The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities. The service is excellent, enthusiastic and efficient. Basically, we can meet all your needs. Lucy showed us room 16 first. It was very good. We chose this room directly. Check-out was very convenient. Taylor opened the water bill in advance and checked out faster. We were very satisfied with our stay!!!

The environment of Yifei in the West Bank Park is really very good. I stayed in a twin room with a terrace, facing the CCTV cinema. There are many big factories. When I opened the window, I could hear the music played in the business district of Xi'an. It felt very comfortable to live here. Hygiene: The hygiene of Yifei and the materials used in the hotel furniture and bedding are always very good, very clean and new I lived in Shenzhen many times at that time. I especially liked Yifei. This time I went on a business trip to the West Bund Park in Shanghai. I saw Yifei next to me and placed an order with my eyes closed. Still very reliable services and facilities However, the afternoon tea set for two seems to have never been delivered. I don’t know what the situation is, but the overall impact is not significant.

The cleaning staff will also take the initiative to say hello! The staff who consulted by phone are also very professional and polite, and they will answer all questions! The room is clean and tidy, with everything you need. Although there is a school playground outside the window, it is completely silent when the window is closed, and you will not be disturbed at all! There will be midnight snacks on the 2nd floor after 9:30 pm. There are not many types, but the advantage is that all the ingredients are fresh, even the cakes and bread are hot, which is very good!

The location is a bit remote. It takes at least ten minutes to walk to the nearest subway station. During the summer vacation, house prices have risen. The room is not very big. They finally helped me adjust the TV. This is worthy of praise, but I don't recommend staying there.
