The room is clean and tidy, and the location is convenient for travel. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very special. The service at the front desk was very good. Not only was there a warm greeting when entering and leaving, but a complimentary breakfast was also provided. The room facilities are well maintained and clean. The self-service laundry room is very convenient. The enthusiastic front desk lady provided thoughtful and meticulous service. I would like to express my gratitude. An absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming; every single person we encountered greeted us proactively with a smile. There's a business center on the ground floor offering free printing, and the 24-hour gym was a huge plus. Additionally, there's a hidden outdoor terrace nearby, a perfect spot to relax with friends, enjoy some takeout, and soak in a unique ambiance. On our second day, we had some commitments and ended up returning late. However, the front desk was very understanding and didn't rush us, even granting us a late check-out. I would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Very good hotel! The most important is that the staff are so nice, literally all of them. They will always help you out like ordering taxi, doing laundry and more. My friend needed some extra help with an item she bought and they made sure it was fixed right away. We really appreciate them since we are not familiar with China or speaking chinese. Overall, we had no issues at all and everything went well here. The area isn't bad and not too far from tourist spots. I hope the best for them :)

My entire stay at Atour was exceptionally satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, always ready to help with any request, making every interaction feel truly delightful. The hotel boasts excellent facilities; the gym and laundry room were particularly impressive, feeling very modern and upscale. The washing and drying services were fantastic, ensuring I could always head out feeling fresh and clean. The room design was spacious and stylish, with impeccable attention to detail. The toiletries were of high quality and exclusive to Atour. This made for an incredibly pleasant stay, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.

The hotel staff is amazing.. tries to accommodate my request during my visit.. shouted out to ”WANG XIN LONG” 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 he get me sugar for my coffee when I check in pretty late and got a headache (this maybe simple or silly for some people but mate, you are amazing, really appreciate it) l Room was nice, comfy, can hear people talking outside but it was comfortable stay.. location wise doesn't really affect me as I used didi all the time. Thank you guys.. its worth to visit shanghai for 24 hrs.. and thank you for the late check out... adiossss.....

The breakfast is rich. The hotel is located in the center of Jing'an. There is a subway station at the door. The transportation is convenient. The room is clean. The bed is very comfortable. The front desk sister is enthusiastic.

The room was very spacious, featuring two comfortable beds and plenty of room. The view from the 18th floor was excellent and very expansive. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly; hotel personnel greeted us warmly upon arrival, and the bell staff promptly assisted with luggage storage. The hotel lobby was grand and impressive. Surprisingly, floors four and five house a lively food street, a cinema, and a children's play area. The location is superb: right outside, there's a bustling shopping street, an RT-Mart supermarket is next door, and Jiuguang Department Store is just a minute's walk across the road. Shanghai Railway Station is only two subway stops away, and Tongji University Tenth People's Hospital is a mere four-minute walk. The nearest subway station is also just a six-minute walk. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I hope the hotel continues its excellent service, though I would suggest that the room carpets could use a thorough cleaning.

The hotel is clean and the suite room is quite spacious for a group of four. The Amenities are also adequate. The hotel is located about 10-15mins walk from yanchang station exit 3, not necessarily close. The only thing i want to voice out is perhaps the check-in process time for foreginer guests that takes quite a time.

Facilities: Very new. The hotel has just opened, and from the moment you step inside, there's a refreshing newness that feels very comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean, which is to be expected from a newly opened establishment. Environment: Good. There's a shopping mall nearby, and transportation is very convenient, making it an excellent choice for concert attendees. Service: Good. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Yuyuan Garden Adult Ticket - 12:30-16:00 Entry: Didn't get a chance to experience it this time, hope to visit next time.

They poured us water upon check-in and even explained the location of the hotel's amenities. It was very heartwarming and helpful. A large shopping mall is just a few dozen meters away, and there's a lively night market and a musical fountain to watch. It's also close to the circus and the subway station, making it very convenient for commuting into the city. The hotel also offers a rich breakfast, free laundry and fitness facilities, and books available for borrowing in the lobby. I had a very good stay and was very satisfied.
