Didnt like the area its in - Room was smaller than expected. But clean and we enjoyed our stay. I do think front of house staff at reception need to be more friendlier - it puts a damper when you aren't met with friendly staff as your first impression. Not sure it's worth £90 a night but everything is extortionate in Turkey.

They have a very nice atmosphere, and there were lots of amenities. The room was very nice and the staffs were diligent as well. I tried to figure out what was causing a smell from the toilet, ( guess it might just be our room) but they should check it out.

Nice hotel with limited functionality of my aircon. Worked for two hours and then auto switch off. Told staff, no cure. Air con was not able to lower room temp to comfy level but it was hot outside (41C). Elevators broke down several times during my week. Elevators did not go all the way to second floor Apart from those troubles, restaurant and pool bar staff are super. Reception staff, kind of ignorant/nonchalant approach to complaints. It was kind of my own fault that temp was not comfy in the room because the room type I had chosen! Hotel is nice and clean and modern. Pool is great.

Absolutely loved my stay here, stayed in the junior suite with the hot tub and it was amazing. The staff was all lovely and so helpful, would definitely recommend staying here. Very clean and great service. The spa was the best part if your planning your trip there I recommend going for a massage and hamam treatment.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, hotel was great, only let down would be the food in the restraunt pasta was very bland.

This hotel is not what it seems at all! The service is beyond poor. If you’re inviting international guests then all staff should be able to understand just the simplest English. Couldn’t communicate with the cleaner so had to use a translate voice app as the only thing done was bed the bed being made. Nothing was cleaned as little crumbs on the floor were still there our entire stay! The pool is all one level and doesn’t get gradually deeper, it says it’s 1.4m but more 1.5m I would say so FYI for little ones. The hotel is far from central places and getting an Uber is so difficult, you have to ask the hotel as the taxis there are very territorial! The breakfast has to be the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel. It was extremely limited, constantly had to send eggs back as they were far too runny again due to lack of English they didn’t understand what well done eggs were. The worst part is the lift doesn’t go all the way to the top floor, only goes up one level then you have to take stairs to go up to the second floor! If you book the same room type as a group be prepared to be separated in different blocks as you won’t be in the same building.

Excellent 5 star luxury. Location a bit in the middle and dangerous to walk but can get a taxi for a few pound .

Junior Suite with jacuzzi was very nice to stay. The small problem was slow flow of water into the bath.

Good hotel to be staying couple of days nearby the Airport.

Stay at hotel was amazing! I stayed here during a solo trip to turkey and this hotel didn’t disappoint. Sunbathed by the pool most days and took advantage of the private beach on some days. Although the hotel is slightly far out and not close to much, there is a convenient store right across the street and also equipped with an okay hotel restaurant. Room service available 24/7 and was always extremely accommodating. Beautiful hotel but only slight let down is the location. However reception always happy to book a taxi for you asap and taxis are quite cheap!

Good experience over all

Hotel is new and super luxury. Good breakfast. But the manager at the reception was rude and unhelpful. He wants extra payment for a new room because the room I booked was not ready. He said to have 20 euros extra per night. When I refused, he locked me in at exactly 2 pm even though the room was vacant and had not been cleaned that day as he said. He was angry, clammy and not service-minded, all the other staff were nice, helpful and polite. If he is the first man you meet, you dilute your booking of your stay. And get a bad experience of the place. He should be fired immediately. I personally will not book the stay because of him. Mvh

Although it is far from the city center, it is a luxurious hotel with a resort feel, featuring a pool and indoor jacuzzi. The room service meals were also delicious, making it a fond memory.
