Environment: close to Guohua Plaza, cinemas, supermarkets, Hema, the complex is still very happy~ Every time I come to Yangpu for a meeting, I stay at this hotel. The hygiene is very good. The clerk checks in quickly and the attitude is very friendly. The price is also very cheap.

The hotel is clean and modern. It is situated 5 mins walk to sanmen subway station (line no 10) so traveling to WUJIANGCHANG - the commercial hub is only 2 stops travelling. The hotel provide good brunch from 7am- 12noon to suit different timing of customers. This is a plus point for most guests. Further, it also provide FREE supper from 10-11pm for people who need it. There is also a laundry room for use. So, as first time customer, I am totally impressed with the service and standard!

We had an extremely comfortable stay at the Sofitel. The hotel is new, clean and modern, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. We slept well every night. Most importantly, service has been fantastic. We were checked in by Fiona at the front desk who gave us her Wechat where we could communicate our needs throughout our stay. She would check in once a day to see how we were and if we needed anything from housekeeping. Not only that, she also helped us call for reservations as we did not have a China phone number. It was almost like having a private concierge which is a service many hotels do not provide. Finally, she helped us arrange a late check-out that gave us ample time to relax before heading to the airport to catch our flight. The staff were also eager to help with luggage, taking it all the way up to our room when checking in and lifting it into our taxi when leaving. The hotel was great and I would highly recommend this hotel just for the service alone. Thank you for the relaxing stay and incredible service Fiona and Sofitel team. This hotel is very close to the train station and is very convenient to take the subway. I booked a bed in a six-person male room, which is quite large and has a private bathroom. I personally think it is very good in Shanghai. I heard from the front desk that it has only been opened for less than 3 months. Their service is also super enthusiastic. I went to the front desk when I had questions, and their service was also very enthusiastic. The room was also very clean and warm and comfortable. I personally think the price of the hotel is not expensive. After all, the configurations in all aspects are very good. There are washing machines, dryers, and laundry detergents, all free of charge, which is really convenient. I will stay here again next time I come to travel. Looks like hotel was decorated not long ago. The carpets in the corridors though looks very tired. Ppl are smoking in the rooms and walls in the rooms are dirty. As for the location - it’s quite convenient, there are 2 subway lines right near the building and it’s just a few stops from Shanghai’s railway station

After looking at many hotels, I finally chose this hotel. This hotel is very close to the subway entrance. I heard a greeting as soon as I entered the door. When I checked in at the front desk, the lady at the front desk also poured me a cup of tea. The check-in was very fast. I chose a relatively quiet room for the room. There was a card on the table when I walked into the room, which was a very warm reminder! The air conditioner was turned on in advance, which made me feel much warmer. I didn't expect to come across such a good hotel. I have never stayed at Home Inn before. This time I am very satisfied with the experience. I will choose Home Inn next time I go out to play. I recommend it.

Great location in Shanghai. Rooms are big and pretty clean. Facilities are a bit old but it is what it is. Great view of north Shanghai if on high floor. Good standard Chinese hotel.
