Staying at the Intercity Binjiang Hotel this time, I truly felt the warmth of home. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the floor attendants, with their constant smiles, kept asking if we needed anything. The hotel's digital management system is very advanced. It's also very close to Binjiang Dream Center, which is bustling at night, feeling like a second Xintiandi. This place is definitely worth revisiting. Thank you, Intercity Hotel, you're great!

The room was quite compact and I originally booked it for the best value. The cleanliness was okay, but my main complaint is the hotel parking lot. It's incredibly inconvenient. No matter where you park, you're asked to move. Just ask and you'll figure it out yourself. The shop next door called early in the morning to ask for a move. The entrance to the hotel's flowerbed is too narrow. I really didn't save money and chose a hotel with underground parking. Now it's going to cost over a thousand to fix my car.

I stayed here to catch an early train from South Station. The location is excellent, being very close to the subway. It offers great value for money. While the room itself was a bit dated, it had all the essential facilities. My second-floor room faced the street, but it was surprisingly bright and quiet.

The room was bright, clean, and tidy. The front desk staff were very welcoming, especially the handsome young man! [smug face] Just turn left and cross the street to find a shopping mall and night market with a wide variety of food and drinks – very convenient! [thumbs up]

The hotel was easy to find and much better than I expected. The entrance was small but very unique, and the automatic door was a plus. The front desk service was attentive, and apart from the poor soundproofing, there were no major issues.

Hygiene: The hygiene inside the room is OK, it is quite tidy, the outside of the window is very dirty, it seems that there is no problem, the room is not cleaned in time. The hygiene of the corridor outside the room is very bad, and there is a strong smell of smoke. Soundproofing: The room is quite quiet, and the sound of the aircraft engine can be heard occasionally at night, but the sound of the nearby viaduct and traffic cannot be heard, which is worthy of recognition. Subway: It is relatively close and arrives very quickly. Service: It is difficult to get extra room cards when traveling with multiple people. If you don’t travel together, you can only ask the front desk to open the door every time. Disposable items are picked up at the front desk, and the quality of disposable items is really disposable. Overall, the service I experienced barely meets the price. It’s OK.

The price is relatively affordable and suitable for business trips. It is worth recommending for such a room price in the city. However, the environment should be like a hotel that has been there for a while. I suggest the owner to renovate it.

The conditions are average. This is the only single room in Shanghai with such a cheap price. The boss is also nice.
