Hotels in Jing'an District/West Nanjing Road, Shanghai

The location is super convenient, really close to Jing'an Temple subway station. There's even a flower shop, a coffee shop, and some simple bars nearby, making it very easy to get around. The room itself was warm and cozy, giving off a peaceful and inviting vibe. The service was also very thoughtful. I really appreciate places with such a personal touch 😊

Hotel located on the third floor of a high building, no English name of the hotel. Reception and rooms are at the same floor. Just be careful while booking! I didn't notice my room is windowless! Thankfully the staff was so kind to upgrade me to window room, which was in this standard absolutely great! Not near any subway station but in acceptable walking distance to some attractions. I could come back here, just need to read carefully my booking.

Stayed 10nights here with my family mixed with toddlers and senior citizens. We were all very satisfied and in fact impressed by their service, the friendliness and helpfulness of staffs in the hotel. They were patient with our multiple requests, had baby amenities and handled our taobao parcels well. Even helped me call one delivery person which failed to contact me several times and ensured I get my parcel successfully. My aunt forgot to return hotel cards and they did not charge me. How nice of them. Will definitely come back to this hotel next time. Location great for food and didi too

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is excellent; the subway right outside takes you directly to all the main attractions, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with a stable hot water supply. The front desk staff were very polite and efficient during check-in. They even thoughtfully reminded us about typhoon precautions when they learned about the weather. Overall, the hotel was quiet with great soundproofing, and the facilities were comprehensive. It offers excellent value for money and is definitely my top choice when visiting Shanghai. I'll be back!

This is still my top choice for an evening show near Jing'an Temple Metro Station, which makes it super convenient for daytime activities too. Check-in was quick, and a welcome fruit platter was delivered to my room shortly after. The shower pressure was great, and the hot water at the sink came on instantly. There were hooks on both sides of the wall in the washroom area, which was really handy for towels, bath sheets, and clothes. I absolutely devoured two servings each of the chocolate croissants and oatmeal at breakfast – please seriously keep up this food quality! (laughs) If I had to nitpick: the hairdryer wasn't great, and the charging port by the desk tended to come loose easily.

Super convenient location—just a 3-minute walk from Wuding Road Station. It's not far from trendy cafes and great shopping spots, with a convenience store right across the street. While the room type we chose was a bit small, it could still fit two large open suitcases. The amenities were amazing, including free self-service laundry and ironing facilities. They also offer unlimited complimentary bottled water, a massive breakfast spread with tons of variety, and even free late-night snacks! The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location is great! There is many food options and a convenience store just around the hotel. It is near to metro stations and the shopping belt. Room is big with plenty of space for an extra bed and all the luggage. There is even complementary fruits and coffee at the hotel lobby! There is a robot delivery to the room if you order food to the hotel. The only downside was the noise coming the construction site just across the road which starts before 8am! On some days, the noise was pretty intense. Hopefully the rooms not facing the construction site would be better.

Found a hotel with amazing value for money! The location is in a bustling area with a subway entrance right downstairs, making transportation super convenient. There are so many restaurants nearby that I didn't even know which one to choose. The room was very spacious, and the view from the window was expansive. The bedding was so comfortable; I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water pressure was incredibly strong – if you're light, remember you can turn it down a bit. The hotel's breakfast buffet was very rich and served until 10 AM. The front desk staff, Xiao Chen and Xiao Xu, were so enthusiastic! They helped me arrange my room, and even kept my forgotten items at the front desk for me. Thumbs up! There's also a large underground parking lot with plenty of empty spaces. I'll definitely book here again next time.

First time staying in Atour Hotel and it's super value for money stay especially in Shanghai city near to Jing'An temple. Walking distance to Jing'An temple metro station and many eateries around the estate. Hotel room is clean and spacious! Was given a free room upgrade upon check in. Laundry area was clean and cooling as well. As my flight is in the evening, concierge allowed to extend check out time to 2pm instead of usual 12pm. Will definitely recommend to friends to stay in Atour. Atour have many branches in different cities as well..

Every time I visit Shanghai, I always stay at the Kunlun Hotel. This well-established hotel is truly reliable, offering consistently excellent service.
