Good enough for a 3-start hotel.

The hotel environment is comfortable, the room is very clean, the sound insulation is good, comfortable, the transportation is convenient, and the service is good. The breakfast is also good, clean and hygienic. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

This time I stayed at the Magnolia Hotel, and the experience was good. This is my second time here. The air in the non-smoking room is pure, without any smoke. The takeaway delivery robot delivers it to the door, which is convenient and novel. Parking is free, which saves worry and effort. The overall service is considerate and thoughtful, and it is worth staying again and recommending.

The shower room has enough space, but the water temperature is unstable, sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and it is easy to catch a cold when taking a shower. There is no place to put things in the bathroom, and there is no place to put the clothes for taking a shower. If you order takeout, there will be robots delivering meals to the room, which is safe. The service is a bit behind. There is not enough water in the room. I asked for two bottles of water and it was not delivered after an hour. When I called to ask, they asked "Did you want it?" I don't know if it was a shift change or forgot. The water delivered was also a different version from the room. The hotel wrote that there is free parking, so I chose this one, but there are only a few parking spaces on the sidewalk at the door, which is not very spacious. When I arrived at around 6pm on a weekday, it was almost full. The intersection was even blocked. It didn't seem very welcoming. I even went around twice to find the entrance. Later I found that there were still managers, but the experience was still not very good.

Overall, it's not bad. I booked this hotel when I went to Shanghai for a cruise. It's very close to the port. There is also a printing shop nearby to print passport copies. The toilet in the bathroom always flushes automatically without control. It feels broken. This needs to be improved.
