Intercontinental Holiday Hotel: A hidden gem near Shanghai Disneyland! The hotel facilities are brand new and perfect for families, with a kids' playground and splash pool – great for kids. The rooms are clean and quiet, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The service is excellent, making it our top choice for Disneyland trips. Highly recommended for families with children! Their shuttle service to Disneyland, Pudong Airport, and the Wildlife Park is a huge plus. The free Disneyland shuttle (pictured in photo 7) is incredibly convenient, covering both early entry and fireworks return. It's about a 40-minute drive to Pudong Airport, and you can easily get there by ride-sharing or pre-booking the hotel's shuttle. The breakfast is abundant and my kids loved it. We left Shanghai right after Disneyland due to concerns about the white dolphin, otherwise, we would have definitely stayed a few more nights. Service: We arrived quite late, but check-in was very quick, and they helped us with our luggage up to our room floor.

This isn't my first time staying at the Holiday Inn Express Pudong Airport, but I've definitely noticed that the service and professionalism are increasingly exceeding the hotel's star rating. Last night, I ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant, and I felt the shrimp had a slightly odd taste. I called the restaurant to inquire, and to my surprise, the hotel manager, restaurant manager, and even the chef took my feedback very seriously. They not only refunded the cost of that dish but also prepared a fresh plate of wontons for me, sent a beautiful fruit platter, and even gave me a 10% discount on the fried rice I had ordered. At this point, I honestly started to wonder if it was just my own taste buds that found the shrimp strange, but the staff insisted on following their standard hotel procedure. Shortly after, the manager called me again to explain the preparation and ingredients of that dish. All in all, I was extremely satisfied. Holiday Inn Express Pudong Airport, highly recommended for life! The hotel's wontons are especially delicious 😋! Thanks again to all the staff! Sorry for the trouble, and thank you!

I stayed here for the World Expo and chose it because they advertised a shuttle service to the National Exhibition and Convention Center. However, I ended up driving myself every day since the shuttle only ran twice in the morning at 8:10 AM and 8:45 AM, and they'd cancel if too many people showed up. The breakfast was decent, but they ran out of basic soy milk early in the morning. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the bathrooms were clean and dry. The bed was really comfortable! I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're not an IHG member.

I wanted to book tickets for the nearby science museum and a regular museum. Front desk agent Xiao Wang not only helped me look up the information but also showed me where to make reservations. Her thoughtfulness far exceeded my expectations, it was truly fantastic!

My stay at this hotel was fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Luna at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and attentive, handled my check-in very efficiently, and kindly informed me of the breakfast times and elevator locations. The room was spotless and even had a thoughtful little surprise setup, and the toiletries were high quality. The room was bright and airy, and the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious, homestyle options. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Overall, the service was meticulous and caring, the facilities were excellent, and it offered great value for money. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or a short business trip! The hotel's environment and service were excellent. They promptly helped with luggage. As I'm pregnant, they kindly upgraded me to a family room for free, which I was very happy with. The front desk staff were very welcoming, especially Violet, who had a bright smile and provided great service. Thumbs up! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again next time, highly recommended.

My overall stay was excellent. The hotel boasts a superb location, making it incredibly convenient for getting to the subway and high-speed rail station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were well-maintained. The front desk service was prompt, and check-in and check-out were handled efficiently. The environment was quiet, allowing for an undisturbed night's rest. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose it again for business trips or leisure travel. The front desk staff, especially the lovely pineapple lady, was very friendly.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Greenland was absolutely fantastic, definitely a five-star experience! First off, the location is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the spacious and bright environment and the warm service. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and they even upgraded my room, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with plenty of hot water, which was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. I especially want to commend the breakfast; the variety was impressive, with both Chinese and Western options. The freshly cooked noodles and mini wontons were absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day. The cantilevered infinity pool on the 24th floor is nearly 100 meters high, extending beyond the main building. With large transparent glass panels on the bottom and sides, you can look directly down at the traffic and Kangqiao streetscape while swimming, feeling like you're flying in the air. It's a truly exhilarating experience for the brave!

Location: The location is fantastic – very convenient for getting around. Plus, having a Walmart right next door is incredibly handy for food and drinks. Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped, and it’s great to have convenient underground parking. Cleanliness: Overall, it was quite clean. Service: The service was excellent.

Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong is a great value-for-money hotel! The hotel staff are all very warm and hospitable. A big thank you to Mr. Zhang at the front desk for patiently answering an elderly person's inquiry over the phone and making a note, and to Ms. Min at the front desk for her swift check-in process and for enthusiastically contacting the swimming pool so we could enjoy a swim in the morning. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Kudos to Ms. Kong, the housekeeping attendant, and the lady who delivered bottled water in the evening – both were very professional and efficient. The hotel coffee shop has an elegant ambiance, a rich variety of delicious dishes, and a special shout-out to Manager Zhang for his exceptional service and arrangements. The indoor heated pool has crystal clear water, and a big thank you to the front desk lady at the pool for her warm hospitality!
