I recently stayed at Yitel Premium and absolutely loved it! The location is amazing—right in the heart of the pedestrian street, so it's super convenient to walk anywhere. It's also really close to a famous Xiaolongbao restaurant, and DiDi drivers can pick you up right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room every single day. The best part was that my stay coincided with my birthday, and the staff was so sweet to upgrade my room for free! The service here is top-notch. I also loved the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, and the free washing machine was a huge plus. The only minor things were a slight cigarette smell that probably came through the AC vents, which was understandable. However, the only real downside was that my room faced the main road, so the traffic noise was quite loud. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!

Have a great stay here and the service is very good! Ive booked a 6 nights here and is super convenient to navigate around. There's nearby metro station and behind is the famous NanJing Road. Value for money and i will definitely come back again when i visit Shanghai! Wonderful view at their lobby shown in the picture :)

Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, and the service was impeccable throughout our visit. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. The thoughtful souvenirs and gifts added a special touch that made our stay even more memorable. Good location as it’s along the Nanjing pedestrian lane ! .about 5 mins walk to the metro . Lots of food and restaurants when u step out of hotel . Many mega malls in Shanghai n easily acacia metro . Hotel room when we first check in was a king junior suite however its old design with dated furniture. The sofa is v dirty n causes us to itch when sitting on it . We were able to change our room to a newly renovated ones which was clean n modern . However the bathroom does not have any hooks or towel racks to hang up yr clothings or towels . Toilet is not fitted with bidet spray . But overall the newly renovated room was much better . The staff is v helpful in helping to change the room . Will stay again but in The newly renovated ones .

As a mid-to-high-end chain under Huazhu Hotels, the hardware, service, and amenities are all excellent. The room's cleanliness and facilities are very good, and you can even see the Oriental Pearl Tower from the room. What truly stands out is the room's incredibly convenient location. It's about a 400-meter walk to The Bund, Nanjing Road is just 100 meters straight ahead when you exit the building, and the nearest subway station is also only 100 meters away. Extremely satisfied!

The environment is great. It's a good value-for-money hotel in a central location, making it convenient to get everywhere. The hotel also offers a thoughtful shuttle service to and from the subway station. ❤️ The hotel service is excellent; a robot delivers requested items right to your door, and the housekeeping staff are very meticulous and attentive, always greeting you warmly whenever you see them! I forgot to take photos of the room! These past few days, I've visited the Bund, the Oriental Pearl Tower, took a boat ride on the Huangpu River, the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, the Planetarium, the Natural History Museum, and the Hot Spring Garden.

This hotel's location is truly excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from Metro Line 2, and the best part is it's only a 5-minute walk to Nanjing East Road. We could easily go back to the hotel to rest when we got tired from shopping and then head out again. The cleanliness is also superb, and the service is great. I really liked the scent of the toiletries too. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Shanghai in the future. Highly recommended! My child was very happy. The breakfast was also rich and varied, and the front desk staff were so kind and friendly. Five stars!

This hotel was not cheap, so I had high expectations in comparison to the hotel I stayed in just before at half the price. We arrived at 5pm after a very long travel day and were stunned to be told our room wasn’t ready and we were to come back in an hour. 4 hours after check in opens and they think its acceptable to expect us to wait for a room we have paid 1150 yuan pn for. Only 18 hours in the room. I don’t think so. I told them it was unacceptable and they got a room ready after we hung around for 20 minutes. No apology. They didn’t seem to care at all and just looked put out. So I was surprised to see a bunch of literature in the room waffling on about how customer service was a priority to them because it certainly didn’t seem to be. Unfortunately we were put in a room directly below reception and could hear not only constant stomping above and the grating of chairs being dragged across the floor but the room next door had screaming kids making a racket and it was directly in front of the lifts so anyone at the lifts could also be heard because the room had no sound proofing. There was also building works going on so there was a constant hammering and sometimes drilling. I woke up at 4am at one point and they were drilling! Totally ridiculous. The room was nice. Great bed and pillow if a little firm. Well laid out and the shower was excellent. I’d like this shower at home. Giant tv we couldn’t use as there were no international channels at all and the screen sharing thing wasn’t working for us likely due to our eSIM. Nice kettle and free mini bar of bottles of water, tea and coke. A fruit bowl appeared when we got back from being out which was nice. Breakfast was so so. Mostly eastern catered. They have congee and dumplings from 9.30pm til midnight which was great. Location was excellent. Less than one minute to underpass to metro and 10 mins walk to the Bund. On Nanjing rd which is bustling with shops and restaurants. But if you can’t get your room til 6pm and then can’t sleep due to the constant noise then location and nice furnishings don’t matter a jot! Don’t stay here unless it’s much cheaper than we paid. The hotel we stayed in the day before at less than half the price was far superior.

The hotel has a great environment and an excellent location. It's in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get to any attraction. Shanghai's famous Huanghe Road food street is just a five-minute walk away, and People's Square and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street are about a ten-minute walk. The hotel staff are very friendly, the room was spotless, and they even offer complimentary drinks. There's also free coffee in the lobby. The staff are so welcoming. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shanghai. Highly recommended!
