An absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming; every single person we encountered greeted us proactively with a smile. There's a business center on the ground floor offering free printing, and the 24-hour gym was a huge plus. Additionally, there's a hidden outdoor terrace nearby, a perfect spot to relax with friends, enjoy some takeout, and soak in a unique ambiance. On our second day, we had some commitments and ended up returning late. However, the front desk was very understanding and didn't rush us, even granting us a late check-out. I would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

It has been my second time in this hotel and both my experiences were great! The room is very comfortable and clean, the staff is nice and friendly and the breakfast was very very nice with many different choices. The only downside was that the room smelled like cigarettes’ smoke even though I asked for a no-smoking treatment but, apart from that, I really recommend this hotel.

My entire stay at Atour was exceptionally satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, always ready to help with any request, making every interaction feel truly delightful. The hotel boasts excellent facilities; the gym and laundry room were particularly impressive, feeling very modern and upscale. The washing and drying services were fantastic, ensuring I could always head out feeling fresh and clean. The room design was spacious and stylish, with impeccable attention to detail. The toiletries were of high quality and exclusive to Atour. This made for an incredibly pleasant stay, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.

The hotel staff is amazing.. tries to accommodate my request during my visit.. shouted out to ”WANG XIN LONG” 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 he get me sugar for my coffee when I check in pretty late and got a headache (this maybe simple or silly for some people but mate, you are amazing, really appreciate it) l Room was nice, comfy, can hear people talking outside but it was comfortable stay.. location wise doesn't really affect me as I used didi all the time. Thank you guys.. its worth to visit shanghai for 24 hrs.. and thank you for the late check out... adiossss.....

Facilities: Very new. The hotel has just opened, and from the moment you step inside, there's a refreshing newness that feels very comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean, which is to be expected from a newly opened establishment. Environment: Good. There's a shopping mall nearby, and transportation is very convenient, making it an excellent choice for concert attendees. Service: Good. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Yuyuan Garden Adult Ticket - 12:30-16:00 Entry: Didn't get a chance to experience it this time, hope to visit next time.

We watch the acrobatic show and it was finished late.walking distance only from the circus area.Good Location. Front desk staffs are accommodating. There was a good pub at the hotel as well. Wil come back for the next show. Price is affordable.

This newly opened Atour Hotel on Xizang North Road deserves a five-star recommendation! I absolutely have to give it a thumbs-up! Excellent star-level service, a comfortable and pleasant environment (I asked, but it's newly opened, so there's no odor, so it's new), a wide variety of delicious meals (both breakfast and evening porridge are delicious and plentiful), and plenty of Atour tea and water. You can grab two when you go shopping and never need to buy more. The location is fantastic, just a 🚶➡️5-minute walk from the subway entrance and close to major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for traveling with kids. The deep sleep pillow is also incredibly comfortable; after taking over 10,000 steps a day, I need a good rest when I get back to the hotel. Bedding is really important! The book bar on the first floor is also a great place to take the kids out, and the self-service washer-dryer was spotless, so I felt comfortable using it. In short, every aspect was truly satisfying and exceeded expectations. Atour is more than just a place to stay; it's a haven of warmth, comfort, and quality while traveling. Don't let yourself suffer when you travel! Finally, there are thoughtful souvenirs. I highly recommend it to anyone who values ​​a quality travel experience. I will definitely choose Atour again!

The room was very spacious, featuring two comfortable beds and plenty of room. The view from the 18th floor was excellent and very expansive. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly; hotel personnel greeted us warmly upon arrival, and the bell staff promptly assisted with luggage storage. The hotel lobby was grand and impressive. Surprisingly, floors four and five house a lively food street, a cinema, and a children's play area. The location is superb: right outside, there's a bustling shopping street, an RT-Mart supermarket is next door, and Jiuguang Department Store is just a minute's walk across the road. Shanghai Railway Station is only two subway stops away, and Tongji University Tenth People's Hospital is a mere four-minute walk. The nearest subway station is also just a six-minute walk. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I hope the hotel continues its excellent service, though I would suggest that the room carpets could use a thorough cleaning.

It's a 15-minute walk to Shanghai Circus World (Line 2). From Line 2, I took a transfer to People's Park and happened to visit the museum. From Line 2, I transferred to Line 1, and it was one stop to Nanjing Road. Overall, it was quite smooth. The hotel is new, and the housekeeper was very welcoming upon arrival. Even in the scorching summer heat, they kindly asked if we wanted iced water or hot tea. Although the decor was new, there was no odor. Upon check-out, the housekeeper asked if there were any complaints and escorted us out. I've always stayed at Atour, and I've never been disappointed. I wish Atour continued success! I wish everyone at the hotel good luck in their work. Salary increase! Salary increase! Salary increase!
