Thank you🙏 The room facilities are recommended to be improved. The TV is good, but unfortunately the network is not good. It can't play normally and it keeps freezing. room is ok, breakfast is ok too. location is a bit walk to metro station but can ride bicycle so no worries. from outside , hotel look ok. my room was at level 4 but when i wrongly went to level 8, it's totally different vibes. overall is good

Although there were a lot of people that day, the order was maintained very well. I booked a room with a balcony, which I liked very much. The space is quite large. The room had drip coffee and even disposable coffee cups. There were tea, mineral water and small biscuits in the refrigerator. For takeout, the robot would deliver the food to the door, and the hotel would call to notify me. It was really high-tech. Although I only stayed for two nights, I was very satisfied. I upgraded my membership and became a fan of Atour!! I plan to stay at this hotel when I come to Shanghai in the future, and Atour will be my first choice when I go to other places~ (I forgot to take pictures of the room in a hurry, but I really like it!!)

The only dissatisfaction is the non-smoking floor, some Chinese people open the room to smoke, even walk near the floor elevator to smoke, smoke fills the entire floor, reflected to the staff, they are also helpless, although there is a posted fine to sue, but the Chinese residents ignored . Luckily they left the next day because the floor felt fresh.

Picture 1 shows the tabletop, and Picture 2 shows the sink. If it was cleaned, this situation would not happen. I haven't taken pictures of the bedside table and the clothes hanging bar. I wiped it without making any noise. You can imagine it. I can accept the small space of the room and the poor sound insulation, but it is difficult to comment on your hygiene problem. The shower water is very big and comfortable, and the bed is relatively soft. There is not even a place to hang clothes in the bathroom. The shower door opens inwards, which is rare. The window of the room is facing the street, which is a little noisy. Because we got up early, breakfast was not served yet, but milk, bread and eggs were available. I don't know if it was because we were going to run a marathon, so the breakfast time was advanced. This is a compliment. There are no shops near the hotel. If you need food and daily necessities, you should look around. The nearby bus is convenient, and the subway is far away. Check-out is 14:00, and you can take a shower and rest after running, which is also a blessing for runners like me.

Breakfast was mediocre, the service for morning breakfast was cold and seems like rushing their patrons away. Sound proof of the hotel is poor, we could hear our neighbour's conversation/shouting etc... No doubt some of the front desk staff is very helpful. Location is convenient with many eateries around.
