Hotels in Pudong Jinqiao District, Shanghai

Totally recommend this appart hotel ! You have a nice well equiped kitchen, the breakfast was okay and the view from the 18th floor is beautiful. The only downside was the insulation as we had a very loud neighbour but after telling the reception they managed to deal with him so we could sleep. There’s a mall in front of the hotel that has it all and a well animated street nearby where you can find anything you want.

I stayed here for a business trip. Since I always buy things when I'm back in China for work, whether the hotel could receive parcels was a major consideration for me. This was genuinely the first time I've encountered a hotel that explicitly states they don't accept packages, so the courier deposited mine in a Fengchao smart locker. However, to my surprise, upon check-in, I found that a few of my packages *had* been received, and there was even a designated area for them behind the front desk. I won't speculate too much on this, but I guess I had to believe them when they insisted, even after my complaint, that the front desk doesn't allow packages. What's worse, I then had to call them to retrieve my parcel from the Fengchao locker *after* it had already incurred an overdue charge. Secondly, the hotel building might be a bit old, as the soundproofing is really subpar. My room faced the street, and the traffic noise from the elevated highway was very noticeable, even though I was on a relatively high floor. Finally, breakfast. Perhaps due to a pet exhibition attracting a larger crowd these past few days, many of the hot food trays were often empty and not refilled promptly. That's all. This is actually the first time I've written such a lengthy review.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, one's eyes are immediately drawn to the gleaming, mirror-like marble floor, so brightly polished you can see your reflection, and utterly spotless. The front desk area is tastefully designed, simple yet elegant, with every decorative item and fixture immaculately arranged and dust-free. A subtle lavender fragrance fills the air, instantly creating a fresh, comforting atmosphere that melts away the weariness of travel.

It was raining during my stay, and when I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor. The front desk immediately arranged a room change. However, the second room still had a smell, which I presumed was due to the weather. Housekeeping then came to deodorize it, and that resolved the issue. Other than that, everything was perfectly satisfactory, with no other complaints. So, I'm still giving it a full rating.

My recent stay at the eLong An Yue Hotel (Shanghai Pudong Avenue Xiepu Road Metro Station Branch) was absolutely fantastic! I simply had to share my experience with everyone. The location is truly unbeatable. Step out of Metro Line 14's Xiepu Road Station, Exit 4, and you're at the hotel in under a minute – it couldn't be more convenient for those relying on the subway. Furthermore, the hotel is close to the Lujiazui and Jinqiao commercial districts, making it easy to get around whether you're shopping or on business. The Huangpu River is also just a stone's throw away; a pleasant 5-minute walk will lead you to the riverside where you can enjoy the views and feel the refreshing breeze. It's wonderfully relaxing, and access to everything is incredibly convenient.

I used this hotel as an airport option after a late-night arrival at Pudong. The breakfast was mediocre, and the restaurant staff didn’t seem particularly attentive. Overall, it felt like most of the staff weren’t especially engaged… which is surprising for a five-star property, since service is usually what sets 5 stars apart from 4. Check-in at 10:00 p.m. was quite slow, though eventually one gentleman did come out to thank those of us waiting for our patience. I’d stay here again for convenience on airport runs, but I wouldn’t expect much beyond a nice view, instant coffee, and staff who do just the minimum.

Amazing hotel . The check in was so easy. The staff very accommodating. We arrived and were greeted immediately. It was walking distance to our destination. Conveniently located across from many restaurants including a KFC and Starbucks. About a 30 minute drive from PVG. Our room was comfortable and we had a lot of great movies to watch. Breakfast buffet had many options. Checkout was just as easy as check-in.

Funniest hotel I have ever been to. I booked this last minute for a quick stay. It is a loft apartment style. The lower floor has a couch and the upper level has beds. When I walked in I saw a giant anime figurine and studio lights at the reception area. The visual aesthetic of the place is all over the place. The bathroom is huge but the shower area is a little small. There is no place to hang the towel afterwards. There are plenty of storage cabinets. Nothing makes sense and I love it. The location is very close to a metro and the nearby area has a decent amount of shops and restaurants that open until late at night. It's a good location if you don't want to stay in the tourist area but want to access it quickly via the metro. There is even a park near the metro area. I later found out its a gaming hotel and that explained why there are monitors and computer parts all over the second floor hallway. Most confusing experience ever. 10/10. This was my first stay at an IHG hotel, and Bonnie's service was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a huge underground parking lot with direct elevator access to the front desk. The only minor drawback was the lack of EV charging stations. Our room was spotlessly clean, featured a pillow menu, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The minibar also offered a wide selection. During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles. Bonnie was particularly thoughtful; aware that there was no late-night supper service on weekends, she proactively prepared fruit for us and even upgraded our room. Breakfast on the second day was equally lavish and significantly more substantial than what's typically found at similarly priced hotels like Ji Hotel or Atour, especially regarding the Western dishes. It only seemed to lack a few Western options compared to a full-service InterContinental property. The sole drawback was during breakfast, some children (possibly Korean or Japanese) were constantly screaming and running around the restaurant. Their parents' failure to intervene significantly disrupted the dining experience for other guests.

The subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, making the hotel incredibly convenient. The facilities are also excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again for my next business trip! Excellent! I've always been satisfied with the accommodations booked through this platform. Doing a bit of research beforehand really makes everything hassle-free! The location is very easy to find; the large logo is immediately visible. The environment is lovely, and it has a great atmosphere. They are also very prompt in resolving any issues. I truly love this platform! ❤️
