This hotel truly excels at blending 'smart' technology with 'thoughtful' service. Upon entering the room, I called out, "Xiao Du, Xiao Du, what room number are you?" and heard it respond in a sweet, childlike voice, "I am Room XX," which was instantly charming and fun. The most interesting part was encountering a delivery robot in the elevator. It confidently occupied the center, moving with a sense of purpose like a 'little adult'. Sharing the elevator with it felt like stepping into a futuristic scene. These smart amenities added so much novel fun to the hotel stay; it was incredibly cool! Beyond that, the room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious and comfortable, with a distinctive decor that showed thoughtfulness in every corner. Moreover, the cleanliness was impeccable, giving me complete peace of mind. What was even more heartwarming was the staff; they saw me with my luggage and proactively and warmly came forward to help. Thank you for making my vacation so wonderful. ❤️🌹

The moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm, yellow lighting instantly wrapped around me, melting away all the fatigue from my journey. The reception area was very comfortably designed, with spotless marble countertops. The receptionists spoke softly and very gently. If there was anything I didn't quite catch, they would always smile and patiently explain it again. The lobby's layout was also very thoughtfully designed. In the lounge area, several velvet sofas were arranged around a coffee table, adorned with small decorative items. While waiting, I could easily pick up a magazine from the nearby bookshelf and flip through it. Coupled with the subtle aroma of aromatherapy, it felt incredibly relaxing.

The hotel overlooks a large middle school sports field to its south, offering an absolutely fantastic view! In the mornings, you can watch students running and doing their exercises – it's so vibrant and instantly transported me back to my own middle school days! And it happened to be Teachers' Day today! Golden autumn September is such a wonderful time for gratitude, and I couldn't help but want to thank every amazing teacher I've had throughout my life. Much love to all of you! 🙌🌹🙏 The hotel's interior is also superb! The rooms are very clean, and the decor is simple yet stylish. The front desk staff were friendly and incredibly responsive. A faint, pleasant scent combined with soft background music instantly melted away all my travel fatigue. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly; check-in was very smooth, and her voice was as gentle as a spring breeze – truly soothing! The comfort of the room was an absolute pleasant surprise! The bedding was pristine and fresh. The mattress and latex pillows (I specifically asked, they're from Mlily) had the perfect firmness, conforming perfectly to my body. I slept soundly straight through till morning and woke up completely refreshed! The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The shower had great water pressure, and hot water came instantly. In summary, from the lobby to the guest room, and from the facilities to the service, every detail showed great care.

I really appreciated that the hotel thoughtfully provided an outdoor drying area, perfect for me as I love letting my clothes air out in the sun. This afternoon, I hung my clothes out as usual. Soon after, I received a thoughtful call from the front desk, gently reminding me that the weather was turning cloudy and it was about to rain, suggesting I take my clothes in. Sure enough, shortly after I'd brought them in, the sky quickly darkened, heavy clouds rolled in, thunder rumbled, and in no time, it was pouring rain. Just as I was about to brave the rain to get to my car, a security guard proactively approached me and thoughtfully said, 'The rain is coming down too hard right now; even with an umbrella, you'll likely get soaked. You might want to wait a moment. If you need to drive, I'd be happy to walk you to your car with an umbrella.' These simple, heartfelt words instantly made me feel a sense of familial warmth during my travels. When you're away from home, you often long for a sense of belonging. This hotel not only offers practical amenities but also truly impresses with its thoughtful service—from the proactive phone call reminder to the security guard's genuine assistance, every detail exudes a warmth and care reminiscent of home. This irreplaceable warmth made this stay an exceptionally cherished memory.

Sitting here in the morning, savoring a fragrant cup of coffee while getting some work done, truly felt like a blissful indulgence. The service staff were incredibly warm and attentive, proactively checking if everything was to our liking. This made us feel truly cared for, delivering a genuine 'home away from home' experience.

For our anniversary, the hotel's ambiance and overall experience truly impressed me. The standout features were the hotel's internet and service. During today's military parade, many guests were watching the live broadcast online. The hotel's internet was incredibly stable and smooth, with no buffering or interruptions whatsoever, allowing everyone to clearly experience the awe-inspiring spectacle. For elderly guests who weren't familiar with operating the TV, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and proactive, patiently assisting them to switch to the live broadcast channel. This thoughtful detail was incredibly heartwarming. Watching the grand military parade was truly exhilarating, filling us with a strong sense of national pride. Witnessing the awe-inspiring display of national assets and soldiers marching with powerful, resolute steps, we were filled with an even deeper sense of reverence. As the saying goes, 'To commemorate victory is to safeguard peace, and to remember history is to forge a future.' We cherish the hard-won happiness we have today and appreciate even more deeply the importance of continuing to forge ahead.

The smart facilities, powered by Xiaodu, are a standout feature and quite rare among branded hotels these days. Even food deliveries are brought directly to your room by robots. The hotel boasts cutting-edge facilities, offering a truly tech-forward experience that made me feel right up-to-date with technological advancements. My room was spotlessly clean, with everything neatly arranged. The staff were incredibly patient. When I inquired about transportation, they informed me there's a bus stop right outside the hotel with direct routes to Shanghai People's Square, which was extremely convenient. This allowed me to easily explore the vibrant, neon-lit Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and soak in the magnificent night view of the Bund's illuminated skyline along the Huangpu River. Feeling the gentle river breeze, I was utterly enchanted by this splendid scenery, which filled me with both awe and pride.

Place is nice, neat and clean, close to Cruise boarding point, should be convenient for those who need to start their early Cruise goue.

It is in a quick and convenient location from the Cruise terminal, about a 5-6 minute drive. It is the perfect hotel if you have a cruise to catch the next day.
