I arrived at South Station in the morning, but couldn't find Exit 2. I asked many people before I could get out. I am very grateful to the cleaning lady for arranging check-in for me immediately, but the front desk guy couldn't make the decision. The room environment is very good, very clean, and very classy, but the shower glass room in the bathroom is very small. It will overflow. The shower head holder cannot be fixed and the shower head will fall down. The water pressure is too low, and it is not very pleasant to wash. The laundry detergent is very fragrant, but it can't wash away sweat. There is also an uncle who changed our sheets. Not careful enough. He brought me some blood-stained quilt covers. I booked this hotel temporarily when I was going to Shanghai South Railway Station for a transfer. The experience was pretty good. If you are going to Shanghai South Railway Station for a long-distance train trip, then the location of this hotel is really great. Turn right and cross the road when you go out of the hotel. Because it is the end of the road, there is no traffic light and few motor vehicles. After crossing the road, you can walk to the waiting hall from the north gate of South Station in at most ten minutes, which is very convenient and fast. The appearance of the hotel itself is very inconspicuous. Because it is a basic room type, the area is very small, but the windows are well soundproofed. Although the entrance to the Lao Humin Road Tunnel is outside the window, the noise is not loud, and I rested well at night. Shanghai was very hot and humid that day due to the plum rain season, but the air conditioning in the guest room was particularly powerful. I didn't comment on the breakfast. The train that was originally scheduled for the next morning was cancelled for some reason, so I had to leave in the afternoon. I discussed with the front desk lady and delayed the check-out to 3 pm. It was very polite! In this way, we can check out directly and enter the station to take the train. The room was clean, location was great (line 1 exactly under the hotel, one stop from train station Shanghai South and 30 minutes from Shanghai Railway station), free laundry, the only minuses were smell from bathroom that shows after turning fan on and that the room was from speed way side so it was loud all night but I would definitely recommend this hotel and for sure if I will be back in Shanghai I will book it again

Not too close to the metro and major bus stations, however there are several restaurants in 500 to 700 meters away from the hotel. And the experience of the room was not good as the 1st room I have water leakage at the bed.. I thought it's humid or the dampness after mopping as the windows were opened. The 2nd room was located in another building, however I can smell someone keeps smoking. Also, the bathroom was without lights, so it's necessary to take extra steps while showering. The ups are that the hotel has multiple laundry machines (both washing and dryer), and there is a gym room at the ground floor.

We arrived very late. The girl at the front desk was very beautiful and kind-hearted. She upgraded the room for us. After reading the reviews, some people commented that it was not as expected. To be fair here, land is precious in Shanghai and it is close to the station. It's only a few minutes' walk away. The price is considered cheap even in third- and fourth-tier cities. Don't set too high a standard. To be fair, the price/performance ratio is definitely pretty good!
