The best thing is the location. There are robots delivering meals. Compared to accommodations of the same price, the room is small. There are flies in the bathroom sink. The hot water is unstable and sometimes hot and sometimes cold. There are fewer food and beverage categories. When there are many people, the dishes are not added in time and it is a bit messy. The coffee machine does not work. There is only one room card, which is not very convenient to run in and out. The front desk did not provide meal coupons. You have to check before eating. The cleaning lady often asks when to check out.

Really awesome place! It was really tidy and great value for money. I like it so much that I extended my stay by another 10 days. There are three small malls all within a 10 minute walk which is really convenient when it comes to lunch or dinner. Although, if you plan to go to central Shanghai, it’ll take you close to 40-50 minutes on the metro. Fortunately, the metro stop is only a short walk away.

Location quite far from the city center but still quite close to the metro station, thus very convenient to move around with public transportation. Very competent and kind reception staff, did not speak English but made great effort to communicate with us. The room was pretty clean and spacious, with a nice view despite being far from the city center. Bonus: funny English around the facility to enhance the China experience.

The front desk manager provided good service, fast check-in and check-out, clean and tidy room, beautiful environment and convenient address. The surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are very lively. I will stay here again next time. Thank you
