Echarm Hotels in Shanghai

Stayed for 3 nights and the services from the front desk really super good. Friendly, helpful and ensure we have comfort stay. Guide us on how to use the 美团for ordering food as well as helping us to keep the parcel. Last but not least, we were given to upgrade to a bigger room with window. Overall, great experience and recommend place.

Hotel room is standard 3 star+, no window. It’s quite small. The amenitiies are not provided to all 4 nights of our stay.  Staff are quiet without say hello and smile with guests ☹️ so no communication and helping. They are not speak english. Location is fine although the nearest metro is 650m away from hotel, a bit far

The location is a bit hidden, we arrived pretty late and took us a while to find the hotel since there was not much lighting at the surrounding area. But the hotel itself was nice and clean plus the room was quite spacious. Breakfast was very simple with only a few selection of food, but decent enough to fill our belly. About 10 mins taxi ride to Shanghai Hongqiao Station, so it’s a quite convenient for early morning train.
