The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated and feels very luxurious, creating a great atmosphere. Upon check-in, staff were readily available to assist with luggage. The front desk processed check-in quickly and efficiently, and they thoroughly explained all the available services. The surrounding area is quite bustling with plenty of dining options; Wanda Plaza and Little Shanghai Pedestrian Street are both conveniently located nearby. A major convenience is the complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland, operating daily with morning drop-offs and evening pickups. The shuttle times are thoughtfully scheduled to align with the fireworks display, saving guests the hassle of calling a taxi. Additionally, a complimentary shuttle to the subway station is available during the day and can be booked an unlimited number of times. Every evening, they provide a complimentary late-night snack, and a warm bowl of noodles after a tiring day is incredibly soothing and refreshing. Overall, the value for money here is truly outstanding, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The transportation is incredibly convenient. On the main road, you'll find a large RT-Mart supermarket, countless dining options, a FamilyMart convenience store, and a Manner Coffee, making the surrounding amenities exceptionally comprehensive. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's exceptionally well-maintained. The InterContinental truly delivers on quality. The upper-floor pool is wonderfully quiet; practically no one is there at 7 AM. Absolutely fantastic!

I have to give a huge shout-out to the hotel's front desk! Their service was exceptionally warm and attentive. The hotel's facilities are a bit dated and showing their age. After a long day of exploring, I was already quite frustrated when the air conditioning became incredibly loud at night. But the front desk attendant was an absolute angel! Late at night, she not only helped me switch rooms but also carried my luggage. Seriously, how can anyone be so amazing at their job? I wish I could write a 1000-word rave review, but words simply aren't enough to express my gratitude. A massive thumbs up to the hotel's front desk team! Absolutely phenomenal! 👍🏻

When I go out, I often stay at Atour, and I am quite satisfied with the stay. The hotel check-in is very fast, and there is tea service when I check in. The hotel lobby smells fresh. Taotao at the front desk has good service and responds very promptly. He also gave welcome fruit and free breakfast. He actively helped to adjust the surveillance when he couldn't find his hat. His smile was very kind. The front desk checked in quickly. There are two robots in the lobby that can deliver takeout to the front desk. The privacy protection is very good. The hotel has good sound insulation, fast air conditioning, large room layout, complete guest supplies, complete room facilities and equipment, stable water pressure for the hotel shower, and comfortable water temperature. The hotel pillow is very comfortable. It is Atour's deep sleep pillow, neck protection and skin-friendly, very comfortable, the front desk responds quickly, the breakfast is delicious, the room has no odor, the room smells fresh, there is porridge very late at night, there are porridge and bread, there is warm water when leaving the hotel, and the waiter will greet you when you meet him on the road, very enthusiastic! !

Disney Shuttle Service: The shuttle runs daily, and the driver was fantastic. He not only helped us with our luggage but also gave us the quickest route to Hongqiao. The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with well-appointed facilities. The service is highly efficient, and all the staff are very professional and dedicated. They handle issues promptly and are truly considerate of guests' needs. Definitely worth staying again.

Facilities: Overall, it looked good. Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: Excellent. There are restaurants downstairs with delicious food. The subway station is very close. Service: Excellent. I was here for a meeting. It's conveniently located just a ten-minute walk from the venue.

We chose Wassim Hotel because of its location (it's not far from Disneyland - which was our main reason to visit Shanghai this time). It was so convenient! They also offer a free shuttle to Disneyland in the morning and back in the evening. The room was spacious and cozy. And they received us well. However, our stay wasn't that comfortable. It got hot in the room during the night and we turned on the AC, which made the room even hotter despite being set on cold at 10 degrees (we lowered gradually). In the end, we settled for opening the windows for comfort, and barely slept because of the noise from outside (drunk people fighting etc ..)

Choosing the Orange Crystal Hotel for my trip to Shanghai was an absolutely brilliant decision! The room was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with all the latest smart technology. Being able to control the lights and curtains with just one touch was incredibly convenient. The hotel's location is superb. It's surrounded by fantastic restaurants, shopping centers, and popular tourist attractions, and subway access is super convenient for exploring the city. The staff were all incredibly friendly and efficient. Check-in was a breeze, and they even went the extra mile to recommend some great local spots. Breakfast offered a delicious and varied spread of both Western and Chinese dishes, which was a perfect way to kickstart an energetic day. Without a doubt, I'll be staying here again on my next visit to Shanghai!

The room was clean and well-equipped. Because my flight was delayed, I had time to work out in the gym. The laundry room next door was well-equipped and well-stocked. The staff were also very polite and professional. I give them a thumbs up. Overall, it was a very cost-effective and enjoyable stay!
