Thank you🙏 The room facilities are recommended to be improved. The TV is good, but unfortunately the network is not good. It can't play normally and it keeps freezing. The design of the tea cabinet does not take into account guests over 1.7 meters tall. If you are not careful, you will hit your head. The mattress experience is not good, and your waist hurts after getting up.

This hotel is definitely ideal for my short night stay. The late night check in process went well, although I had a bit of delay finding it on the upstairs floor of the building. However, the staff did their best to accommodate me as an English speaker. I was assisted with getting food delivered as it was a bit late. The room was spotless, although small. I slept well in the very clean space. I would definitely do another overnight there for the price that I paid.

Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I will continue to stay. It’s incredibly convenient: close to the train station, metro station and corner shops all around. Always fantastic to stay in. This room was smaller than my previous so was a little claustrophobic and grumpy about it but it was one night so totally fine

I decided to stay again and haven’t regretted doing that. Helpful staff, great environment, clean and tidy. Will be coming back for sure.

When there are many people, it is a bit too busy. The hotel is located in the southwest corner of Shanghai Railway Station. It is convenient to get on and off the train. Just walk straight to the entrance.

I had a great time at this hotel however was faced some odour issues from the toilet drain. It seemed perhaps it had over flowed at one point and the drain was emitting quite bad odours. Other than that the location is great, and the staff are friendly.

When we arrived at 12 o'clock that day, there were still staff waiting in the parking lot, and they guided us all the way to the first floor to check in. When the power went off, I met a cleaning lady on the way to the parking lot. She also very considerately directed me to the parking lot. As a guest, the staff I met along the way were all warm and thoughtful. I think this is very important, and it will naturally make you feel better when you check in. As for the room, apart from the somewhat unexpected layout (the first floor is mainly a refrigerator aisle with a sofa living room; the second floor includes the master bedroom, the second bedroom, two bathrooms, and a not small hall), the sanitary conditions are very good, and my mother, who has obsessive-compulsive disorder, was quite satisfied. When I don't bring my dog ​​with me, I usually stay at mid- to high-end hotels under Hyatt or InterContinental. The sanitary conditions are not inferior to those of these hotel groups.
