Atour is my go-to for every business trip—it's a lifesaver for business travelers! Check-in is always super efficient, and the front desk staff proactively ask about your travel needs, even offering thoughtful printing and photocopying services, which saves me a trip to a local shop. The desk and chair in the room are at just the right height, and with the eye-care lamp, working late on documents doesn't feel tiring. The high-speed WiFi connects instantly without lag, making video conferences incredibly smooth. The bare cotton bedding is soft and breathable, so after a long day of work, I can fall asleep in seconds. Little details like the smart toilet and thermostatic shower really elevate the experience. The 24-hour laundry room and gym are incredibly practical; I can hit the gym in the morning and have my clothes washed and dried by evening, ready to tackle the next day with renewed energy. Breakfast is served until 11 AM, which is perfect for those catching early flights or working late. The freshly made noodles and steamed buns from the live cooking station are warm and comforting. Plus, I can check out as late as 2 PM, so there's no need to rush packing. I'll definitely choose Atour for my next business trip!

Facilities: Excellent, smart, and even has robots! Cleanliness: Spotless. I particularly loved the showerhead, as I'm very particular about those. The room was also clean and tidy. Environment: The surroundings are quiet, and the air is fresh. Service: The front desk lady provided exceptional service.

Excellent location: hundreds of stores, restaurants, cafes, international fast food restaurants, grocery stores, fruit shops etc. within 2 minutes walking distance, 3 minutes walking distance to Shanghai Circus and ERA acrobatic performance theatre, 5 minutes walking distance to 2 metro stations along Line 1. Nice room with comfortable bed, safe box, iron and ironing board, a hotel spa, etc. Nice breakfast with some minor deficits (no butter, no jam, the marmelads taste strangely, the pineapple juice does not taste pineapple, the coffee options Americano and Latte do not taste Americano and Latte). Fast check-in but slow checkout probably because I handed over a list of items I had taken from the minibar and to give me receipt prolonged the checkout. However, these were minor issues and should not impact the rating.

Strongly recommend this hotel. I stayed for 5 nights, the room is clean with a very comfortable bed. I visited shanghai during the winter and the heater made the room very cozy. The room gets fresh towels daily and the bed is made everyday. There is also a very convenient ******* locker right outside the hotel, making it very easy to order. The cherry on top is the washing machine included in the room, and the very cheap and good drying machine at the reception to clean and dry clothes.

The breakfast at Fairfield Inn exceeded my expectations! There was a wide variety of options, blending both Chinese and Western styles. The freshly made noodles and fried eggs were especially popular. The ingredients were fresh, and food was replenished promptly. The coffee was rich and delicious. The dining area was clean and bright, and the staff were warm and attentive, clearing plates quickly. It offers excellent value for money and really powered me up for the day. Highly recommended!

Seriously great! The location is excellent and super convenient. Just a short walk away is a night market with tons of street food. The hotel is also very smart, with robots delivering items. The room itself is huge, very clean, and modern. A big TV, smart toilet – all very convenient. The staff are also very enthusiastic and thoughtful. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next business trip to Shanghai.

The place was amazing in this price. Unfortunately, another CJIA exists nearby and I had trouble locating it on Gaode/AMAP. Most important: the hotel offers complimentary breakfast. Please don't fall for it. They order it from Mc Cafe nearby. So if you are a family and want more breakfasts, they would charge 20-22 Yuan per person, however, same meal at McCafe 50 metres away costs 9.9 Yuan. I am not being too critical but its an advice for everyone. . I was initially given a room which smelled strongly of cigarettes. I requested to change and thankfully they did.

Clean, comfortable, tidy, good service, convenient transportation

My six-day stay was fantastic! When I checked in, the guy at the front desk wasn't just handsome and energetic, but his service was incredibly detailed and thoughtful. He upgraded my room for free, gave me a lot of discounts, and even included breakfast and fresh fruit... Seriously, he was amazing! The subtle orange scent throughout the hotel was so relaxing, and the room itself was spacious and bright with a super comfortable bed. The complimentary orange gummies were delicious too. Before booking, I was a bit worried the hotel might be old and the facilities wouldn't work well, but that wasn't an issue at all – the delivery robots and projection screens all worked perfectly. It offers a great environment and excellent value for money. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again next time XD
