Living alone in the net fish e-sports hotel is super healing! Exclusive equipment, quiet and not disturbed, want to play until a few times to play. The computer configuration is full, 3A big works, competitive games are casual to play, silky and not stuck. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and I lay flat when I was tired and slept super fragrantly. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the water pressure is sufficient, and the shower is super comfortable. The front desk service is good and there are problems to solve at any time. Don't accommodate others, completely at your own pace, relax and decompress, a great choice for single travel and weekend homesteads!

MuxiQuQI stayed at this hotel for several days in 2023, and the overall experience was very good. This time, I specifically recommended it to a friend, but the actual stay was a huge disappointment. I'll objectively explain the pros and cons for a true reference.
Here are the commendable pros:
1. The female front desk staff had excellent service. When I communicated issues, she was gentle, proactively offered feasible solutions, and was patient in handling requests.
2. The free bottled water in the room was amply replenished, making it very convenient for daily drinking.
3. The food delivery robots were very efficient. Even with many orders, they delivered on time, and the in-house staff would proactively help deliver the food to the room, which was very thoughtful (not delivered by male front desk staff).
Here are the many frustrating issues I encountered during this stay:
1. Faulty hardware facilities and perfunctory service.
After checking in, I found the air conditioner was leaking. I called the front desk, and they only arranged for a cleaning auntie to bring a simple baffle. No maintenance personnel were arranged for inspection, and guests were told to install the baffle themselves to block the water. No proper repair or room change solution was offered. Small, unidentified insects flew out of the room's drain, and we had to catch and clean them ourselves. The hotel did not send anyone to exterminate them.
2. Multiple areas of the room's hygiene were substandard.
① There was a strong lingering smell of smoke in the room, clearly left by the previous guest. The odor still wouldn't dissipate after ventilation.
② There were obvious black spots on the duvet cover. I contacted the auntie to change the bedding, but she first questioned that the bedding had just been changed and was reluctant to help. After multiple communications, she reluctantly changed it, and even complained about us, two people, staying in a king-size bed, asking why we didn't book another room. Her words were very uncomfortable.
3. Extremely poor network signal, inconvenient for travel and work.
The mobile signal in the room was weak, and the in-room Wi-Fi was severely lagging. Watching videos and simple work were greatly affected, and no staff offered optimization solutions.
4. Inappropriate words and actions from some male front desk staff, resulting in a poor impression.
When checking out, I lost my charger and inquired at the front desk. The male front desk staff replied very coldly, stating directly that a charger is not a valuable item, implying that we didn't need to suspect the in-house staff. During daily reception, this male front desk staff also liked to meddle unnecessarily and point fingers at guests' affairs, making for a terrible communication experience.
5. The cleaning auntie lacked boundaries and loved to judge guests.
In addition to complaining about the number of guests and room type when changing bedding, she always casually inquired about guests' private matters during daily cleaning, meddling in affairs and creating an uncomfortable, non-private atmosphere for the stay.
Summary:
The female front desk staff, food delivery robots, and free drinking water were the only highlights. However, issues with room hygiene, hardware maintenance, network, and the service of some male front desk staff and cleaning aunties collectively erupted. I had a great experience in 2023, which is why I recommended it to friends and family, but this time, the disappointment was truly shocking. As a chain economy hotel, basic hygiene, equipment inspection, and standardized service for all staff still need significant rectification. I will not be staying here again in the short term, nor will I recommend it to friends.

Guest UserIt's really close to Fudan University, but the soundproofing is genuinely poor. I could clearly hear the cheers from the next room as they watched a football match at night. There seems to be a hospital nearby too, as I'd occasionally hear piercing ambulance sirens throughout the night. The breakfast was simple but decent, though the soy milk was way too sweet. Everything else was pretty satisfactory.

The room was very clean and spacious, located on the 16th floor. I could see the Oriental Pearl Tower right from the window, which offered an amazing view! 👍🏻 The amenities were excellent too. Having a separate dryer made laundry super convenient, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It had central air conditioning and independent heating. The owner was very thoughtful, even providing a toilet seat for children. Right outside, there are bus and subway stations, making transportation very convenient. There are also plenty of dining options downstairs. Although the building's exterior is just average, stepping into the room was a completely different experience – it was absolutely fantastic!

The hotel is very basic. We knew what we were booking, so it's a good value for the money. But it's quite dirty; we saw a cockroach. The walls are stained with dirt, and the renovations are very old. The shower has no curtain or railing; you just wash next to the toilet.
One of the towels they gave us had holes in it.
The hotel's location is good, just 1.5 blocks from the metro. The hotel itself is located inside a block, and we didn't immediately figure out how to find it because there are no signs and the GPS led us in the wrong direction.
The staff was friendly.
