Breakfast completely exceeded my expectations! Asparagus with lily bulbs, celery with shrimp, short ribs, salmon, and freshly ground tofu pudding were all on offer. I was particularly impressed by the freshly cooked yellow croaker noodles. The broth had no artificial strong flavors; it was simply the pure, sweet freshness of a homemade slow-cooked fish soup, which I completely drank. Even the noodle station auntie had a gentle and pleasant demeanor. Location & Perks: Located in the heart of the North Bund, it’s within walking distance to Suzhou Creek and the Bund waterfront, making it perfect for city strolls. With the AI exhibition causing price surges on Friday, the room rate was just over 2,000 RMB. During the off-peak season, it's less than 2,000 RMB, which is excellent value for money given the prime location. The front desk also provided complimentary entry tickets to the adjacent bar, which could be exchanged for two specialty cocktails after 9:30 PM. You could even enjoy live music later in the evening – a thoughtful little bonus that was much appreciated.

We had an early morning arrival after a long flight and were extremely tired. I had booked two rooms, and thankfully one was available, so the front desk kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which we truly appreciated. The staff were thoughtful enough to later arrange our second room close to my family members, which made our stay even more convenient. We really loved the hotel, the rooms are spacious, new, well-equipped, and very clean. The location is also very convenient, with the hotel close to the metro station. The front desk team was very helpful throughout our stay. Even after check-out, they assisted us in resolving an issue with my parcel, which we are very grateful for. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Shanghai!

Let me start by saying that for nearly 400 RMB, this hotel doesn't offer as good value for money as the Hodoor Hotel nearby on Ningguo Road. However, if it were around 200 RMB, it would be a good option. Firstly, the room is small. Secondly, the blackout curtains are terrible. Lastly, you can hear doors closing in neighboring rooms very clearly. On the upside, the toilet paper quality is decent, it has a smart toilet, and the decor is a bit better than other hotels in the 200-RMB range. So, it really depends on the price you pay. Picture one shows how bright it was in the morning, which led to a poor night's sleep. Picture two is of the room itself.

It would seem like an ugly hotel, they did not immediately find it, they passed by, but this is only from the outside. There are a huge number of rooms on the second floor inside. We took a room for the newlyweds. Everything matches the pictures and description. There is nothing to complain about. The staff is very helpful. The area has a developed infrastructure. The metro station is two blocks away. We liked everything.

Facilities: This hotel feels very old-school, with an old-school Shanghai feel. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, with no major issues. Environment: The area is surrounded by a small market with lots of snacks, and it has a very lively atmosphere. Service: The front desk and cleaning lady were very friendly. Asking for help with the TV and wireless was prompt.

I usually choose hotels or guesthouses when traveling, but this time I chose an apartment quite by chance, and I was very satisfied. Since I wanted to stay near Ruihong Taiyang Palace for a day or two, and there were three of us traveling together, we wanted to share a room, but suitable hotels were hard to find. I happened to find Xianghe Apartment, which was renovated in 2020. It has two double beds and can accommodate four people. The facilities and location seemed good, so I booked two nights. The apartment lobby is small and simple; you need a room card to use the elevator, so security is good. The room is large, with a sofa and another row of sofas against the wall, enough for a large family. The apartment doesn't provide disposable toiletries proactively, but they can be delivered if you call. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and it's very quiet at night. The apartment doesn't offer dining, but you can find shopping and dining options near Moon Bay and Taiyang Palace downstairs. Linping subway station is also just a few minutes' walk away, super convenient. This gives me another accommodation option for future trips; I recommend it.

The hotel has an elevator, there are subway buses nearby, and it is very convenient to travel. The room was very clean and the TV was very good. I would not put the TV on the front desk sister to help open the TV. It felt like home and the front desk service was great.
