The room was fantastic! Super clean and quiet! As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was really impressed by how spotless the room, lobby, restaurant, and laundry room were. The breakfast spread was amazing too, with so many delicious options! It felt much cleaner and tastier than ordering takeout. The front desk staff were incredibly nice, and the cleaning ladies were very polite. Even when I left valuables lying around, they never touched or moved them. Both the front desk and cleaning staff, as well as all the other employees, were very meticulous. The robot delivery for anything I needed was super fast too! All the hotel staff were extremely polite, always greeting me and asking if I needed any help. They were all so courteous and respectful, truly a friendly and high-quality team! Everyone at this hotel was just wonderful! I really have to give a huge shout-out to the cleaning ladies and the front desk staff!

My stay at the Ascott Senlan Shanghai was absolutely beyond my expectations. The apartment boasts an unparalleled location, surrounded by several parks, with a large green space right downstairs. Within a five-minute walk, there's a subway station, as well as two large shopping malls, Senlan Garden City and Senlan Commercial Plaza, making transportation, dining, and shopping incredibly convenient. The suite we booked was spacious and airy, and opening the window revealed a refreshing green view, which was very therapeutic. What truly impressed me was the service. From check-in guidance to coordinating requests, everything was meticulous and thoughtful, making us feel completely at ease. Especially Kobe, the Front Office Manager, who was both enthusiastic and professional, demonstrating thoughtfulness in every detail. I sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience.

Our stay at Orange Hotel was truly excellent, a definite five-star experience. We arrived very late at night, already exhausted, but to our surprise, the front desk handled check-in incredibly efficiently. They even thoughtfully prepared drinking water for us in advance, and these small details really make you feel so welcome. The room itself was very clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the environment was quiet, and all the toiletries were well-stocked, making for a truly relaxing stay. You can tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into its service and attention to detail; they don't just 'do their job,' they genuinely care about the guest's experience. When you're traveling, especially arriving late at night, this kind of thoughtful service is a huge plus. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance and will recommend it to friends. Five stars, totally worth it!

I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance. It's excellent value for money, very close to the subway station, and convenient for buying food and drinks!

My stay at the Ji Hotel in Shanghai exceeded my expectations. The location is super convenient, making getting around a breeze. The room was spotless, the bedding was really comfortable for a great night's sleep, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were efficient and attentive, and the facilities were comprehensive. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It's definitely my top choice for business trips, and I'll be staying here again.

The overall experience staying at Sheraton Shanghai Waigaoqiao Hotel was acceptable. Their room service is available 24 hours, and you can order food by calling their hotline anytime. However, please note that the menu prices are on the higher side. One simple main course can cost almost twice as much as ordering through ******* food delivery. There are also 2–3 restaurants within the building itself if you do not mind the pricing. The hotel surroundings are mainly office buildings, so there are no nearby restaurants or shops within walking distance. However, the 基隆路 metro station is easily accessible with an 8–10 minute walk. For ******* food deliveries, all orders must be sent to the locker located outside the hotel lobby near the drop-off area. The hotel management does not allow food deliveries to be sent directly to the rooms, and they do not provide robots for delivery either, which means guests need to personally come down to collect their food. The same applies to parcels. Although the hotel has a counter to receive parcels (refer to picture 2) and store them temporarily, guests still need to collect them personally from the counter. For a high-end hotel, this level of service was not what I expected. The hotel also provides laundry services for an additional fee, charged per piece. Their laundry service team was efficient — they collected the clothes directly from the room and returned them in good condition, neatly hung in the wardrobe. Room cleaning was done daily. I stayed for 4 nights, and they provided complimentary bottled water every day (around 4–6 bottles daily). This could give an extra point even though most of the hotel in China have the same standard. The hotel breakfast was average. Although there were many choices available, the taste could definitely be improved. I took some buns from the steaming area, but they were still cold and hard. The staff were standing nearby, but they did not provide any proactive service or assistance. Quite disappointed overall for a five-star hotel brand, and I hope the management team will take action to improve the issues mentioned above.

The hotel's check-in experience is perfect. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are new and perfect, there is no odor, and the smart room control is very convenient. It is the best hotel experience since coming to Shanghai. I will come again next time. I highly recommend it.

This lakeside hotel boasts a fantastic and tranquil environment, making for a truly relaxing stay. With several shopping malls nearby, dining and shopping are incredibly convenient, satisfying all your needs. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, spacious, and well-ventilated, ensuring a comfortable and non-stuffy experience. Parking is also very convenient. Overall, the experience was superb, and the front desk service was excellent. Highly recommend!

It’s a fairly new hotel -just next to Sam’s Club (members only huge supermarket). Also there are a number of nice restaurants and food stores in walking distance. Another big shopping mall 7-8 minutes away by walking. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful when you have any questions. The rooms were clean and have everything you will need -even a washing machine ;) basic kitchen utensils and and crockery were provided. The gym and roof terrace were better than we expected. Very comfortable stay. Recommended.

It's been a while since my last stay at Kaiyuan, and overall, it was still a good experience. The service was great, the room was clean, and it was quiet at night. The only downside was the lack of complimentary breakfast, which I hope they can improve.
