A very nice hotel with great metro access. This hotel is well placed with a metro station a couple of minutes walk away. The metro is great to navigate around the tourist attractions of the city. Most of the main tourist attractions could be reached in 20 minutes using the metro. The room was clean and comfortable. Very large room by Chinese standards. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is also close to a number of local restaurants and coffee shops. It’s also only a short distance to a nice walking area along the promenade at the river. A great place for a morning run if like me that’s something you enjoy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative to this hotel is that there is a KTX (Chinese Karaoke) next to it. I heard some noise in the evening, but nothing that overly disturbed me and it did seem to get quiet later in the evening when most would be sleeping.

Every time I come to Shanghai for business, I will stay at Yuanzhihui. First of all, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Secondly, the location is excellent. It is opposite the shopping mall and only five kilometers away from the New International Expo Center by taxi. It is very convenient and parking is free. The room design is relatively simple, but the facilities are complete, the bedding is very comfortable, the hygiene is very clean, and the cost performance is high! I will also recommend it to my colleagues.

We stayed here for a few nights travelling to Shanghai, the staff gave us a free upgrade to our room, we are very satisfied with the room and their service, it's super spacious, clean, beds are comfortable, and the environment is quiet and the interior looks very classy. It's really worth the price we paid. The hotel is just next to LCM mall, and about 10 mins walk to metro station. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be back here if get to Shanghai again

During May 1st, I found this treasure hotel. It was three-star standard, clean and tidy, the bathroom had no dead ends, the bath towels were very clean, and the sheets were white. The front desk service was very polite and very good. The breakfast buffet is rich, in line with the appetite of the elderly and children, and the dishes have been replaced for two days, which is very good. A little far from the attractions, but the trip is basically a taxi, which does not affect it at all.

Had a fantastic at Mercure Jinqiao. I chose the family suite and there was a massive king size bed with a single for my 3 year old. The room was spacious with a good TV. Everything was clean and simple. The area was quiet and 30 mins by taxi into central. For us it was not a problem because I don’t really mind staying away from the centre. We took taxi’s everywhere so it wasn’t a problem. If you are leaning towards public transportation, then maybe you choose a hotel near a metro stop. We went to Disney and the hotel offered a shuttle. The shuttle only runs once at 7am in the morning to Disneyland and 10pm back to the hotel. It was great! Also the 5 nights we stayed there, there was a midnight snack of plain congee with side dishes and wonton for free. It was wonderful. The other exceptional service was the laundromat! It was completely free to wash and dry your clothes. The hotel even called us up one day asking if we wanted them to wash the dirty clothes we had left in the bathroom for us. Impeccable service. Thank you for a great stay. We will def be back!

It's a hotel of this price. Can the tissue paper in the room be changed! It's too uncomfortable to use tissue paper, and the quality is too poor. It's a light luxury hotel after all. The quality of tissue paper is the same as that of a roadside snack bar... A pack of good tissue paper doesn't cost much money. I'm speechless every time I use this cheap and low-quality tissue paper. The environment of the restaurant is very good and comfortable, and there is also a yard where you can eat in the open air garden. Although there are not many varieties, it's enough to eat. Shaomai is delicious, and watermelon and cantaloupe are also fresh and delicious. Other pre-made small desserts such as Swiss rolls are very average~ I tried the small wonton and croissant set meal in the kitchen, which is also OK. The only regret is that the internet in my room is very poor, which affects the efficiency of work and entertainment. However, the hotel staff are also very enthusiastic and proactive in helping to solve the problem, and the service recovery is also good, so it does not affect the stay experience too much.
