Roommates where noisy and loosy. Didn’t understand the concept of other people also staying. - Headlamp wasn’t working, and still didn’t get fixed even I raised the issue. -You need to put your own sheets and pillow sheets and again you need to remove it yourself before checkout and handover in reception. - No Elevator. Pros - Luggage Storage - Location but again its very uphill

The room was clean and spacious. Location was awesome. We walked to the piers every morning from there but the hills were a lot at the end of a walking day so we took a Waymo at the end of the day. From pier 39, it was about 12usd. The only thing that could have been better was the shower wasn’t as hot as we liked it. It was louder in the halls than a hotel but for the price, I would stay there again any time. Staff were helpful and nice. Highly recommend for a hostel.

So far so good , convenient, hotel no problem n helpful, but some customers not good and annoying, some people smoking smell n very noisy while sleeping..

The hostel was a perfect accommodation for me. It is located a 15-minute walk from Powell Station which is very accessible from San Francisco Int'l Airport. The room was very hygienic, having a kitchen and a fridge, providing a towel as well. On the last day, I was able to store my suitcase until 10 p.m which was very helpful for me.

Our stay in Amsterdam Hotel was great. Its location is great for travelers like me.

The reservations or for three days and I didn’t come the second night. After a bit of juggling, they were able to get me a room with a bottom they relocate me so that I was able to be in a safe and restful place. The staff is very helpful and it’s just a generally great place with a good vibe aNCCA everybody is friendly. Guest, host, and everyone like an old-time hostel.

The staff members, particularly the cleaning staff was quite unfriendly and could barely speak English.

The private rooms are truly a hidden gem! The shared rooms are a good value, though, nowhere near as good as private for twice the price. The kitchen is shared with many guests, but, was quite usable. The security was much better than Chapter hostel which seemed to be mismanaged at this point in time if you are reading recent reviews.

Good price and location. Kitchen closes early at 8pm fyi but lots of restaurants and bars open late around the hood.

No major complaints, some stains on bedding but still clean. Shower and bathrooms clean. Great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good for travelling on a budget. Would stay again

Not allowed smoking in any area of the hotel is very good !

A nice affordable economic stay. The room and bathroom were clean. It’s within walkable distance of a BART station, so it’s a straight shot to SFO.
