The place is quite nice, the rooms are cozy and have everything you may need. CityGo House is located a bit far from downtown (it takes around 30-40mins by subway), however the location itself is good, the subway station is very near, there are also many shopping malls around, where you can find anything you need. The service though was not the best. It took a long time to check in with the foreign passport, the staff looked lost and confused. Their English is very poor as well.

Location quite far from the city center but still quite close to the metro station, thus very convenient to move around with public transportation. Very competent and kind reception staff, did not speak English but made great effort to communicate with us. The room was pretty clean and spacious, with a nice view despite being far from the city center. Bonus: funny English around the facility to enhance the China experience.

If you want to go to Pudong Airport and don’t want to take the subway, you can take Pudong No. 17 across from the hotel to Chuansha South. The total cost is 5 yuan if you get off at Qiao Road Station and transfer to Line 2. The hotel is very cost-effective and very cheap. There are many kinds of breakfast and there are many places to eat around.
