The front desk handled check-in efficiently, and the service was attentive. The breakfast spread was rich and varied. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and will prioritize staying here for future business trips.

The InterContinental Shanghai Jing'an is definitely my first choice when I travel to Shanghai for business. It's just a block away from Shanghai Railway Station, the breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are clean and tidy, and both the Chinese and Japanese restaurants are excellent. I also really like the gym, swimming pool, and steam room. Bella at the front desk is super nice and provides great service. I'll keep choosing this hotel!

I had a very satisfying stay. It's close to Shanghai Railway Station, making travel incredibly convenient. There are breakfast shops and convenience stores nearby, as well as a shopping mall for some retail therapy. I'm very pleased and highly recommend it!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Jing'an for one week as a family with two children, and we had an amazing experience. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It offered everything you would expect from a continental breakfast and much more. There was a great variety of fresh food prepared right in front of guests, making breakfast a real experience rather than just a meal. We also tried the hotel's restaurant and ordered room service several times. The food quality was excellent, and everything was delivered promptly and professionally. Another great advantage for families is the children's playground on the 3rd floor. Our kids loved spending time there, and we appreciated being able to let them play under supervision while we sat in the nearby lounge area and got some work done. This was a fantastic feature that made our stay much more relaxing. The reception team went above and beyond to help us with many things during our visit, including restaurant reservations, sending packages to friends, providing recommendations on what to do in Shanghai, and sharing helpful local tips. Their support made exploring the city much easier and more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. There is a shopping mall directly across the street with plenty of great local dining options, and the hotel is located close to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Shanghai. The combination of excellent service, comfortable rooms, great food, family-friendly facilities, and outstanding value for money makes it an excellent choice. As an added bonus, a premium DiDi ride to The Bund costs only around €4 to €5, making it easy and affordable to reach one of Shanghai's most famous attractions.

When traveling with my child, I usually prefer to book hotels under the Marriott group. The Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Central has a good location and quiet rooms, making it convenient to hail a car when going out. The hotel's dining is also good, and the price is acceptable. The customer service is very responsive and thoughtful. Mr. He at the reception was very professional; he quickly helped me extend my stay by one day at the last minute. Thumbs up! Today, when I went downstairs, I even ran into a fan club chasing some celebrity brother to the hotel. 😎

The front desk service was excellent. We bought a lot of things online and had them delivered, and the staff were very patient and responsible in helping us find all our packages. The location is quite close to both the train station and the subway station. The only downside is that, probably because of its proximity to the train station, it can be a bit difficult to get a taxi and there might be some traffic jams. Ordering takeout was also very convenient.

The mattress is super comfortable, and the duvet smells like sunshine. There's also a locker by the bed for your valuables. The front desk staff are lovely, all speaking softly and responding promptly to requests. Since it's an all-female hostel, there are dedicated shelves for deliveries and food orders, so delivery personnel don't go upstairs. Everyone is very considerate, and there's absolutely no noise. My stay was excellent, I highly recommend it!
